Nice vacation

Our family enjoyed this property and definitely would stay here again. The grounds and pool area were well maintained and not crowded at all.

Beautiful view of ocean and pool

This cute condo had everything I needed. I enjoyed floating in the pool with the pool noodle. Listening to the ocean waves from the deck was relaxing.

We absolutely loved our oceanfront stay at the Bent Palm Club! The condo was just as pictured. Clean, spacious, and perfect for a beach getaway. We brought our own beach gear but were pleasantly surprised to find some provided in the room as well. One of the best parts of our trip was the welcoming, close knit community. We met several long time visitors who’ve been coming here for over 30 years, and their friendly, laid-back vibe made our vacation feel even more special. There’s just something extra relaxing about staying right on the ocean with that kind of atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

You won't be disappointed

Great place to stay! The condo is clean and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Close to everything! I had an issue with the internet, and it was resolved right away.

The pool is closed, the electronic door lock malfunctioned and caused us to miss a family event (I ended up fixing the lock) stopper in bathroom sink had to be propped open to drain. Workers banging, sawing and drilling until 8:30 pm. The view was nice and the space was asrep

Great little condo overall. Property manager Stephanie and owner both very helpful! Only issue was check in. Check in email went to spam and was sent from property management company so from a different name than I was searching for. If more than one vehicle tho could be a problem, only one space. Overall tho we were very happy and will be back!!

Great location and views, just not clean

Pros: The location of the property is great and the pool is really nice. It's also located very close to a Publix, which is great. Cons: The place almost looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The stove burners had food in them. There was food gunk in all the crevices of the stove/oven. There was one little dead baby roach right when we walked in. I am glad it was dead, though. The bathroom had black hair on the walls. The bed had black hair on the sheets. There was no sponge to wash dishes. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There were no shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap). The sliding door handle broke off the very first time it was used, so if we went on the porch, we couldn't close the door all the way. The wifi was not working for anyone.

Relaxing

No real check in as far as registering vehicles, guest/visitor parking. The floor threshold in the hallway was broken it appears to be repaired several times. No bike rack no indication where the laundry room was located. Would recommend that the spare pillow cases be kept in zip lock bag lots of personal belongings loose crib sheets blanket in laundry basket dishes in cabinets very disorganized and we did not have hot water for the first 24 hours dish washer does not dry dishes

Check in was a safety issue

The place was clean (except outside of the shower- mold), the view was lovely, condo included many extras (cooler for the beach, beach towels, etc.), but the check-in process was absolutely awful. The emergency number did not work- no answer on any of the other 4-5 numbers listed that we called. Check-in time was 4 pm, which is coincidentally the exact time the office closes for any in-person assistance. It took us an hour and a half to get access to our condo. We had to call "new reservations" to get someone on the line and explain our situation. The biggest concern for me was the lack of response if there were an urgent concern regarding your rental- a huge liability in my opinion and I will never stay there again.

Very lovely location with great beach access but dirty.

The unit was surface clean and needed a lot of attention to details. Shower doors had black mold in corners. Sink counter had container with Q-Tips in it and some were used. Bathroom wall had 3 long black hairs on it. Stove burner trays were very dirty and rusty as if not washed for a long time. Stove handles had splashed food around 2 of them. Fridge handle had grime in the crevices. One chair at table leg is broken and wobbly. Living area corners were dirty and dusty. Lamp was dusty. This unit is run by 2nd company and not owner. Positives: nice location, pool is great, beach is great. Quite location except for the street noise when in the bedroom and noise from upstairs neighbor when they move their chairs or anything on the floor. Beautiful view from balcony. Laundry facilities are very clean and good. Residents are very nice and welcoming. When told property management about the dirty issues they offered to send someone to clean but declined because we didn’t want people in there and bothering us. I wiped the things down and cleaned. Took pictures and sent to property management. Still waiting to hear back. It’s been 3 weeks. Would stay here again if they can guarantee it’s clean.
