I apologize for the issues you encountered with the A/C, stove, showers, and overall kitchen setup. Still, I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with so many problems, and I regret that these impacted your stay so much that you wouldn’t consider returning to this particular home. We realize how important your feedback is to our continued improvement and success. I did notice that your rating was 1 star. I am interested in hearing your comments so that we can improve and make your next vacation even better, we are taking your comments into account we value your feedback and will look to improve in any way we can, I do apologize for all the inconvenience that you went through during your stay, we do have maintenance available to help fix any issues you may find when checking in to the house, that is the reason we provide the contact information for the office and a number for any emergencies. Regarding the water issues, there is water scarcity in Rocky Point, more so in areas a little further from town, since the houses are provided water through the city pipes if there is less water than normal flowing into the Las Conchas area the cisterns have a difficult time remaining or being filled up. We did try to provide water as soon as possible after having it reported, unfortunately, the city water that provides water to the water trucks does not open on Sunday, but luckily, we could get water delivered Monday morning and had maintenance on hand to restart the water pump as soon as water was available. We will look into getting all the fans mentioned fixed or repaired. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that if you have any further comments do not hesitate to contact us again.
