Las enormes ventanas arqueadas ofrecen amplias vistas del golfo mientras se relaja en la sala de estar decorada con buen gusto con un toque tropical. La cocina de concepto abierto también tiene vista al océano y tiene gabinetes muy ricos, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de primera línea. Las habitaciones para dormir incluyen dos camas tamaño queen y dos camas individuales.


Esta propiedad es parte del programa de alquiler Aransas Princess Resort.
Las tarifas para esta propiedad son establecidas por la Asociación de Propietarios y no son negociables. La administración en el lugar y el personal de recepción las 24 horas están disponibles para satisfacer sus necesidades de alquiler.


Se requiere una estadía mínima de 3 noches para los días festivos durante el verano, incluidos el Día de los Caídos, el 4 de julio y los fines de semana del Día del Trabajo.

Great weekend on the beach

This beach property was lovely. Our family enjoyed the spacious condo and easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. We hope to enjoy it again next fall. Thank you.

Great Time and Awesome Views!

We came to this place because my sister lives in Austin and we wanted a Family Vacation, since we have not had one in a very long time. We did love this place, however in the room with 2 beds we thought they were full size beds when we got their we were shocked to see them as twin size beds. My mom was going to share a room with my daughter who is 2 and She was not happy to be sleeping in a twin size bed. We would have not stayed here had we known that these were twin size beds. We will not be picking this room the next time because of the size of the beds. Other than that we all had a great time! This room was beautiful and everything was very clean.

View is great...actual condo is gross.

It was obvious the place had not been cleaned. Broken dinning chair legs, stains all on sofas, We found contact lenses on the floor and nightstand in the master bedroom. No bath towels and wash clothes in master bath and we got the run around from the reception/housekeeping about it. Top it off 5 men were in and out of the condo all day one day working on the AC. I did not feel safe with myself and my daughter there alone. For the price we paid I expected ALOT more quality! I would NOT recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazing, the patios were so fun! The view was amazing and this condo is hard to beat. The only issue was the door was hard to lock and they were working loudly on the railing near the front door. Other than that, the place was perfect!

Great place, terrible management and misrepresented rental

We had a great visit however the pro poetry pictured was NOT where we stayed. We were told that the property we thought we rented and the one pictured was unavailable due to an air conditioning mishap, when in fact there were people actually staying in the rental. We were extremely disappointed with that. Just be honest.

Lovely Property with Ocean Views

This property was a lovely spot for a beach weekend. The place is even better than the pictures. The cathedral ceiling in the main room really opens up the space. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great views of the gulf, loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the moonlight flint off the water at night. Great location- close enough to town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Also good proximity to Mustang Island State Park. Only thing that could be improved would be the checkin process. We had to wait a while for the front desk and, unfortunately, while there were signs regarding mask wearing and social distancing requirements, the front desk staff did not appear to be enforcing nor following these requirements. Would stay again, but maybe not during the remainder of the pandemic.

We’ve stayed at Aransas princess before but this Has to be one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. And the location was great would definitely stay in this condo again. And actually already have friends that have booked it for September.

Family Birthday getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was overall nice . Unfortunately we did experience a violation of our privacy during our stay along with very unprofessional responses. We had construction workers back and forth on our rooftop deck. When I went to address the front desk we were told a property manager would be up to speak with us shortly . The next day after no attempt to resolve the situation My girlfriend approached Athena at the front desk to speak about this manner. She in fact was not only dismissive of the situation however was non apologetic. We had only asked to be advised if the workers were to continue ? She said it was “not a private area and to keep our blinds shut” For all the time spent researching and money I put into choosing a comfortable special place this situation left a foul taste in all of our mouths. It definitly could have been handled a different way and with some sort of ownership.

Best condo rental in Port A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yearly friends beach trip so chose Aransas Princess for close location to town, beach and renovations completed. Best decision we ever made and this will be our spot every year going forward. We had 803 which was beautifully furnished all the accommodations needed. Hot tub and pools super clean. Entire facility was clean. The hospitality of the staff from manager to lawn keepers were friendly and helpful. Rate this location a 10.

Trip to Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with one aspect of our visit. My family has been coming to the Aransas Princess since the 1980's. This year I rented one penthouse (803) and another 2 bedroom-512 for our family. I paid over $5000 for 4 nights. The first night the oven in the penthouse was broken. That was fixed the next morning. However the A/c in the penthouse on the 2nd floor was not operable . The thermostat was disconnected and some portable unit was placed in the master. We gave that room to our daughter and her husband who brought our 2 yr old grandson. My wife and I had to sleep in the other un-air conditioned bedroom. I complained but nothing was done by one cared .It was too hot to even take a shower in our bedroom . There was no offer to move us to another unit or to reduce our room charges. That unit should not be in service until the a/c is fixed and I should be receiving a partial refund. Otherwise we will not be returning and I intend to suggest to everyone I know in Austin that they look elsewhere for Port A accomadations.
