Fully equipped kitchen and 4 TVs, with washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view

Other than the ice maker on the refrigerator not functioning, the place was great. The boardwalk construction was not all complete so it had a bad drop off at the end, but we were able to make that work.

Good location and comfortable condo

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for preparing our meals. It would be nice if there was a fourth chair out on the balcony, but the ones that were there were comfortable. Unfortunately, when we were there, they were rebuilding the boardwalk, but the complex offered rides to the beach, and it was a very walkable distance.

Absolutely Amazing Port A Vacay Condo

The condo was perfect for our large family. It was so spacious, the 3 bathrooms was great for getting everyone ready, the appliances are top of the line along with a beautiful view from tbe 7th floor on not 1 balcony but all 3 balconies.

Will be back for sure!!

Absolutely loved our stay, the condo was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Only downfall was the walkway to the beach was under construction, but the place had a golf cart bringing people back-and-forth to the beach. Our door also broke, which caused us to get locked into the condo for about an hour and a half but the maintenance people were amazing and broke us out and replaced the door and locking components really quick. We will definitely be booking our vacation again.

We Will Return

This was our third time staying at this location, and it continues to be the perfect vacation spot for our family of six adults. It's just a short walk to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. We appreciate the beach chairs provided, and the free on-site parking is a big plus!The condo was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. We also enjoyed having access to two pools and a hot tub—great alternatives to the beach for relaxing and having fun.The on-site office is available 24/7, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful annual family trip

Communication with the host to schedule the trip was so easy. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals and the baths were well stocked with bath items and fluffy towels. Great beach views and a short walk down the boardwalk to the shore. We've stayed here a number of years and anticipate to return next summer. One of the best places to stay in Port A!

Beautiful Condo and Great Owner

Our stay was amazing! Martha is always so wonderful to work with and the condo is absolutely beautiful! This is the only place we stay, when we go to Port Aransas! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aransas Princess. Our unit was comfortable and well equipped for our family of six. The unit and the resort were well maintained and clean. The front desk was helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definitely return.

Loved this condo!

What a beautiful condo in a perfect location; the view can’t be beat. So clean and stocked with everything you need. Super comfy beds. Host is incredibly kind and helpful and so quick to respond. Also, condo is just block away from golf cart rentals, convenient store/gas station and close to restaurants & grocery store. We are already looking to book again!

Another great stay in Port A

This condo has it all! A great view from the balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach and plenty of room inside for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The beds were all very comfy and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and soaps. We ate in and really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen - lots of glasses, dishes and pans.The host was very responsive and everything went smoothly at check in and check out. We hope to visit again next year.

Great place and location

Newly renovated condo with luxury finishes with all comforts of home. Cold ac and dehumidifier help keep the humidity out. Amazing view. Building managed well and front desk provides trash bags, toilet paper and laundry detergent free of charge. We rented golf cart just down the street and able to keep it parked in the provided covered parking spot. The condo building itself shows its age but the unit was spacious and quiet and overall excellent for this price point.

Beautiful view, Splendid accommodations

Beachfront property with excellent views. Spacious accommodations for 6 people. Kitchen well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. Only 6 plates and bowls; barely enough for a meal. Poorly stocked with kitchen towels and cleaning materials. Had to request toilet paper and other essentials. Nevertheless, we will return.

AC problems. But it worked out.

The ac for our very nice utility went out 2 days into a four day family stay. It was hot and humid, especially on the morning. Fortunately we were able to cram into my brothers unit to cook and sleep. The owner was responsive and took care of us.

P A Vacation

We have stayed in the facility, Aransas Princess many times. We have always wanted an upstairs, beach fronting accommodation but they were never available. This was the first time and we really liked it. The stay was too short, we usually stay five to seven days. The accommodations were everything that we wanted and everything was clean and functioning. An ice maker would have been nice. I never saw made ice and my wife never complained; maybe there was one but i was unaware of its presence. Thank you for our stay.

Beautiful condo, fantastic view and location

This condo is beautifully appointed - a very elegant place to stay. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and kitchen tools you would need and the appliances are all high-end yet easy to use. An absolute pleasure cooking in that kitchen! The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms (3 full bathrooms!) are all updated and beautiful. The view is out of this world! The breeze from the balcony is heaven. You could easily spend your entire vacation out there! The check-in process in the lobby, accessible from the garage, was fast and efficient and included access to luggage carts (an unexpected, much-appreciated surprise). The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Port A in the future. We will be back!

WOW!!!

Nothing could have prepared me for the view! This condo was recently updated and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything but a water kettle and food storage. Bring a few ziplock bags and you’ll be set. The location is PRIME. Views of the beach and the town with 3 balconies was wholly unexpected. It was very comfortable and the dining table easily sat 8 people. 10 out of 10. Not only was the unit great but the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby had someone there 24/7 and provided more toilet paper and paper towels among other things. They also provide shopping carts to get your groceries upstairs on the elevator. There are two pools and a hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball. The beach is an easy walk over a boardwalk with a sand shower to rinse off before going back inside. We will be going back.

Beautiful property, perfect location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The condo is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering all the comforts you could ask for. The location is unbeatable, and the patio, with its direct view of the ocean, was a highlight for everyone in our group. Our family, including our teenager and his friends, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.
