Hot Springs vacation.

The size of both houses worked with our group. The kids liked the tram & spent some time at the lake. It was relatively easy to get to places we wanted to go in a short time period. I would say that some of the furniture needs to be updated. Some of the recliners, etc didn’t work right. It would be nice for an explanation sheet for the tvs. I couldn’t get ours to work. It’s nice to have a tv to watch for a little at night. The inside door handle on the door to the lodge fell off & we had to fix it. Overall, a nice property especially for a big group but definitely needs some updates!

40th birthday celebration

We had an excellent time with 10 adult only couples. Everyone had a decent size bed with their own bathroom. Great common area and close to the track. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Company Gathering

We utilized these houses for a company gathering for my small business. The open spaces and plentiful bedrooms along with the great location close to town were perfect for our stay.

Family weekend!

The houses were amazing! 9 bedrooms,9 bathrooms! 20 family members comfortable! The owner was extremely accommodating which made our stay extra delightful! The lift to the boat dock was so fun! Boats were a great activity! Highly recommend for a big group!

We had 10 couples for a 40th birthday party. These houses were perfect!!! I would consider booking again next year.

Great stay for a large family

The houses were spacious and we were able to spread out. There were a lot of us we werent on top of each other. The houses are beautifully decorated and well-stocked. In fact I only had one real issue in that the kitchens were too well stocked. We didnt have anywhere to put our groceries. The tram was a lifesaver. The management company was great to respond to any issues. We would stay here again.

Great place for a 3 generation gathering!

Our large group rented both buildings and had a wonderful stay. We rented the boat and the contact person was very helpful and easy to work with. We spent seven days having fun and making lasting memories. The tram to the dock was a big help, but some in our group walked the hill instead. The houses were spacious and the larger one plenty big for us to all eat and play games together without feeling crowded. Hot Springs is a great place to visit and these cabins/houses allowed us to feel remote, while still being close to things we wanted to do and see. Thank you! We had a wonderful trip!

Thanksgiving family reunion

Our family had a great experience during our stay. It was ideal for our large family varying from a 6month old to 70 yrs old. We had some small issues here and there but nothing that interfered with our time there. The property manager was responsive in a timely fashion. The houses were clean and had all the supplies we needed. Grocery stores are close by and Instacart is available. The only thing we were concerned about was the yard space. Not very ideal for small children under 6 or playing in. The front of the properties are right next to a road where cars are traveling fairly fast without much of a yard and the back is pretty steep without a proper walkway/stairway down. There is an automatic lift that goes down to the dock. The children spent most of their times at home indoors playing on the pool tables or board games. The property is fairly close to lots of attractions so that was a positive. Overall it was a very nice place to stay, quiet and we would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great for family get-togethers

Rented both houses. Big enough for our whole family. Kitchens were well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. The mngt. company was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for big families

The space for this property was great. We had 16 people in total, and had plenty of room to spread out - no more than two people had to share a bedroom and bathroom. That was great. In the lodge there was a huge kitchen with lots of dishes, pots, pans, ect. Many of the pots/pans/baking sheets were not in great shape. The oven looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a separate ice maker - which was a great feature, and two coffee makers - one Kuerig and one regular drip coffee maker. While some of the rooms had access to a closet and/or dresser - they were not usable, as there were no hangers for the closets and the dressers were full of extra sheets. There were also not any hair dryers in any of the bathrooms. It would be helpful to list some of these things on the amenities list for better planning. While we were there, the air conditioning unit in the upstairs was not working. While our hostess did get her handyman out on a holiday, what he did did not fix the problem, and then when I requested additional assistance, it took three messages over two days for a response. In the meantime, several family members had to sleep in rooms that were over 80 degrees for most of the week. Finally, an electrician came out and fixed the A/C. I would have liked a quicker response for such a big issue.

Cousin Reunion

These two side-by-side homes were perfect for our gathering of 17 "baby boomers". Everyone had their own private room and bathroom which is very hard to find. The kitchen and living area in the lodge home offered plenty of room for our meals. We even had one family member in a wheelchair and the cottage was wheelchair accessible for him other than a step into the house. Beautiful views of the lake from the patios and we enjoyed the tram down to the dock. Great location - just a couple of miles from groceries and restaurants. And we could take walks in a nearby neighborhood. We hope to return someday!

Property was just as listed. Adequately stocked kitchen. Very steep walk to the water but definitely doable. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing stay!!

Our son was married at Anthony Chapel in Hot Springs Feb 5, 2021. We needed enough space for our families to gather for the weekend to celebrate with them. The two houses were the PERFECT solution! Both were spacious, beautiful, clean and had an amazing view of the lake with multiple decks to enjoy! The cabin had a grill, so making multiple pounds of bacon and sausage for brunch was PERFECT for our huge crew of 28 people and the massive island in the kitchen was an awesome buffet/seating! Before we rented, the owner was kind enough to let us tour to ensure both houses would be large enough for us and they turned out PERFECT! Check in/out was easy and the houses were very clean stocked with everything we needed for the entire weekend. It was an amazing wedding and an amazing family gathering in the perfect lodging! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful homes!! We were blessed ALL weekend!!
