Casa situada en el Historico barrio del Albaicin, con unas maravilosas vista a la Alhambra, Sierra nevada y Granada desde todas las estancias y desde su magnifica terraza.
Localizada a 2 minutos andando del Mirador de San Nicolás ( principal punto de interés turístico junto con la Alhambra ).
Parada de Bus que conecta el centro de la ciudad con el barrio Albaicin en la misma puerta de casa.

Amazing Stay

This property is astounding. Comfortable, in the best area of Granada (away from the tourist traps) and the views from the terrace and patio are unsurpassed. Beatriz was a perfect host. I couldn’t recommend this property more.

Beautiful house fantastic location. Amazing view

The house is beautiful it is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The views from the terrace are simply stunning. Beatriz is so great with communication and very helpful whilst you stay. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Gorgeous place I certainly hope to be back.

Gorgeous View of the Alhambra

We had a beautiful view of the city and the Alhambra. The patio was sunny and warm, a wonderful place for coffee in the morning. The host was communicative and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Granada!

Spotless with incredible views!

The apartment was perfect for our short getaway with friends. The terrace is unreal with impressive views of the Alhambra and perfect for aperitivos. Everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was perfect for our needs and beds comfortable. Perfect location too just 15min walk from the main sights. Thank you!

Beautiful home away from home!

Beatriz was a wonderful host. She greeted us at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know about her lovely family home and the surrounding area.The location is perfection and is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the shuttle bus. Among the many highlights of our stay in Granada was the breathtaking views of the Alhambra from the apartment. I highly recommend booking this beautiful apartment for your stay in Granada. We enjoyed our stay very much. Simply the best!

fantastic apartment - stunning views

The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the host met us there to explain where shops, restaurants , buses etc . From start to finish she was fantastic - great communication and couldnt be more helpful. The apartment is well equiped with all you would need and really is in the most amazing location. Would highly recommend and will book again if I return

We loved staying at this house in the Albaicín! Beatriz always answered my questions immediately and the home was tidy and clean. Great view! Lovely!! Quiet. Open your eyes at night and see the Alhambra lit up right in front of you.

The best rental in Granada

I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. The location is wonderful, the host was incredibly helpful and kind, the views of Alhambra are unparalelled, and the apartment was clean and beautiful with lots of character. It is clear that the owner/host takes great care to maintain and enhance the apartment. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals all over the world and agree that this is the best one we have ever stayed at with the best value. Thank you for making our time in Granada amazing. This place was the cherry on top.

Amazing views!

Great place to stay with incredible views. This apartment serves as an excellent place to stay and experience the beautiful of Granada. Check in is in person which I believe is required in Spain, but still annoying to need to coordinate upon arrival. A reminder that it is in the Albaicin and like any place there is on top of a hill. Just something to be aware of if you plan to wall into the heart of the city a lot. You basically get a private version of the San Nicolas viewpoint from this apartment. Truly incredible.

Fabulous flat

Beatriz was awesome. Met us at the VRBO and showed us everything. Information printed out and laminated for us, very easy to use. Views were amazing! Keys for front door were very difficult to use- often would not work!! Shower drain slow…. Water was backing up. Overall it was a great place, I would stay here again.

Fabulous apartment & location!

Beatriz made checking in and out smooth and easy , even arranging a taxi to the station on our check out day. The apartment was a delight with stunning views of the Alhambra from every room! There are two outside spaces a balcony and a huge terrace but with the same amazing views. The kitchen was small but had everything you could need to make a meal not that you have too as you are situated in the heart of the Albaicín with plenty of restaurants all around you. We loved our stay and would happily stay again if we are in Granada. I highly recommend this apartment. You should note however that there are a lot of stairs. Not an issue for us at all and in fact the whole UNESCO Albaicín neighborhood is hilly with lots of steps so you will need to do stairs to stay in this area

Best VRBO Ever

We have stayed at many rental properties over the years, and this one is by far our favorite. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so much better than we expected. The large terrace with the stunning view of the Alhambra was difficult to leave. I could have stayed there the whole visit. We bought wine and enjoyed it on the terrace every night. The neighborhood is cute, wandering around looking for tapas was tons of fun. Used Uber several times for getting around, never waited long. Used the bus to Alhambra from the bus stop right by the house, super convenient. If you are considering booking this place, don’t wait. Do it. You won’t be sad!

Exactly what I pictured a trip to Spain would be!

Beatriz was the most friendly and welcoming host. I had an accident in Barcelona and when we arrived in Granada Beatriz was so compassionate and caring to me. I cannot say enough about this property- there is so much history here! The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was so lovely in the hot July weather. This property was in an ideal location where we could walk to everything, and the views are unbeatable. We would go out to dinner or to a flamenco show and we went to tour the Palace, but no matter what we did I could not wait to get back to our villa and sit on the rooftop terrace and look at the lit up palace :-) This was my first trip to Spain or Europe altogether and I have to tell you that we are staying in Granada at this home is the highlight of my trip and something I will never forget . I hope I am lucky enough to come back and stay in this house.

Beautifully situated, comfortable and scenic space in the Albaycín

Every morning for a week we awoke to views of The Alhambra, which set the tone for a beautiful stay in Granada, thanks to Beatriz and her generosity. This apartment is situated in the Albaycín neighborhood, which means you are instantly in the center of winding paths and close houses, surrounded by Moorish influence and the magical feel of walkable restaurants and sights such as the Mirador de San Nicolas (there is flamenco up at the Mirador, if you want a walkable experience). Its location means you cannot park, but it also means that you are just steps from the C32, which took us everywhere! The bedrooms were comfortable, the living area allowed our family of four to relax on the couches and eat meals together, and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking. Beatriz herself was most welcoming, and although our daughter was the only one who met her in person when she opened up the apartment before our arrival, she was quick to communicate during our stay. This was a November visit, so the rain prevented us from using the beautiful patio, but the views from inside (where we were wrapped in comforters on the couch!) made it still feel magical. Gracias por todo, Beatriz!

Magical Introduction to Andalusia

We arrived just before sunset, were greeted by our wonderful and warm hostess, and shown through the apartment to the jaw-dropping view of the Alhambra from the main terrace. The buildings glowed red-gold in the setting sun, the moon emerged through pink clouds over the snowy Sierra Nevadas and wee bats started flickering through the starry sky. I can't believe we stayed in this magical place. The apartment is sweet, clean and absolutely perfectly placed for enjoying Granada and the countryside. We were lucky to have sunny warm weather for our shoulder season visit, and it felt like we had the tangled, steep and romantic streets of Granada to ourselves. The Alhambra surpassed my expectations, and I could easily have spent another day there, but there is so much to see in this historical city. The hiking in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada was a surprise highlight as well -- public transit is inexpensive and easy and we took a 1.50 Euro bus about a 1/2 hour out of town to a fantastic hike from the small town of Monachil. The Hammam al-Andalus is AMAZING. The bakery - Panaderia Maria - makes the best round loaves of bread. Pomegranates, figs, oranges, almonds, olives everywhere. Just a stunning place. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Séjour exceptionnel

Beatriz est une hôte charmante, chaleureuse, efficace et discrète. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et très propre. On s'y sent bien immédiatement. Elle est située dans un environnement très calme, proche des commerces et d'un quartier très animé. La vue sur l'Alhambra est exceptionnelle, vous avez le privilège d'avoir un mirador privé dans la maison et sur la terrasse supérieure. Tout cela a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. La seule question : quand pourrons -nous y revenir?

One of the Best VRBO I HAVE Rented

The apartment is happily better than I imagined. You could not have a more accommodating host, amenities and location. There are views of the Alhambra from every main window and both, private patios. The photos do not do the apartment justice. We took a taxi from the train station which I highly recommend. There is a shuttle bus which stops right above the apartment, but is often too crowded to a comodate luggage. This may not be a suitable location if you have difficulty with stairs.

What a view!!!

This house has one of the most amazing unobstructed views of the Alhambra, Generelife and the Sierra Nevada mountains! Better than the view you get at Mirador San Nicolas, because it is all yours on that beautiful giant balcony! It is convenient to walk, shop, restaurants, bus. The surroundings are quiet and serene. Beatriz is wonderful and responsive. I still can't believe I have to leave this place, it has been a truly amazing visit. Thank you Beatriz!
