The Space:

Sitting on Okaloosa Island, Blu 400 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat that is beautifully decorated with touches of elegance throughout. Upon entering, the views will immediately guide you to the main living area. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The stainless-steel appliances, seemingly endless, sparkling counters, and sleek cabinets will draw you in, and the large island gives even more space, as well as barstool seating. The dining area seats six to eight guests, and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone with a large sectional centered around a wall-mounted flat-screen television.



The balcony can be accessed from the living area and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Gulf sunrises and sunsets. Also accessible from the balcony is the main bedroom. With a king-size bed and ensuite bath, and breathtaking views of the water, you'll never want to leave. The bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub and shower with a seat, with gleaming finishes on each. Two of the guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The additional guest bedroom houses a bunk bed with twins, giving this home away from home enough bedding to sleep eight comfortably. The two guest bathrooms round off a stunning unit, where nothing is left to be desired. Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
