Super comfortable

We had a large family stay here and it was perfect for everyone. Beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. This home had access to beaches and downtown Tamarindo. We were very happy staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

Location location location the home is located in the best area to enjoy Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. Rent a golf cart it is the best transportation in town. Use the Beach Club, we were there everyday and did not want for anything service is great food is good and the amenities are terrific Fishing was awesome!!!

Breathe Taking Views

Josue was amazing! He went over and beyond. He even arranged for a taxi driver to bring something we forgot at the house to the airport for us. Always answered us promptly. We is a private yacht with playground yachts and it was unbelievable! A must. The staff on that yacht was incredible and we even got to see humpback whales. The golf cart company was great. Rent me Tamarindo! They would come to wherever we were to service our golf cats when needed. Over all a great experience. Everything came recommended by Josue! He was amazing!

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Located in a beautiful gated neighborhood, a short golf cart ride to a great beach for kids and all of the stores and restaurants downtown. Organizing our trip was seamless thanks to the help of our amazing house concierge, Josue. We are so thankful for his help in making for a very easy family vacation.

Great house, great location

Really great house and host. I know the area well and its a great spot in the best part of Tamarindo/Langosta... close to downtown Tamarindo but away a little to avoid some of the noise. The house is well appointed and has great views! I would not hesitate to book again and would put this house and location in the top 10% of available rentals in the area.

Beautiful house and relaxing stay

The house is gorgeous! and it comes with Josue, our concierge, who did a great job of taking care of us and helping us to make our time there even better. The house is very comfortable. Every room has its own bathroom, and they are spacious and comfortable. Even the shampoo and conditioner smelled great! When we arrived, Josue had arranged and coordinated for us to have golf carts on site, so we were ready to go from the first day. He also helped us to set up a boat trip on the estuary and some family pictures on the beach. Everything worked out fantastically, and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!!

Beautiful Villa

Our family stayed here for 5 days. The villa is exactly as pictured and well stocked with anything you might need. The views were amazing and we enjoyed several sunsets on the roof top deck. It is located close to town but we were happy we had reserved golf carts to easily access the town for meals and shopping. Mauricio was very helpful to coordinate anything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay again without any hesitation!

Best Trip We've Taken

Enclave 49 was the perfect place for our two families with toddlers and our concierge Mauricio was immensely helpful in setting up reservations, excursions, and transportation for everything we wanted to do in and around Tamarindo. He was also incredibly responsive to any further needs we had, no matter how small. Highly recommend Enclave 49 and their wonderful staff - will definitely be coming back!

After reseraching homes for weeks, we decided on this home and we are so glad we did! This was a perfect spot for our family of 9! Quick walk to the beach- we spend most of our days at the Langosta Beach club- had lunch there and massages right on the beach. Kids surfed right there and it was convenient to the house. Each "big kid" had their own bed, lots of space to spread out. Beautiful home! The howler monkeys were fun to spot in the trees nearby. Josue the concierge was so easy to work with and he addressed a couple of things right away- he also arranged the golf carts for us, a family photographer, dinner reservations and a catamaran! The construction next door didn't bother us at all. Loved our stay! Pura Vida!

Spectacular views and great service

Mauricio was our private concierge that made the trip from good to spectacular. He was always available and spent a lot of time with us planning our trip and even went shopping for us and stocked the fridge so when we arrived we were all set. The views on the property are amazing from the rooftop and pool. 2 masters. This home was huge and well maintained. If you needed anything at all their team would be there right away. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful vacation with family and friends.

The property was beautiful with wonderful views of the ocean and mountains. It was very clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Gustavo, our concierge, was very attentive and helpful in making reservations, planning excursions and solving problems. He was wonderful! The reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars was due to plumbing issues. It’s a common issue in that area and we got help promptly, you just need to be aware that their systems don’t work quite like we are used to in the US. Would I stay here again?? Absolutely!

Family vacation with teens and grandparents

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. The location was great. We rented two golf carts so that teens and grandparents could both get everywhere without navigating the hills, but those of us who enjoy walking were able to get everywhere we needed on foot. The house was perfectly set up to give teens their space and grandparents their space too. The passes to the beach club were fantastic, and we spent a part of most days there. The concierge made everything easy, but buyer beware as we found that some of the options provided were significantly more expensive that we could have paid if we had looked for options ourselves. Overall a fantastic house and highly recommend it.

This house and concierge was AMAZING

We absolutely loved this luxurious house. It was extremely clean, well designed and plenty of space for a big group. The location of the house was also very convenient. We have stayed closer to town during other times in Tamarindo, but liked a more laid back and quiet atmosphere. We felt super safe in the gated community and our favorite part was the unbelievable views from every window. Also, having an organized, caring and thorough concierge was the way to travel. They set up a call with us in advance of the trip and were able to provide everything we were looking for on our vacation. It was seamless and they were so positive and sweet. They promptly fixed any issue we were dealing with and were just a great support. I highly recommend this house with Pablo and Mauricio dedicated to making sure you have a great time.

Fun in the sun

We had two families with 4 teenagers and stayed at the villa for 5 nights. The villa was clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool, although it’s more like an oversized hot tub in size. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, but the work didn’t start until after 8 am and was finished by 5pm. Our concierge, Josue, was terrific. He was at the villa when we arrived and had the golf carts waiting for us and arranged for timely transportation to and from the airport. He also offered to arrange excursions for us and groceries delivery. The villa was a short golf cart ride to the main town, which had several great restaurants and cute stores. There was a great restaurant across the street from the villa with a small market.We didn’t find the private beach of the neighborhood until the last day unfortunately. Beautiful and few people on it. Definitely check it out. Overall, a great property and a great trip.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time with our family of five (two parents, two kids, one grandparent) and this house was perfect! The two double bed bedrooms are on the bottom floor and two master suites are on the top floor with the living space in the middle. The house had everything we wanted and was super comfortable. It is just far away enough from the busy city center that it is peaceful but close enough that you can buzz into town quickly. We spent a ton of time at the beach club pool/restaurant and that was a lovely perk. The only current negative is there is a TON of construction surrounding the house that is not pictured - literally on both sides - that was noisy and created some chaos with all of the cars, trucks and workers moseying around all day every day. But we would stay there again regardless! We rented a golf cart and also had a rental car which came in handy at night since it was the rainy season. Lastly, I have to say, this house comes with the most responsive management team I have ever dealt with. Anytime we needed anything, it was there five minutes later. They helped us book all of our activities and provided guidance at a moments notice. They were pretty darn amazing. Pura vida! Hope to see you again.

Lovely Home

The home itself is lovely sitting on a hill in a gated community. Unlike the listing, here were only peaks of ocean to be seen because another even taller house is being built and will almost completely obstruct the ocean views. The noise from the construction next door was also a hindrance to the peace and solemnity we had hoped for out on the balcony and beside the pool. The home otherwise was large, magnificently decorated, and well equipped. The management company was extremely quick in their response to our needs.
