Perfect location

We loved staying here. Beach access to two beaches, access to Longcosta beach club, walking distance to downtown Tamarindo. The plunge pool was perfect for our toddler also... he spent hours in there. This home had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The property was everything that our family and extended family of 8 needed for a one week stay. The place was clean, fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking, and going to the beach. The concierge service was excellent and they were extremely helpful and responsive to any issue that arose. The only concern was construction that was occurring next to the property that was quite loud at times. Other than that, it was a perfect location, beautiful, and we loved having access to the beach club.

Beautiful House and amazing location

My family had an amazing time at Enclave 46.! The property was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We spent multiple evenings watching sunset from the rooftop. The rooms were clean, spacious, and each had their own bathroom. Having beach club access as part of the rental was an amazing benefit and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the pool and beach there. Josue was a huge help getting us set up for transportation, reservations, groceries, and a golf cart. It’s definitely a great place to stay for a big group and I can’t recommend it enough!

This house was great for our needs as a big group. The en-suite bathrooms of the king bedrooms were very nice, the bedrooms cold. Josue was a very responsive concierge and nice housekeeping ladies as well. The only negative aspect of our stay was the construction surrounding the house, but it was out of Tamarindo Luxury’s hands and they let us know before our trip.

Beautiful home and location!

Our family of 12 spent a fabulous 10 days at this beautiful home. Location was great with a short 20-15 minute walk to town. Beautiful views of the sunsets! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our whole family which consists of 4 couples and 4 kids. It was a fabulous 10 days! A special thank you to the concierge, Andrea, who was always available for any need. Ours Vida!!

Paradise experience

The check in process was easy and very simple. The house is amazing, the views of the sunrise and sunset are unmatched. Cleanliness of the house was fantastic. Communication with our concierge was very quick and easy. We had one issue that was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The fifth bedroom is a bit small but had a bonus view that was great.

Amazing house and concierge

We absolutely loved this luxurious house and ended up renting the one right across the drive way to accommodate a large extended family. Both houses were extremely clean, well designed and plenty of space for a big group. The location was also very convenient. We have stayed closer to town during other times in Tamarindo, but liked a more laid back and quiet atmosphere. We felt super safe in the gated community and our favorite part was the unbelievable views from every window. Also, having an organized, caring and thorough concierge was the way to travel. They set up a call with us in advance of the trip and were able to provide everything we were looking for on our vacation. It was seamless and they were so positive and sweet. They promptly fixed any issue we were dealing with and were just a great support. I highly recommend both of these houses with Pablo and Mauricio dedicated to making sure you have a great time.

A very nice, well located property

This is a fairly new, well put together house. Well located in a gated area, but close to everything. The overall fit and finish is nice, “think new high end Residence Inn. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked. The indoor living spaces are comfortable and spacious. The views are terrific and the roof deck is one of the best places to enjoy sunset. Not that it mattered to us, but there are really 4 not 5 bedrooms. On the downside there is construction all around this property. The noise starts at around 6:30 and trucks and people all day. The construction tends to kick up a lot of dust and really distracts from using the outdoor space. The pool is really small and rapidly gets filled with dust and dirt. They do not run the filter system and this should be addressed. We didn’t use the pool. When the construction settles down this will be improved. The concierge service was very good. A quick response and resolution to any issues. Definitely added to our enjoyment of the property. We would stay here again.

Beware of this listing. Management company ruined our trip

I had reserved this property or stay in 2022. When Covid restrictions were still in place then we moved the reservation to 2023. I booked through VRBO and made my payments through VRBO but it was managed by a management company. there was back-and-forth regarding the weeks we would be staying as I tried to mail down spring break week for my grandkids. I checked the reservation multiple times through vrbo and everything looked OK. Suddenly I realized the week listed on vrbo was not the same week that the management company had listed for us. Since airfare was already purchased for the correct week, we could not stay at this house and we lost most of our money. I’m still really upset about it. We were left having to find another house at the last minute which was considerably more. I don’t know if I will stay at another VRBO property again. The fact that you are asking me to review my stay shows that there is still no link with this management company.

R&R in Costa Rica

Upon arriving to the property we were taken aback how beautiful the property was in person. The pictures do no justice. Each bedroom was spacious, very well-decorated providing a serene atmosphere, and of course, most importantly each room was had an air-conditioner. Each of my guests were able to go out on their individual private balconies and enjoy the Costa Rican air and natural sounds, providing a most relaxing environment. We were under the safe security of "Rico" and "Suave'", who were our friendly gecko's who would join us every evening on the Livingroom walls to watch our karaoke performance. NOW, it is a MUST when booking this property that you request Roxy & Brando, our amazing chefs and bartenders. Each day we savored a traditional Costa Rican meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And since it was one of our Sistagyrls birthday, I whisphered in Roxy's ear if we could have, and I quote "a little something-something" and she surprised not ONLY the birthday girl, but all of us with beautiful birthday decorations on the entire first floor with a delicious home-made birthday cake....was so good, we asked for it twice!! The villa has a partnership with the private beach club called Langosta Beach club, which is merely only a 10 minute walk. HOWEVER, if you can't take the humidiity or become a tad bit happily inebriated, you can call a Uber for just about $3.00 USD, and they are "johnny on the spot" with pick up!! Now, our wonderful host Mauricio was very tentative with any and all of our request and booking our transportation to/from airport as well as arranging for our Covid test which we had in the villa. Enclave 46 did us well and we would definitely rebook here again.

Great Stay

Absolutely loved my stay. The house was brand new and the interior was gorgeously decorated and comfortable. There was no shortage of amazing views either. The concierge and staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Can't wait to go back.

I loved it, I had this feeling as if we were in a pent house and at the same time we were in a beachfront house. Really nice. Anyone will love that feeling. Inside, decoration is awesome, beds, blankets, kitchen... excellent.

The Enclave is perfect!

Our stay at the Enclave in Tamarindo/Langosta was, in a word, perfect. The homes are very well done and located just a few steps from Tamarindo Beach. We also enjoyed the fact that the development also has direct access to a very secluded part of Playa Langosta! The views are unbelievable and we enjoyed our time swimming in the pool, barbecuing, and watching football games on the big TV! The kitchen very well appointed and a pleasure to cook in. The beach club is an added bonus and the staff there was super helpful. Nico gives amazing surf lessons BTW! The management company was easy to work with and our concierge Andrea was awesome... she took care of everything from transportation to and from the home, restaurant recommendations and she even booked us tour with a private guide/naturalist to an incredible waterfall in the jungle!??! We can’t wait to come back next year.
