February Getaway

Went to South Padre Island to get out of the cold northern weather. The weather was cold, with wind chills and very windy. The house was nice and a good location. So we still had fun. Got to witness the 3rd cold stun of Sea Turtles. Highly recommend visiting Sea Turtles Inc.

walk to the beach is convinient, grass needs to be kept up with and swimming pool needs to be clean before renting out to next tenant. Suggest to have more than 1 pan to cook in for guests.

Incredible stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Prior to the booking of the stay, the support was incredible. I was reluctant to book this since my niece is special needs and in a wheelchair, but let me tell you; this place is extremely manageable and makes it easy with the bedroom suite in the base floor. The pool was a very welcome sight with the steps that also allowed her to be in the pool with the other kids. The rooms were incredibly large and each with their own private bathroom made it really convenient for each of my family members. Another thing was the distance to the beach, merely a 3 to 5 minute walk. ANOTHER HUGE perk was that the beach access at the end of the road, next to Cocoa Hotel, is handicap accessible. This made everything extremely simple to traverse from the condo to the beach. Multi-faceted review, for the entire family, it was great and the fact that I found a place that is also inclusive of handicap personnel made it that much better for everyone in my immediate family and my nieces/nephews. I would definitely recommend this place as the price point is definitely really well suited for the space, service, cleanliness, and amenities you receive. This was a perfect location for our first family reunion and I would definitely make this an annual thing at the same location.

Clean, just like the pictures

We loved staying there! It was clean and exactly like the listing. The host was prompt and super responsive. Check in process was a breeze. Someone even came out in the middle of our stay and cleaned the pool. They had towels and beach/pool towels for us to use. The beach was a short, maybe less than 5 min away, walk. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before going inside which was very helpful. There is also a washer and dryer for you to use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Padre. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Excellent property, close to the beach

The property is in perfect shape with a great kitchen and 1st floor layout and plunge-pool in the backyard. All bedrooms, including kids bunk-room, had a private bathroom attached and was a great set up for 2-3 adult couples and kids. It was a short walk to either the beach or bay and restaurants were nearby. All questions were answered promptly by the property manager. I’d highly recommend this place and will visit again.

Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful beach house! It looks practically new. It was very clean and comfortable. The best part was that every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was a definite plus. The property manager was quick to answer our questions. A few things that were not up to standard include the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t turn on, back door lock didn’t work, and the shower doors on the first floor aren’t properly aligned creating significant water spills and increasing risk for falls. Aside from that, we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!
