Encantadora casa en Fairways subdivisión con carrito de golf para cuatro. Esta casa es la escapada perfecta para cualquier ocasión o solo para R&R.

El dormitorio principal está a su izquierda cuando entra en la entrada con cama King y su propio baño principal con plato de ducha.

La gran sala es muy cómoda con un sofá cama Queen y un reproductor de TV / DVD. Los nuevos muebles te harán sentir como en casa.

El comedor está separado de la cocina con una mesa para seis personas con ventanas que se envuelven alrededor de la sala para disfrutar de excelentes vistas del patio delantero o puede mirar por la parte de atrás a la zona de la terraza / patio.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una pequeña área de bar para crear tus bebidas favoritas o comer un bocadillo rápido o una comida completa.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size con TV y puerta de vidrio corrediza que da al porche cubierto. También puede mirar al patio trasero desde la ventana con excelentes vistas del campo de golf.

El segundo baño se encuentra frente al segundo dormitorio con una combinación de bañera / ducha.

Hay una sala de lavadora / secadora muy amplia que se encuentra entre el segundo dormitorio / baño.

Wonderful stay

This is a clean and well equipped villa in a lovely setting. The furnishings and decor are delightful. Comfortable bedding makes you want to stay even longer. The management (especially Phyllis) was always helpful and very cordial. We had fantastic stay and look forward to returning!

Baytowne Cottage

This was a great spot and great location. Place was perfect size for us. I’d recommend checking the steering and brakes of golf cart, but other than that I have no complaints. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay

This was located in a wonderful spot and the golf cart was everything! Got me everywhere I wanted to go and was a blast. The beeches are very crowded but the pool was nice and the shopping amazing! Was very clean and exactly as listed. I would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in spite of the fact that the HOA decided to remove 2 trees right outside our screened in porch, so quiet mornings were not had, no fault of the home owners, beds were very comfy, loveseat and couch are getting a little soft.

End of summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! It was very clean and beautifully decorated in a relaxing spa like feeling. Also, so many windows provided a ton of natural light. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely hope to return next year !

Quiet Retreat

We vacation at The Sandestin Resort every year and we try to stay in a different place each time. This place was perfect for us. It is quite and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and had lots of amenities that other places did not offer. The golf cart was a plus and came in handy. I will definitely consider this condo next year. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent Rental Property

The property was exactly like the pictures. The rental agent was very helpful. We had a problem with the golf cart when we moved in (it didn't run) and the agent got someone out to fix it the same day. The resort is very nice and extremly well maintained. All the staff are very pleasant, helpful and courtious. We plan on returning next year.

Property location great! However the front storm door wouldn't close. The door cylinder pin was missing so door closer not working. Home was full of flying insects. Had to purchase bug spray. The screened in area was unfit for anyone to use. I had to contact property manager for housekeeping to come clean and they didn't get there until the next day. It was unbelievably dirty. There was wood, dirt, etc. on the table, floor, and everywhere. The igniter on the gas grill was not working, making the grill a safety hazard to lite. The grill was filty! It was ok

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were several hurdles. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathrooms weren’t in great shape, the living room rug was dirty, furniture didn’t get dusted, and the back porch was filthy. Back porch had a terrible odor the first few days. They came back the next day to clean again and the back porch didn’t get touched again. We cleaned it ourselves. The unit is dated - old furniture and fixtures and bathrooms. The storm door handle was broken. They attempted to fix it twice and apparently gave up but never followed up with us. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed the golf cart and golf course views. It could be an amazing home - it just needs a lot of TLC.
