La última vez que uno de nosotros estaba en West Beach, nos encontramos con esta casa en 2175 West Beach Blvd. Estaba en el mercado, ¡y qué lindo! Anteriormente ocupado por el propietario, este encantador 5 dormitorios nunca se ha alquilado antes. ¡Tomamos posesión de la casa el 2 de julio y puedes alquilarla por una canción para este primer verano ya que mi familia la está poniendo en línea para los invitados de mediados de verano de 2019!

La hemos bautizado Blue Heron durante el primer año, porque nos recuerda un poco a esa majestuosa ave costera, además de ver ese azul, ¡y el reflejo del cielo también!

Smooth sailing all the way with this rental! From booking to leaving everything went without trouble. The only thing I can complain about was with the tv being so high in the first floor bedroom I had to get out of bed to change the channel or adjust the volume while holding the remote up in the air

Loved Blue Heron

Overall, we loved the place. It was a great fit for our family and met all of our needs. It was nice to go to the pool after a hot day on the beach. The only thing we really noticed is that the house didn't have any spices at all left over from previous guests. Maybe they are always removed, but in all of our previous rentals there's typically been at least table salt. Also, probably worth mentioning that the dishwasher is not screwed in to the counter and had to be pushed back into place a couple times. Neither of those comments is a negative reflection for the blue heron or our experience there. We really had a great time.

Loved Blue Heron!

We had a great trip! We loved the house and the location! This was our first time renting a house since we usually do condos and it was a game changer! We loved it and will definitely be back!

We loved the property! The location is great, the beach access is wonderful and the pool is an added plus. The only drawback we experienced was a problem with the main level air our last 2 days. Haleigh had someone come right out to look at it but it continued to run hot. Because of this I rated the property 4 stars. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Fantastic beach home!

We absolutely loved loved LOVED Blue Heron. It was very clean, cute, and worked extremely well for us. And the beach felt like it was our own. And the decks. Just wow. We can't wait to come back. It was worth every penny and we have the best time! Thank you for having us!

Friends and family get away

We had a wonderful time at the blue heron. Plenty of room and great location to the beach. However, there were some things that were disappointing. 1. No extra blankets2. Only one dish towel and kitchen towel3. Internet’s description of bed situation and location of the beds4. No beach chairs/towels5. Bedroom mattresses were horrible in the master and middle bedroom upstairs- like horrible and didn’t sleep well all weekAlthough the above was a disappointment, we still had a great time and would totally come back! The porches were awesome with the Adirondack chairs and table. The doors out each bedroom were a great amenity for each couple. Thanks for the great memories for our family and friends. We hope to come back and enjoy your properties again next year!!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach and staying in this beautiful property! We loved the upper and the lower decks, the heated pool, and our close proximity to the beach! This is definitely a property we will consider again!

Perfect, and so incredibly thankful!

We were incredibly thankful to get a response and approval to book so quick considering we booked day of arrival (running from a vacation hurricane). Before we came, Rick even offered to put us up in another one of his places inland if we arrived here and the hurricane shifted west. The house was perfect to meet our needs and could have held more people. We loved how the 3 upstairs rooms had their own view/balcony access. Master suite was luxury size lol. Pool was great! Parking was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and had 2 fridges. An exterior elevator would be nice for sending luggage and groceries to the main floor (be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs) but that's the price you pay for the VIEW which is perfect!! [Awesome! 😎😎😎 I am so glad I was able to help save your vacay when Helene chased you west. I am sorry you, and the homeowner, were impacted by the hurricane, but am happy I was able to assist you all. I'd be happy to have you all back anytime, and appreciate the super nice review 🤗, and that you loved everything from the kitchen to the decks, and the master suite, and more (and of course the VIEWS, right?! Love sitting on the deck having coffee and my laptop). Thanks again! 🙏]

Loved Blue Heron!!!

We loved loved loved the blue heron! The location was great, away from all the area with condos. The back porch was amazing we enjoyed breakfast and coffee out there. The ice maker was a nice surprise saved us on making many trips to Waves. This was my favorite house we have stayed in so far. If we had a couple more of the grown up couples we would have rather been in the others with more bathroom. But this one was the best. I really can't think of anything that was missed. When we got there one coffee pot had a sign on it it was broken. But it just needed the pipe hooked up back inside. Everything worked well. Oh and the nice big laundry room was great to place our ice chest and extras in. We loved it all![Yay! 😁 Thanks Traci! Glad you all had a fantastic time! Reach out to me or any of the Bama Beach Houses gang when ready to lock down next year's trip! 🙏]

Good property, little pricey. The pipes in the showers upstairs had a whistling noise when in use. Also, could use dishtowels and potholders in the kitchen-only one dishtowel was there. No show stoppers, just would be good to look into.

LOVED Blue Heron

Great location

Lots of room. Extra frig is a must with families. Loved that. Huge space for everyone to have a spot of their own if needed. Pool a bonus for us. Only complaint is the sleeping bottom floor there is no A/C in that room. I get that it would be for kids and they probably wouldn’t care but 18 yr old didn’t care for the hot room. Location is perfect. Away from the busy beach. This beach was always quiet. You can enjoy the view all the time. Management was incredible. Very fast response to any questions I had.

Nice Week on the Gulf

The weather was beautiful 7 out of 9 days! One massive storm that was not too fun. Sand blew from all over and into the pool. One call to the management company and it was taken care of - they were really great. Extremely pleasant! Just like most rentals - some quirks but overall the 6 of us had a great time. A little shore fishing - swimming - sunning and chilling! No problem with beds whatsoever! Very comfortable.
