End of summer trip

Our annual trip to the beach. Our place was perfect for our group. Close proximity to the beach and boardwalk and enough space for us all to enjoy the trip.

Perfect 2-night stay

We had a seamless stay in Seaside! The owners are super communicative, and the house is clean, spacious, and could not be closer to the beach and boardwalk. The kids and adults slept comfortably and soundly, and all the amenities were well-maintained. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending to friends :)

The location was amazing. It was right at the start of the boardwalk. The beach was so close. You are also right near the Shore Store for the MTV Jersey shore show. We were able to stay parked and walk to everything. The house was nice and clean and we had a nice deck. Also outside showers to clean up after the beach. We loved it and will definitely be back.

You could not get closer to the boardwalk and beach than this house. Perfect for our weekend trip, everything walking distance…. Tons of bedrooms.

Had a great time staying here this past week! The unit was close to the boardwalk and beach, clean, and perfect for our stay. Definitely would recommend for a seaside beach getaway!

Great beach house on the shore

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious, clean and in a great location (right by the beach). Jack, Vivian and Joanne were incredibly helpful and always available for communication, making sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

First time to Jersey Shore

We had 4 generations go ranging in age from 10 to 80 and everyone had great time. The location was perfect!! We look forward to going back.

Family weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend. The access to the beach and board walk made this trip so wonderful and easy. Especially since we were away with twin 2 years olds and my mother. The house had a room for everyone and bathrooms for each family. The house really gave us the chance to just be together and spend quality family time together we never get.

Cozy beach house with refreshed amenities

We were a larger group of friends and their kids, and we had a great time at the house. You can't get much closer to the beach and boardwalk. The unit has been refreshed recently with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The living room was nice and spacious for us, and having a large dining table meant we could all sit together for meals. We stayed in the winter, and the unit was plenty warm during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful Beach House!!!

This house has it all! The check in process was quick and easy.. the house was ready early and we were able to enter at an earlier time. We are a family of 6 including two children ages 2 and 4. The house was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for each of us…. Comfy beds and three full bathrooms really came in handy. There is even a beautiful garden to walk through. Jack and Vivian were great hosts and let us pick some of the zucchini flowers to enjoy with our dinner. The location is perfect… easy access to the beach and a very short walk to the boardwalk. Great communication with Jack and Vivian too! Thank you for a great stay… we all really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location y

My family and I had such a memorable experience at this wonderful home. The home was as described in the pictures and listing except 2 gas grills were added the day we got there. They came in handy as we grilled everyday. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with a full bed, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with a table for seating 10 people, 2 full bathorooms, a living room and tv room plus another dining table for 4 people and washer/dryer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bed each plus 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. That’s a lot of comfortable beds! The location couldn’t be better for our group of 11. I can’t wait to come back here. As a matter of fact I’m planning another trip here. You are literally 20 steps from the boardwalk. The full service Acme supermarket is 0.4 miles and the CVS is short walking distance. You have a direct ocean view from the deck. My family and I lucked out with the location and cleanliness of this home.

EXCELLENT!!

I came to stay here for my birthday weekend and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I was booking late and thought I wasn’t going to find anything but found this gem!! Jack answered ALL of my questions promptly and I never had to wait more than an hour or less for a response. The house was super clean when we arrived and it worked out that we could check in earlier when we arrived since it was pouring. Literally a 30 second walk to the boardwalk. Enough beds to sleep 10-12 comfortably nicely sized kitchen, living rooms and having 3 full bathrooms was amazing!! Deck was also great for a big crowd and the shared area with a grill was perfect. Thank you so much jack and vivían for everything I will definitely be back in the future!!

Quick Trip!

We made a quick trip to the Jersey shore for a family wedding. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, it was clean, comfortable, and a great location. Communication with the owners was great, check in was simple, and we were overall pleased with everything!

Perfect place for a shore vacation

Totally as advertised. The perfect place for our group of 10 with a great big dining room table perfect for playing cards and card games. Location can't be beat; only steps from the boardwalk and the beach, but just north of the real busy area. Jack and Vivian are delightful hosts and made our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

Great location and spacious!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The rooms were very clean and very spacious, enough for the seven of us to be together without being on top of each other. Very nice kitchen and washer and dryer with all the things you would need. The location could not be better, the boardwalk and beach are around the corner. Very much appreciated the included beach passes and the cool grilling area. All in all, everything you could want for a family beach rental!

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
