Preciosa casa de 3 dormitorios cerca de la playa!

**** Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños con una cocina muy grande en la sala de estar con TV y WiFi. La mesa de la cocina se encuentra al lado de una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a la cubierta del patio que está sombreada por un gran árbol de aguacate. El patio trasero ofrece privacidad. Al otro lado del pasillo del lavadero está el medio baño.

A continuación, en el interior hay un dormitorio principal / baño con bañera de hidromasaje que puede contener fácilmente a dos adultos, también hay una ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. El estudio está al otro lado de la escalera, tiene un nuevo sofá cama queen. Su ubicación evita el tráfico peatonal desde las habitaciones principales de abajo. Arriba hay dos dormitorios y el segundo baño con una gran ducha. El dormitorio delantero tiene un balcón que ofrece un aislamiento moderado.

This is a very nice house and the managers, Al and Shari were very responsive. Our TV had a problem and they installed a new SMART TV the next day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and linens are top quality and ample. We had very nice cocktail hours on the porch under the avocado tree. Thanks Al and Shari

The best stay in Capitola

We had the most wonderful vacation at Shari's house in Capitola. The house was beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped with all the equipment we needed, including all the beach toys and equipment. We loved the location as well - so close to Capitola beach and shops. It was also a close distance to a nearby park, and to many shops and grocery stores. Communication was great - Shari always responded promptly and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely come back to Shari and Al's house if they would have us again! :)

Great Property

I did not travel to this home. The rental was occupied by 3-4 workers for a little over 2 months. Both the home and the owners are great. Communication with the owners could not have been better. We actually needed to extend, not once but twice, and were accommodated. Everything listed was just as listed. I would absolutely stay at this listing again if we were in the area and would recommend that others do the same. Thank You Shari for a great stay !

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this Capitola home! It's in a great location close to shopping centers, the beach and a short walking distance to the Capitola Village. Home is very clean, roomy and the neighborhood is really quiet. Shari is very responsive to messages. Highly recommend this home!

What a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful 2.5 week stay at Shari’s. Above and beyond our expectations and our son is already talking about going back to the “avocado house” ASAP. Really great location near amenities and still quiet. Capitola has a wonderful feel, we fell in love with it. We found it helpful to have a car but not needed. Lots of great restaurants and eateries nearby plus of course awesome beach!! The house was above and beyond and had everything we could have hoped for. A great time overall.

Close to the Beach and everything!

We very much enjoyed our stay, we were amazed at how close everything was around us. I enjoyed walking, so the distance made it nice to be able to walk around everywhere, even the beach! The house was very cute, it fit all of us that were there and we felt very relaxed and at home.

Lovely home in a great location

We had a great time at Shari's place. The location was in a perfect location to so many things. We walked to the beach and were a short drive to the aquarium in Monterrey and hiking in the redwoods as well. Check in was easy and Shari was very helpful very available. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious, and we enjoyed the lovely deck and bbq grill too. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Great House Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this cute house. It was by far one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in. The location was perfect--walking distance to Capitola Beach and lots of restaurants and stores near by. Shari and Al were wonderful hosts--gave us lots of helpful information and tips. When they found out we were planning on spending the afternoon at the Beach Boardwalk prior to checking in, they offered to let us drop off our luggage for safe store. We would definitely love to return in the future. Thanks Shari and Al!

Really as good as others say!

Neighbors were great, parking was easy. Layout is a bit odd but it all worked. Front room is sort of orphaned and back area could be tight if you had 8, we had 5 adults and even had some friends over for lunch on back deck. So happy there and loved the town too

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Shari's beautiful home went above and beyond our expectations. Everything we needed or wanted was available and easy to find. It was our first VRBO experience and after reading reviews of other homes, this stay will be hard to top. We would love to make it an annual trip and stay here every year .

Wonderful house with perfect location!

Just a quick walk to Capitola beach and shopping as well as walking distance to Whole Foods and more. Perfect location and the home as everything you need including a great backyard with a gas grill and plenty of fun beach supplies in the garage. Communication was fantastic although we didn’t need anything because everything worked great and was easy to find. We highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

Great House!

This house is almost perfect! Lovely and comfortable, super quiet neighborhood. Three great bedrooms, with comfortable beds! spacious living room, and kitchen. The table was a nice size for games and family dinners. We did not feel crowded with 6 people, We also were able to enjoy the lovely back yard and BBQ. Everything was clean and nice. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Downstairs Bedroom for Older or Disabled People

One of the great things about this house is that is has a downstairs bedroom. My grandparents joined us on this trip and they appreciated not having to go up and down the stairs.

House is conveniently located. A short drive or walk to stores, coffee shops, the Shadowbrook restaurant and Capitola beach area. Clean, bright house with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

property was exactly like the pictures and the description stated online .beautiful home an property loved the avocado tree in the back yard.house had every thing you would need to accommodate the seven people that we had very comfortably extra blankets plenty of dishes,coffee cups, silverware .plenty of towels.extra beach towels .great wi-fi,washer and dryer every thing worked excellent. loved the gas stove.gas grill on back deck.and boy that location about 12 minute walk to the beach and Capitola village an wharf(great food everywhere)an maybe ten minute ride to Santa cruse boardwalk an pier once again great food an good times everwhere

Clean and Great Location

Very easy check in, good communication with Shari., house was very clean and worked out really well for our family. The 1/4 bathroom on the first floor was helpful. Location was excellent, great access to downtown Capitola, the beach, restaurants all within walking distance., although hill coming back but definitely manageable and nothing Shari can do about it. Also, good location with easy access to Whole Foods CVS etc. and if needed to drive any where was very easy. Probably list a few more amenities available at the house i.e. hair dryer; beach chairs/towels, umbrella. Overall great stay and would like to return.

Good location for Santa Cruz riding

Only 15-20 minutes from good breweries (Humble Sea and Sante Adairius), good food stops, and riding (Demo Forest, Fort Ord Monterrey, trails near UCSC). Backyard has a gigantic avocado tree. Inside there are 3 bedrooms with beds, a pull out couch, and TV with internet access. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great Stay!

Host was quick to respond and very friendly! The pictures don’t do the place justice. Backyard is very well maintained. The home was well stocked and close to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely stay in capitola

We had a great stay as a family of four. The house was a really nice size for us, it was clean and had lots of things to use like dishes and towels. One of the best parts of the trip was it's proximity to a delicious vegetarian restaurant that we ate at every day! Also the beach was very close by and we got to go there every day too. Would recommend this house and would visit again in the future.

Wonderful rental

Lovely property. Sheri was super responsive. We thought there would be a hot tub based on the VRBO tag, but that was our fault as the pictures clearly show a dual-jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach each day., but also not being in the middle of the throng.
