Este 4 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, moderno Beach Box Cottage está completamente remodelado y actualizado en 2019. El es muy sencillo y limpio. Ideal para relajarse en la playa. Acceso directo a la playa en Abalone con un soporte de salvavidas y acceso a escaleras. La casa cuenta con una ducha al aire libre, lavadora, secadora, cocina mejorada completa, amplio porche y en un lote de esquina. Esta casa es de tecnología con puertas de entrada de acceso remoto con códigos programados y televisores con transmisión WiFi. 2 habitaciones Queen y 2 habitaciones con literas y una individual. Tamaño perfecto para 2 familias pequeñas.

Perfect Getaway

Last minute vacation

After a family wedding we needed a week at the beach! The house was perfect. We have rented in the Corolla area for years. First time in Nagshead. Really enjoyed it and the house, would definitely book it again.

Perfect beach vacation!

We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and very clean beach house! Jeff was a great host. We loved the location too - two blocks from the grocery store and even less to the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the living room and kitchen were perfect for cooking and relaxing. Loved the front porch too!

Perfect Nags Head Rental

You might think you need one of the new giant houses popping up all over Nags Head… Maybe if you plan to sit inside all week. This house is perfectly updated, exceptionally well stocked, has plenty of space and most importantly sits across from the best sandbar in town. Our family keeps coming back because we love the location and the house. We have rented from the host almost every year since he remodeled the house. It’s everything you need for a great family stay with walk to surf on a beautiful beach.

Renovated Beach House on the Corner

This house was in a perfect location for our family vacation. We could see the beach access from the front porch only a block away. Having the beach within walking distance was very handy for carrying all of the beach chairs and toys. The grocery store and some restaurants were also within walking distances. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing the sand off after spending a day at the beach. The house was decorated with a beach theme. It had a kitchen island that family could gather around and a front porch with comfortable rocking chairs for us to use. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. This is a house that my family would rent again.

Best Beach Vacation

We had the best time at the beach! The house was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Super close to beach access with lifeguard, ice cream, restaurants and groceey store. We enjoyed the front deck and outdoor shower :-)

Beautiful Beach Cottage

The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor shower was just amazing and the location was perfect. It exceeded all expectations!

Great Host, Great property!

Can't say enough about Jeff the host. Great communication and the property lived up to everything said about it. Short walk to the beach but great thing was a short walk to restaurants, coffee etc as well. Very clean with plenty of space. Definitely will stay here again.

Epic OBX house

We had an absolute blast! This place was set up so perfect for our two families. It’s got very easy beach access and really close to awesome restaurants and other amenities. To top it all off- the owner was very accessible and helpful with all our needs. We will for sure be looking to stay here again

Another Excellent Stay

This was our family's second stay at this wonderful beach house. We love its location to the beach, restaurants, and the house itself is very modern and well kept, with all of the amenities (and more) that anyone would need during a trip to the beach. If you are thinking of booking - don't hesitate! You and your family will love it as much as we do!

Beautiful Cottage, Great Location!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we had no idea what to expect. The cottage was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The central location was great for a first trip and the beach access was so easy. Thanks for a great trip!

This home checked all the boxes! Clean, well stocked kitchen, beach with lifeguard, walking distance to great restaurants and incredibly comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Perfect Family Trip

The Fanzo's did an amazing job with this property. A totally modernized classic OBX cottage house. The home is spotless and modernized in every way. Location is across the street from one of the best beach access areas in Nags Head. If you like to surf the sandbar at Abalone down to Bonnet is very reliable. We have rented the home two years in a row and plan to return again. My daughter and family were ready to stay!

Amazing dream week with family.

Amazing week. 7/3-7/10. House was great. Perfect for two families. Has everything you needed. Felt like you were home. Plenty of stuff supplied for beach, cooking, and little things you forgot to bring. Beach was great. 1 block away and short beach to water. Lifeguard chair right on block. Restaurants were all good. Dirty dicks, mulligans and reds tap house all amazing. Be aware everywhere is understaffed so 45 to an hour and 30 mins. But we would send 1 person sign us in and wait at house till they called us. Worked every time. Ice cream booty treats 3 block walk. Ate every night. Porch is beautiful. Sat every night and relaxed. Shopping close by, sand dunes were great, and laser tag was great for kids. Jeff was great, responded quickly and all around great person to deal with. Amazing time!

So Amazing

If you think the pictures of this house are amazing, wait till you step inside. It’s obvious the owners care about this home. There are a lot of personal touches – a beach theme in every room, including the bathroom vanity knobs. The house was was updated, well maintained, clean and the location couldn’t be beat. We were walking distance to so many restaurants, a grocery store and you can see the beach stairs from the porch. Beach gear and bicycles were conveniently delivered right to the house. I’m an experienced VRBOer, so I’m always prepared with garbage bags, coffee filters, dishwasher tabs -all the things you don’t want to buy a big package of locally. The most considerate owners, leave a small supply as these owners did. Like the guests before us, we added a few items (paper drink umbrellas & pantry items) to the already well stocked kitchen. The dishes (loved the mason jar glasses) and cookware were all great quality, not the cheap stuff you’ll often find in rentals. Be aware that some restaurants had long waits, but we managed to always eventually find ones with less than 45 minutes (we walked away from a few 2+ hours waits) and had really great meals and service (check the guest book for our favs). Please treat this home as if it was your own, and let many more families enjoy the beauty and relaxation of this house and Nags Head.

Beautiful Cottage By The Ocean 9-20/9-27 2020

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. Jeff and Angie have done a wonderful job renovating the cottage and you can see the pride they have in the cottage and wanting to make sure their guests feel at home and have a memorial vacation. Everything is top notch. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need and all the appliances are new. The furniture is very comfy and you just feel at home. The house is a 4 bedroom with plenty of room for a large family. The beds are very comfy and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The washer and dryer are brand new and there is a nice enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off. This cottage is located 1 easy block from the beach access and in the heart of everything. You can walk for groceries, dinner and many retail shops. In the evening you can sit on the wraparound porch and hear the waves crashing on the beach and enjoy a wonderful breeze. We were very fortunate to be able to rent this cottage and Jeff (the owner) was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this cottage. I guarantee you will love it and enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Wonderful renovated home

Our family of 5 had a great week at the Fanzo's property. Jeff was very communicative from the start, and you can tell they've spent considerable time and money renovating their home. The appliances were all new and well cared for (even the washer/dryer, which have always been pretty beat up in other homes we've stayed in). Our 2 teenagers and 8 year old had enough room to spread out, but it might have been tight in the common area if we filled all the beds. Location is great also! Just a short walk to the beach...you can see the public entrance from the front porch, and shopping center with grocery store, coffee shop, etc. was literally around the corner. Overall, this was a great rental choice and I recommend it if you're looking to spend some downtime with a small group.

Beautiful, Modern Beach House - Perfect OBX Escape

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation with two small children. The house was very clean, modernly appointed, and well-equipped with everything we needed to have a great stay - including lot of fun games for the kids! The house is in walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and our favorite OBX coffee spot - Front Porch Cafe. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Jeff and Angela Fanzo purchased this home in 2017 after spending several annual vacations in Nags Head at family cottages a block south of OBXFanz. During an evening walk to Red Drum we noticed this house was just listed for sale and at that point we knew this was the perfect home for us and our family. The rest is history. Over the past 6 years we have completely renovated the house into a simple, clean, modern beach house. We have 3 little beach girls that enjoy coming for weeks at time to enjoy the oceans and simple life. We have put our own sweat and tears into making this a home not only for us but for everyone who gets to enjoy their time here.
While we live year round in Arizona we call the mid Atlantic home to us. Jeff was born in Pittsburgh, PA and was raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Angie grew up in Northern VA in a town called Warrenton. Our family has several cottages just a block away which allows us to feel right at home when we come to visit.
We hope everyone can enjoy this home as much as we do and soak up the sun, beach and beach lifestyle.
