Featuring a newly renovated open living area and two master bedrooms, our vacation home is the perfect getaway for multiple families. Each bedroom offers a large en suite bathroom, Smart TV, and direct deck access. Multiple covered porches offer views of the ocean, the ICW, Holden Beach bridge, and stunning island sunrises and sunsets. Amenities include access to a private beach clubhouse and oceanfront pool as well as well “day dock” boat slips on the ICW from a community marina. Additionally, our home provides a kayak, beach bikes, ping pong table, shuffle board, and games to keep the kids entertained. Drive over the Holden Beach bridge with its breathtaking views and enjoy our family retreat, where sunshine may become your new favorite color!

Bedroom # 4 second floor: Great kids room! Queen bed and Full bed/twin trundle with private bathroom (shower). Flat screen TV equipped with Xbox gaming.

Linens are provided by CARE Linen Service, a third party rental service in Holden Beach.

Golden on Holden is located in the prime island community of Seaside. It sits on a corner cul-de-sac lot which adds extra privacy and quick access to the adjacent boardwalk that leads to the beach and clubhouse. The community clubhouse includes an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, gated parking, gathering room, restrooms, and shower facilities. Our large yard is great for lounging in the sun, swinging in the hammock, playing corn hole, and grilling out with family and friends. We provide a charcoal grill for your use.

LOCATION:
Located on a small barrier island, Holden Beach is nestled by water on all sides with eight miles of wide open beaches. Holden Beach has kept its timeless charm and slow-paced lifestyle. There are no stoplights, high rises, or storefronts on the island. Holden Beach was highlighted on the cover of Coastal Living’s 2020 summer magazine as the Best Beach in North Carolina.

If you want to take a break from the kitchen, Holden Beach offers a variety of restaurants that satisfy both your taste buds and your budget. Sample some of the fabulous, fresh seafood at one of the waterfront grills. Be sure to try a scoop of homemade ice cream from one of the local hot spots. There are a handful of favorite places to eat on the island for a casual bite to eat, and several more just across the bridge on the mainland. Additionally, a grocery store, pharmacy, and local shops are a short drive away.
