La Dolce Vita es una hermosa casa frente al mar playa situada en Holden Beach orientada a la familia increíble. Esta casa se ha terminado, en marzo del 2013. Holden Beach fue votado 10 mejores playas de la familia y es un amistoso no comercializado, lugar para la familia, perfecto para cualquier persona que quiera un descanso y le encanta la playa. La isla entera es casas de alquiler. Esto permite a las familias para relajarse y disfrutar de la espectacular playa sin aglomeraciones de gente. Holden Beach cuenta con varios restaurantes de diversión, pero no la comida rápida o tiendas comerciales en todo. La isla se encuentra a 7 kilómetros de largo. Hermosa decoración con un montón de extras: Dos habitaciones familiares, cocina grande y bien equipada, excelentes vistas de mar desde el interior de la casa, dos grandes cubiertas frente al mar con rockeros, lavadero, comedor combinados con una barra de bar que tendrá capacidad para 12, dormitorio principal con impresionantes vistas al mar, dos dormitorios cada una con una cama de matrimonio, otro dormitorio con cuatro camas literas XL gemelos, y gran extensión de playa con poca gente, mesa y sillas, ducha cerrada al aire libre, conexión inalámbrica a internet de alta velocidad, 4 TV, DVD, cocina, ventiladores de techo, tranquilo y privado bien equipado.

A wonderful week away

This was the perfect place for our two-family vacation. We had ample space, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the two living rooms gave the kids a place to hang out separate from the kids. The proximity to the beach made quick trips to the house feasible, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus. There were also a ton of great beach supplies in the storage room.

Family trip

We had a great stay at this property. The large covered back porch and proximity to the beach were some of the highlights for us. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen (including toddler plates/bowls/cups/silverware). The house was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend!

Family Fall Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is wonderful and has anything you would need and more. The house overall is very roomy and gives you an at home feeling. With the beach only a few steps down the walkway we couldn’t keep ourselves from spending much time enjoying the sand. The whole rental process was very easy and well organized. We would love to stay here again.

The absolute needed getaway!

This property offers all of the amenities anyone may be looking for to have a great getaway to the beach. La Doce Vita is an excellent choice. Right on the water and well appointed amenities that will let one know thought was put into the creation of this facility that will serve the public well.

Family beach vacation

This house was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family to relax and spend time together. The lower outside deck was great for morning coffee and watching the waves. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall, this beach house was very comfortable and very clean. We will be staying there again.

Great house on Holden Beach

The home is well-maintained, very clean. and well-stocked. The back deck with the tall chairs & tables was perfect for morning coffees and we especially appreciated the locking gates since we had a toddler with us. The living area is more spacious than I expected from the photos, and it worked perfectly for our group. I would recommend this home and stay here again. Thank you!

Fabulous Beach House

This is a spacious well appointed home. The kitchen is very large and well stocked for meal prep. Good quality appliances in the kitchen and laundry too. Great ocean views. Lower deck is a nice place for lunch and upper deck is great for star gazing. The beach is wide, quiet and clean. Good location for access to groceries, dining out and ice cream.

Absolutely Perfect

Me, my wife and 3.5 yr old son stayed at this beautiful home and loved it. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Kitchen is huge and was stocked with everything we needed. Both decks have plenty of seating. I found the upstairs living room very comfortable to watch tv at night after hours on the beach. We didn’t use the lower level family room too much but plenty of comfy seating with ocean views. The beds were comfortable and a little on the firmer side. The ocean views are amazing. I’m booking this place again for next year as soon as I can! Host was responsive and the house was better than advertised.

Great week with family in a beautiful home! Plenty of room to spread out so everyone had their “space”. Multiple living areas, two great decks, & easy access to the beach! Very clean & well stocked! Sheets & towels included; always a plus!

Best stocked and thoughtfully designed beach house

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay in THE best stocked and well designed beach houses we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of space to sit, relax, cook and eat. I love staying right on the beach and this homes location is perfect! You can tell that great care has been put into this home and it’s just waiting to be enjoyed. We named the upper deck the Tranquility Deck, because it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, when you don’t want to be ON the beach. And it’s where cocktails are always served at 4pm…at least that was our rule! ;-). Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with me and my family.

Great family home

This house was very well stocked for a family. We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The bunks were very spacious and long. Perfect for teenagers. It was exactly what we needed.

Another beautiful family vacation

Perfect house. Perfect Beach. My husband and I and our twin 3 year olds along with their aunts enjoyed another perfect week at Holden. This is our happy place. The house is perfectly designed, perfectly stocked and perfectly located. Just love, love, love.

Perfect Beach House

La Dolce Vida was a perfect vacation home for our family. We spent most of our waking hours in the water or on the porch which has a great view of the uncrowded, wide beach. The kitchen was much larger than we expected and had everything that we needed to cook the super-fresh seafood that was available from lots of local markets. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well put-together and comfortable. Holden Beach doesn't have very much in the way of restaurants and amusements, but to us, that's a good thing! Owners and local maintenance/cleaning people were friendly and responsive. We'll be back!

Absolutely Perfect

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. I went with my family of five - including three kids four and under. It was the most perfect, relaxing trip and we owe much of that to finding this gem of a home. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could ever want and more. The location is perfect - walkable to restaurants, coffee, the cutest candy shop and Italian ice place. You are also less than a five minute drive to even more food, grocery stores, basically all you need for the perfect trip. For young kids, the house has it all - dishes and silverware, high chair, booster, pack and play. No detail was overlooked! It’s clean and so pretty and best of all, you are literally in the sand looking at the beautiful ocean. The BEST.

Beach vacation.

This property was every bit as nice as the pictures appear. I’ve stayed in many rental properties in the past and have never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked. I wish our kitchen at home was as nice as and well equipped as this kitchen. The owners thought of everything and it allowed us to enjoy the beach as well as to make several meals for the whole family without worrying about not having everything that we needed. The community is quiet and pleasant. There are several very good restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet beach getaway

The house is located on a quiet stretch of beach with spectacular views all the way to Southport. There was little traffic while we were there and the beach was busy for late November but never crowded. We could walk right onto the beach whenever we wanted from the back deck and took advantage of it several times a day. The house is nicely decorated and was super comfortable for the six adults in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back to Holden Beach!

Owners are Dale and Mary Jo Werle. We are from Cincinnati Ohio area; we both grew up in Cincinnati and have 5 children. We have vacationed on the Carolina Coast most of our lives and fell in love with this location. We are very excited to have a beach house located at our family's favorite vacation spot.

We have been vacationing in Holden beach for 28 years now. We are excited to finally have a vacation home of our own here. Our five children have grown to love the Holden Beach area as we do. Our intent is to create a comfortable vacation home where you can create memories with your family as we have been blessed to do with ours.

We love the Beach here - non-commercialized, family oriented, not crowded, simply beautiful. Our home was designed to allow maximum space for families to spend time together: large kitchen, two family rooms and two large decks overlooking nothing but sand and ocean. Perfect place to create wonderful memories and escape the commotion of the daily grind.
