Two blocks from the beach or about 4 minute walk to the sand and sea. A neighborhood grocery store at the end of the street. A nearby dounut shop as well.

Wouldn't recommend this place to rent.

The experience from the time I arrived until the time I left was bad. The place was dirty with wet used towels, the pots and pans were put away dirty. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and had stuff spilled in it. Used towels in the shower. Hair behind doors and in corners. Daybed covers smelled from a man sleeping on it. The inside of the oven dirty too. If anyone is renting the unit in the front, prepare not to get any sleep. You can hear word for word everything.

Good location, but had some concerns

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but I’ve had better. We had no info upon arrival. Our plane landed at 9pm and I’d not heard anything from the property owners. No key code or anything. I had to call her at 10:45, when we were 10 min away, and ask for the code to get in. She answered quickly, but I still believe that should’ve been handled the morning of, before check-in time. Also, the cleanliness was an issue. We didn’t have any extra trash bags, a dirty, used sponge was curled and left on the drying pad, and I opened the coffee maker to find a used filter FULL of mold. Like full of old coffee grounds and covered in mold. No dish soap or extra sponges to wash any of the dishes. It just didn’t feel very clean. Cobwebs and bugs stuck all around and in the window sills. The beds were comfortable, and the owner was attentive when we asked them to fix the tv. It was close to the beach, and there was a grocery store close by, which was nice. There were just some things that could be improved.

Great location!

This little apartment was a great stay for me and my husband’s quick weekend. We could walk to the grocery store, Thomas donuts and the beach! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great buy for price and location

It's slightly west of PCB, which means you are out of the most congested area . . . there is access, and even some parking, to the beach, which was not crowded, just a few blocks away. The local market is also right there and well stocked. We explored several sate parks in the area, all an easy drive. The place was clean and as advertised.

WARNING - no towels my whole stay!

When I got there the door combination lock is real quirky and it took me forever to figure it out. But that wasn’t the real problem. I had zero towels or wash cloths! I called the owner and was told that she worked an hour away and that her husband would bring them by...I never received them my whole stay and after leaving a note on the table as I left I was never even contacted by text, phone call or any sort of communication - no apology...NOTHING! These owners are slack and have a lot to learn about customer service and property ownership! It’s too bad because they have a cute little place.

Friends Getaway

Great place....perfect location short walk to beach or a quick drive...parking available right on beach....we loved the low key beach...no crowds....the apartment is newly remodeled...the mattress in the bedroom is excellent! Highly recommend this little jewel!

Cute cottage

Since it was a new listing, there was a little confusion upon arrival; but was quickly resolved by the property owner. We may suggest a towel bar or hooks in Bathroom. Perhaps a comfortable chair near the trundle bed for relaxing while watching TV. We are considering the 2BR unit in Oct.
