Hi Sherry, thank you for your honest review! Is there something different we could’ve done to make your stay better?

Hi Dustin, thanks for your feedback. This is not our norm and is substandard for our house. My sincere apologies. We had a temporary cleaner used for the cleaning prior to your arrival while our usual one was on vacation and needless to say, we will not be using them again. Thanks for letting us know so that we could fix the problem! We are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise! Nikki

Thanks for the feedback Mike! But yes, we are definitely geared toward hosting families where several members would not be full sized adults. So usually it's the kiddos who get the pull out sofa bed or the air mattress as they usually don't seem to mind, but having had to sleep on them myself, they are definitely not as comfortable. We still are able to sleep 12 with a king in the master bedroom (2 guests), a queen in the upstairs bedroom (2 guests), bunk beds with a pull out trundle in the upstairs bedroom (3 guests), the queen sofa bed (2 guests), and 2 available air mattresses for our larger group (one queen sleeps 2 and a twin to sleep one more for 12 guests total). The sofa bed was out of commission for your group, so we provided a second queen air mattress in its place, however It is getting repaired today! We are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!
