De nueva construcción y decoración profesional, Veni Vidi Beachy ofrece todas las comodidades imaginables para sus vacaciones en la playa 30A.

Con una suite principal en cada nivel, Veni Vidi Beachy es ideal para múltiples familias y grupos pequeños. Cada suite principal tiene una cama King, tocadores dobles, ducha, bañera profunda, mucho espacio en el armario y balcón privado. El segundo piso es el anfitrión de una habitación queen y una habitación con literas que tiene 2 camas individuales sobre literas completas. Cada una de estas habitaciones adicionales tiene un baño privado y TV.

Wonderful home & location

This house was amazing, lots of open space for gathering and also plenty of privacy with each bedroom having its own bath. We spent quite a bit of time out by the firepit also. The location was great, close to the beach & restaurants. The neighborhood pool and hot tub area was quiet & clean.

November 2020 Stay

We can't begin to tell you how much we have enjoyed our stay at Veni Vidi Beachy! Our families have enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, and this most beautiful home!!! The bike rides, the quick trips on the golf cart, and the delicious meals have made this Thanksgiving one we will always remember! Thank you for this incredible vacation!

Amazing vacation home every time

This is the second time we've stayed at this home, the third with Oversee. Each time we've had an amazing time. The house is great for our family, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants. Oversee was very good to work with. We had issues where the bunk beds had a broken slat on them. Oversee fixed them quickly, and with minimal impact to our vacation. We are already looking at booking this stay again next year.

October 2020 Stay

We stay on 30A pretty often, but this was our first stay in Blue Mountain Beach and loved it. The house was great, beds were pretty comfortable(not too soft), and we loved having a fire pit to relax by on the chilly nights. The golf cart was very handy and we barely had to use our vehicles! Blue mountain bakery is a must try, love that place! Overall we would definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

September 2019 Stay

30a has been our go to vacation destination for over 20 years. This was the first time in Santa Rosa Beach, in an attempt to avoid the horrendous traffic of areas further east. In the future we will definitely return to Santa Rosa, and Veni Vidi Beachy, as everything was absolutely perfect! Less traffic! Gorgeous pool! 5 minute ride to the beach, in the coolest golf cart! In addition, the home was immaculate! If you love the "elegant" Florida look, this home is for you! Kids L O V E D the foosball table, and the 75" flat screen! We'll be back!

July 2021 Stay

Veni Vidi Beachy is an exceptional property. It is actually nicer & more spacious than the photos portray. The house is beautiful & cozy. The outdoor areas were perfect - porches, balconies, a huge patio. The lot is the best in the neighborhood - private and backs up to a pond with a fountain. The only thing that would make it better would be closer proximity to the beach. :) Oversee was an excellent company to work with. They replaced some worn outdoor furniture within 24 hours. The property managers are super-friendly and responsive.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Veni Vidi Beach June 2021.Pros: Comfortable beds, appliances and kitchen supplies were top quality, Great open living and kitchen for large families, golf cart was in great shape, the garage was great for storing our chairs and toys, large closets, great neighborhood, great pool area and great management company.Cons: driveway was narrow but was one of the best driveways in the neighborhood we just had to be creative, laundry room is upstairs but not a huge deal, limited storage for food because the kitchen was stocked up with supplies (so is that really a con?)we had double red flags most of the week and had to use the pool. It was a great pool area and the people were very friendly.

Equipped with everything you need! Oversee was great! Our grandchildren loved the foosball table! The location was a short golf cart ride to the beach and once we figured out where to park it was great! The pool is large and plenty of room for the subdivision. The only downside was the golf cart was hard to get in and out because parking is so limited. We had to move cars in and out constantly but that was a small price to pay for this perfect home!

Amazing!

This house was just perfect for our family of 12. Rooms are bigger than the pictures, kitchen well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and great appliances. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms had large showers and soaking tubs. Kids enjoyed the foosball table and bicycles. Used the golf cart all the time, to the beaches and Gulf Place. Had a couple of minor issues which were fixed the same day we called. Only problem was had trouble getting golf cart out of garage with our 3 cars in the driveway. Had to move 2 cars to get cart out and put back in garage. Community pool was great with hot tub, tower, and covered seating area. It was open til 10 pm. Would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect Location, Amazing Amenities!

Veni Vidi Beachy is absolutely adorable. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt like it was a home away from home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and foosball table. It was very spacious and had almost everything we needed for our stay (see below for something I would suggest bringing). We loved having access to a golf cart. It was the best! The beach toys, chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower were lifesavers for our mornings at the beach. Just a couple of things to note: -If you have really small kiddos (ones that could take a tumble down stairs), this house may be a bit of a challenge for you. There are two sets of stairs, and they are both steep/hardwood. Unfortunately, the unit didn't have any baby gates, so we had to buy a couple for our stay. The opening to the staircases are rather wide so the standard baby gate didn't fit on its own and we ultimately had to rig something together. -The wifi was spotty throughout the day and especially upstairs. I wouldn't suggest trying to work remotely from the house. -There were some very large ants roaming around inside the house, but given the location, I wasn't surprised to see them. We just made sure to shake out the sheets because we would find them on the bed every now and then. Again, just something to be aware of if you have littles. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely recommend to others!

Mixed feelings

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had mixed feelings about Veni Vidi Beachy, for the following reasons:Pros: The house has a ton of space, and the location is pretty decent. It is in a development that is about a five-minute golf cart drive from the beach. There isn't really much in the way of restaurants or shops nearby, but that is okay.Cons:-First, I was quite disappointed by the management company. The code they had given me to the house did not work, and arriving in the evening in the cold after a 13-hour drive with small kids, the last thing I wanted to do was call the emergency number to have to get into the house. Also, the management company was deficient in other ways. They just could not seem to set up the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella that came with the house, even after multiple calls. Although the management company made this right with a refund, I shouldn't have to deal with this on my vacation. Finally, I found that the management company failed to answer my questions fully. For instance, I asked where the pool was located in the development, only to receive the response that it could be found in the management company's app. When I replied that that information in fact was not in the app, I received no response. I had to wander around myself to find the pool. -More generally, there was a lack of instructions and guidance about the property. For instance, there was no guidance about how to work the included golf cart. (Even though it turned out to be intuitive, I would have appreciated some written guidance.) Nor was there any instruction about how to use the house's TVs or HVAC system. -The house itself had other issues. The driveway was extremely narrow, and therefore it was a real pain to constantly have to move one's car to get the golf cart in the garage (where it charged). As there is no street parking, this was unavoidable. Also, the king beds in the house were abysmally bad. The mattresses were so mu

Beautiful home, but sadly we won't be back

PROS: - The house is beautiful and the entertaining areas are spacious - The kitchen is very well equipped. One of the best I’ve encountered from a rental. • The kids loved the foosball table! - Location is great. - The pool is beautiful. - The outdoor space / fire pit and grill area at the house was awesome. - The golf cart was great. CONS: - The floors in the house were so dirty - not visibly, but after just a few minutes of walking around barefoot all our feet were black. I even cleaned the downstairs and mopped daily, but it didn’t help. - The parking situation is terrible if you have more than one car. In order to get the golf cart in/out of the garage, you had to move all the cars out of the driveway. It was a constant game of moving cars. We received “friendly” warning citation from the HOA for being 1/2 a tire off the driveway when we tried to adjust the cars to get the golf cart past. We were told there are cameras watching the property to report any non-adherence. - No overflow/ temporary parking. Every other neighborhood we have stayed in has had a notched out parking are off the street for daytime needs to move cars around as needed, but not this one. There are sandy notched out areas, but you will also get a warning from the HOA if you park there. There needs to be a place where you can temporarily park to allow for families coming and going during the day and jockeying of the cars to get the golf cart in / out. • Upon arriving to the house, the outdoor trash was overflowing. I noticed there was a diaper and some other trash that spilled over. Given the trash pick ups are Monday and Thursday, I assumed that would work itself out within a few days. On Thursday night our friends saw a raccoon in the outdoor trash. On Friday, I was returning from lunch when the neighbor across the street, who tells me he’s on the HOA, confronts me about making sure the trash was picked up and he would be letting the owner know - as if to be insinuating a threat with some sort of consequence? I had no idea what he was talking about at the time, but later my husband said the HOA had sent the management company over to address the “trash situation”. TL;DR - Sadly, the constant big brother of the HOA was a damper on what otherwise was a very enjoyable home and location. Not only will we not be returning to this property, we are strongly considering giving up our 6 year annual 30A trip and looking for a new annual beach destination as well.

September 2022 Stay

Best house Ever! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The staff at Oversee were so accommodating. We arrived at 2:00 am in the morning and our code would not work so I had to contact after hours and they called me back within minutes and remotely helped us gain access. It was a very short drive/golf cart ride to beach. Pool was wonderful! We loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella service. Our grandchildren forgot their sand toys and they even had sand toys to use. I rate this house and rental company a 5+!

Great Family Vacation Home

The house was larger than the pictures made it seem. Was very comfortable and homey. The distance to the beach was about a 5 minute drive on the golf cart. There was always plenty of parking. Would very much rent this location again.

Family vacation 2022

The property was very nice. Accommodated my family very well. I have three children ages 31, 25 and 21. We were very comfortable with their families including two grand children ages 6 and two. Easy golf ride to the beach and restaurants. We did order a additional golf cart to accommodate our group. We did have to purchase ice everyday the ice maker in the fridge did not make ice. The wine fridge does not get cold enough to keep any drinks cold so do not count on putting your drinks in there. Short golf cart ride up the road to pick up ice every morning.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Veni, Vidy, Beachy. The golf cart made it so easy for our family to go to dinner, the beach, and the awesome neighborhood pool. We were traveling with two kids and their grandma and the house was so comfortable for all of us. The pictures really don’t do this place justice. Plenty of room to enjoy movies in the den on the nice comfy sectional, large dining table and fully stocked kitchen for at-home meals. Loved that it had a Keurig. The back patio and fire pit area was also really nice, although a bit awkward to get to from the kitchen. Didn’t stop us from enjoying a shrimp and crab boil on it though! Close to great restaurants (we enjoyed Blue Mabel, Down Island, Blue Mountain Bakery, and The Grove). And, of course, the Creamery! Overall, a wonderful family vacation and many great memories made. Thank you!
