Oceanfront location stood out.Unit was neat and clean..Only concern is it was difficult for me to find check-in information and lock box outside of unit did not have a key in it. Lock code on lock box was set to same code as unit entrance code..

Secluded

This property was just as it looked in pictures. Very clean, roomy, and the location was perfect for us. We visited in July and there was hardly anyone on the beach each day, which for me was like a dream. It was so quiet and peaceful! We also got to see a rocket launch right from our balcony just north of us. This was the best condo I have ever stayed in!

My experience

I think the location could use some improvement. The freezer ice maker isn’t working. The refrigerator was leaking water in the inside which made the floor wet. The furniture had holes and triggered my allergies. The bed in the master bedroom is almost broken at the bottom. The slide doors in the master restroom are hard to move. I just feel for the price, that many issues shouldn’t have been noticed. Thanks

We had a great stay it was like we were on a deserted island. Very few people on the beach it was very nice. You are very close by many things to eat and do.

Relaxing Getaway

Great place to get away and relax. Place looked like the photos and very clean. Location was quiet and relaxing.. I would definitely refer if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a nice location. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just feet from the beach and the sunrise feom the balcony every morning was perfect. My son fished off the beach and the beach was so quite and peaceful. We will be back! We enjoyed everything about this location.

Nice location on the beach.

As advertised this property was right on the beach with great views and access. It was clean.There were a number of issues that were surprising for a rental unit. The ice maker did not work, the slider in the living room was almost impossible to open, the master bath sink was clogged, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, the bed was very squeaky, although it slept 6 there were only two chairs on balcony. For people on vacation, the guests were required to purchase a lot of items for laundry, dish washing, bathing, beyond a day or two. Other properties we have stayed in for the price range have provided much more to make your stay more enjoyable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Lot of mold, musty smell. Toaster didnt work, second toaster was full of mold. Exhaust fan didnt work. Wires hanging down bare. One plug didn't work, written on it was, NO WORK. So only 2 plugs worked in kitchen. Kitchen table top wobbled so we couldn't use it. Fire detector was gone and had hole where it was.NONEof the furniture was the ones in the ad. All were garbage. Looked like thrift store finds, couch and love seat smelled. The popcorn ceiling was hanging down and peeling...very disgusting!!!!

I would describe this property as average. Great view from the balcony, right on the beach. Interior is dated and amenities are average. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Fall Vacation

We were there during Hurricane Milton and the property owner and the property manager made sure we were safe and secure. The owner Sam came by to check on us to make sure if there was anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was safe.

We stayed at this beautiful condo over the weekend and it was absolutely stunning in every way. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach not too many people with everything you need around it. The condo was extremely kept up with and the beds were so comfortable we will be back in a couple months to stay for a week, The pictures do not do it justice!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is great. Love the building-private, spacious, great balcony. FYI-the picture is not the same furniture—different cushions. We have stayed here before in this unit-first time during high season. Had 2 cars and one night when all spaces taken and no where to park our other car (ended up paying at the Hilton after spending an hour trying to find overnight parking). You should let people know that parking is limited and only guarantee of spot in garage especially since unit sleeps 6. Also, last time we stayed here in this unit-one of the chaise lounges had a cracked frame and the garage opener did not work—both were still not fixed when we came back this time. They should be fixed. Other than those issues—place is great. We had family staying in a different building (no more units available at ocean beach villas), and they LOVED our unit and commented on the nice interior, private beach, great balcony and view.

It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say.
