The apartment appeared to have been recently renovated - everything was in good repair and the appliances were pristine. Amazing ocean view, easy parking in garage or lot, short walk to the water, not in a touristy part of town. Highly recommend!

Wonderful short stay

This was such a nice place to stay. It is right on the beach and you can sit on the porch or even inside to see the ocean. It was very clean and had a lot of space. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with their partner or families. It was easy to get everywhere with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Cocoa village is a must to visit if you like quaint shops. For BBQ try Crydermans. Enjoy

The location of the property is awesome! However, upon arrival there was numerous roaches in cabinets in kitchen, and the fridge was not keeping things cold. Notified the owner and property manager of issues and never was offered anything to compensate. We didn't feel comfortable cooking in kitchen due to numerous roaches, which was definitely not what we intended. They have infestation problem that needs to be addressed I wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful location!

Excellent location. Loved the view. Cushions on dining chairs and sofa could use some TLC. Extra bedroom closet was full of things so hard to hang clothes. Overall though, was a nice place. We would stay again!!

excellent location

Easy to find, older condo but apartment was furnished very nice. Bedroom door was locked but we managed to get in. Showing some wear, but very clean. Large balcony directly facing the beach. Got to see a rocket launch. Enjoyed the large planes from the AFB flying over. Also shrimp boats at night. Would definitely stay again. Elevator out of order one day but promptly fixed. Highly recommend

Best place we've ever stayed at in Cocoa Beach!

This place was amazing! I cried when we had to leave lol! You really can't get any closer to the beach. You literally just walk out back & baaam you're on the beach! I especially loved laying out on the balcony & dozing off to the sound of the waves. The place is extremely well decorated (even nicer than the pictures which was a pleasant surprise) I was really glad that there were fans since we accidentally left ours at home too! I think the only slightly downside to this place was the renter's agreement that was clearly written by a lawyer & very strict. They even warned that they do a background check that includes looking through yours & your family's social medias. That made me kinda uncomfortable. Overall though this place ended up being worth every penny & then some! My family & I would definitely stay here again if they would have us!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is on a beautiful beach. It is south of the busy Cocoa beach area so it is not very crowded and it is very peaceful which we enjoyed. But the condo itself was just so so. The furniture is old and there are stains on the dining room chairs. The slider in the master bedroom is broken and was impossible to open and did not close all the way leaving a gap you could see through to the outside world. The master tub did not drain properly due to a back up of hair. We ended up cleaning it out. Finally the washing machine would not spin correctly. I don't take pleasure in writing a bad review but this condo definitely needs some updating and repairs.

I think we had the most fun at the condo... cooking local seafood and going to the beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves. There were more amenities than I expected. We really felt at home away from home. It was furnished with all you’d ever need (but we brought TP and other amenities we needed. Communication was excellent. A book of things to do and places to eat was left on a welcome desk. This rental is a diamond in the rough! I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family. Mostly, I am amazed by the cost of this stay verses what we were offered!

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay. Sunrise off the balcony on the ocean side and sun set on the other side over the Indian river. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient. We watched a rocket launch from the balcony!! Incredible. It was nice having a pool to go to as well as beach front. Didn’t have to pack up drinks or food for the beach because we just walked up to the condo and got what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows absolutely were terrible but that is my only complaint. The property manager was amazing. Had an issue with the sliding door on the tub in the master and she had it repaired right away. I really wish there was a community grill. I know HOA’s are strict about that but it would have been nice to be able to grill. We made do. We will absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic location

Almost everything about this rental was perfect. The location is phenomenal (quiet beach on a quiet stretch of AIA but still a short drive to everything you could need), it couldn't be easier to get on to the beach itself, and the views from the condo are amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job and the unit felt clean when we arrived. There are beach items in the garage, but just a warning that a lot of it is just leftover junk (a lot of broken boogie boards). A few things worth mentioning: this unit is not upgraded at all. The furnishings seem to be 15-20 years old at least, and the couches and chairs in particular are getting kind of gross. For example, you come in after a day at the beach and take a shower and feel like a million bucks, only to go sit on the couch and have your clean clothes start to smell. Also, the cushions on the patio furniture are so old that the stuffing is coming out. I think in a previous review someone said that they brought one of the "pool chairs" from below up, and that was the one we ended up using the most because it didn't have fabric. I almost went and brought another one up but couldn't bring myself to do it. A couple more things: the dishwasher racks are so old that multiple tines are completely rusted away (but it still works), and the pool is really small and seemed gross (although someone did come to clean it while we were there.) Overall, I would recommend this place and would definitely return. Just hope they upgrade.

What a View!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is right on the beach. It’s a great little place to go with your family. The parking situation is really tight. You share a garage with another unit, so only one parking spot. We drive a Honda Odyssey, so it was super tight. The patio furniture was updated and very nice. We stayed on the beach or the patio for most of our visit. It was a great last minute get away. The only issue we had was the unit had a very strong “Raid” or some kind of bug killer when we got in. It did get better over time, but definitely an eye opener. Based on the location and the ease of walking to the beach, we would definitely rent again. Cocoa Beach is our new favorite destination.
