Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Nice big rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Close to shopping. Short walk across the street to beach. Definitely would stay at this location again

As others mentioned, the location and views are great, but the unit is very dated. Pros: spacious, view of ocean, clean, parking Cons: need some decent fry pans. Handle of pan broke off which could have been bad. Need some new towels for bathrooms. Leave a few more toiletry items, which doesn’t cost much. Beds were comfortable but all 4 adults said the pillows were like pancakes making it hard to sleep. Chair in dining area was wobbly. Put a shelf in shower to put items on. Just a few upgrades would make a huge difference.

Beautiful Views!

Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, good location. Easy breezy. Not a fan of polyester sheets on the bed cotton would have been nice. Easy to park, easy to get on the beach. Lovely place, would like to return! Thank you for having it available

The furnishings were lovely and looked new. The only negative would be that the kitchen is in serious need of an upgrade! All utensils and housewares were provided. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Cozy condo on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first VRBO experience and it was great! This condo is kind of like spending time at your mom or grandma's condo. Being directly on the beach was just what we wanted. I spent every morning watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony. The balcony chairs could be replaced with something more comfortable, but we survived. LOL! The condo was clean and comfortable. Having enclosed parking under the condo building was great as well. We left our beach toys in the car and got them on our way to the beach. Check the closet in the master bath, that's where the extra linens/towels are located. We didn't find them until our last day. The only negative thing would be the furnace/air conditioner is loud and is right outside the 2nd bedroom. If you're a light sleeper this could be an issue. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful and spacious with fantastic ocean views from the living room and master bedroom as well as the balcony. Everything was very clean and a few essentials were provided. The kitchen had all the dishes, cookware and appliances needed. We parked in the under ground garage which was close to the elevator. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the little Italian place next door has good food if you want to have takeout. Beds are comfortable. We did not go to the beach here because I have mobility issues and the beach access just had too many stairs. But there are easy access beaches nearby so it wasn’t a huge issue. Also did not use the pool as it was located in the middle of the parking lot and near the street. Entry was easy and response good when I had a question. Great TV! A few suggestions for the owner: grab bars are needed in the showers, provide some lightweight blankets as the quilts are too heavy for summer. The chairs in the balcony need fixing as some seats are coming apart. Overall we enjoyed the space and had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great time and the views were spectacular! Although the unit was dated, it was very clean and very well taken care of. The property manager helped us with all of our needs and was very responsive in getting back to us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend staying here as everything that was advertised was fulfilled! Thank you so much!

Overall, would stay here again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and the view right on the ocean was perfect. We went to the rental first thing, to find out what we needed to purchase. We bought keurig pods, since there was a keurig machine. Found out it didn’t work, so I cut open the pods and made coffee in the regular pot. It was cold when we were there. The furnace was NOT working very well. It only ran for about a minute, then turned off. We had to keep turning it off and on, to get to a comfortable temp. It was 66 degrees when we’d wake up in the morning and when we’d come home after going out. Furnace filter was very dirty, so we bought a new one, but it didn’t help. Only one throw blanket to wrap up in. Made many meals there and had most everything one would need. No tupperware or Saran wrap/aluminum foil, but did have a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, one laundry packet and dish washer pod. Undergraound parking was nice, especially when it was so cold. The place could use a little updating and TLC, but it was fine. Made friends with the guy in the pizza shop next door. Excellent food. All the food we had at the local restaurants was great, along with the drinks. Everyone in Cocoa Beach that we met, were so friendly. Never did see or talk to Property Management. Just made do with the heat issue.

This is a nice place with an accurate listing.

This place is slightly dated but priced accordingly. Very comfortable and everything functioned well. We had no issues during our stay. The view is phenomenal including from the master bedroom. 2 king sized beds are tough to find and were comfy. Place was very clean. The patio could use some new chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very excited to book this because it was right on the water, which was absolutely wonderful, the views were amazing. The building itself could use a little updating. Our condo was nice could also use some TLC (dirty vents, showers could use a really good scrub, small stains on carpet) but overall nice. My only major issue was when we arrived there was another couple trying to get into the building, their code did not work, I tried calling the number I was told in my directions and noone answered. Fortunately a delivery guy was dropping off a package and let us in the building.

Manager Cathy was quick with responses for any questions we had regarding the AC or check out instructions. Only down side was the elevator was down when we stayed but can't fault anybody for that. Short drive to tons of restaurants. I would stay here again forsure. Couldn't beat the price either.

Our stay

I was apprehensive to book here as my 1st VRBO. EVERYTHING went well. the condo is nice abd convenient. Next door construction was no bother. The place wasnt perfect, but was very good and exactly what we expected. Would stay here again!!

Nice view, older unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OK unit, has a great view but needs updating and some repairs. Living room tv did not work. Front door frame looks like someone tried to break in with a crow bar. It needs repair. Made me uneasy to stay there. Too many chairs in the living room, made it feel very crowded.

Great view needs updating

The view is great! The tv did not work. The host never returned any of my messages or phone calls. The master bath had no hot water in the shower and needs caulking terribly and there were little tiny ants in the batroom. The other bathroom had tile pieces coming off the wall along with the shower doors were coming down. It would have been nice to know they were working on the building which was my balcony as well monday through friday and that was our whole stay. Would have chose a different place if I had known work waa being done.

Beachfront condo

We loved our stay! The property manager went above and beyond to make sure that we had working cable and was a delight to work with! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be centrally located on the beach!
