Con todas las comodidades que Hamilton Cove tiene para ofrecer, este condominio de dos niveles ofrece majestuosas vistas al océano desde todas las habitaciones, además de alojamientos acogedores. El gran balcón da a la arquitectura de Hamilton Cove y tiene una vista magnífica, un lugar perfecto para sentarse y relajarse durante su estancia en esta villa.



La sala de estar es muy cómoda con su diseño de espacio abierto y fácil acceso al balcón. La cocina con abundante espacio en el mostrador y barra de desayuno es ideal para socializar mientras se preparan las comidas.


Las habitaciones son abiertas y limpias con muebles funcionales para proporcionar comodidad y relajación. Amplios baños se encuentran en cada nivel de la villa.


La villa está a unos 56 pasos de la calle y un corto recorrido en carro de golf hasta las tiendas, el histórico cine Avalon, recorridos en tirolina, buceo, kayak, paseos en bote y pesca.

Beautiful Vacation home

The property was perfect for our family getaway to Catalina Island. The home was perfect and the views from the balconies and windows were breathtaking. Would definitely book again :)

We had a really great time. Beautiful views from the balcony, tons of space inside, and walking distance to pool and snorkeling. The golf cart was great to have for trip into Avalon. The management team was also very attentive to our needs. We hope to come back!

We recently stayed at Hamilton Cove and had mixed feelings about the experience. The Ocean views from the room were absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there were several issues that made the trip less enjoyable. We booked the villa for 6 people, but there were only enough bed sheets and towels for 4 when we arrived. It took several phone calls and messages before we finally received the extra linens, which wasn't until the second day of our stay. Also the villa is advertised as accommodating up to 6 guests, the included golf cart only seats 4, which made getting into town inconvenient for our group. I also requested for a later checkout , but no one ever responded. Overall , the views were beautiful, but the lack of responsiveness and mismatch between the accommodations and amenities for a group of 6 were disappointing.

Excellent condo at Hamilton Cove

This was my first time visiting Catalina island, the condo was super clean as advertised and the views of the island from the balcony are second to none. Great place to stay if you are looking for secluded quiet area. Will definitely visit again in the near future!

Good place and enjoyed our stay. But there was a serious ant problem. And we didn’t have dishwasher detergent and I called twice to get it and never received any callback. So had to go to Vons and buy so I could run off the dishwasher.

Check in was great and the kitchen facilities were awesome! This is the best stocked kitchen I have seen. We were able to make full meals with no issues. Please be aware that this is far from the port but thankfully the hosts provided us with great guidance. The view was stunning and so worth it!! The only issue we had was there was an ant infestation. The hosts offered to spray it but as we had a baby with us, we choose to hold off. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the poperty. It was very spacious and the views were just as pictured. The pool was a life saver as there was a heat warning. The beaches are rocky, so we really enjoyed the pool! The pool was heated. We also used the sand volleyball court and tennis courts (we brought our own pickleball gear). This property is too far to walk to "town," so you need to take the golf cart or a cab. Our condo occupies up to six people, but our golf cart only sat 4. We still had to use a cab if we wanted to all go at the same time. Still, this did not ruin our vacation. It is about $25 for a one way ride to and from "town" to the property. The only other complaint I have is the stove needs to be updated. It cooks unevenly. We didn't use the washer and dryers, but it was nice to have them. They had plenty of extra bedding. We enjoyed being able to spread out with a downstairs master suite. The ferry didn't leave until 4:30 and they were able to extend our checkout to 2pm. We were so pleasantly surprised. The garbage can at the bottom of the stairs made it easy to keep our condo clean. The dishwasher works great and the water from the fridge tastes good - I planned on buying a case of water, but we were able to fill our water bottles there. They have a putting green and croquette green on property too.

House was beautiful. However, no attention to detail. Hardly given any toilet paper and when we called to ask for a roll, they said it was our responsibility to go to the store to get some. We were supposed to dump the garbage but no trash liners. Golf cart was really beat up - seat was duct taped together. House was having an ant problem, too.

The house, although beautiful, was a bit dated. One of the ceiling fans in the main room did not work and the arm rest of one of the patio chairs was broken. The beds were all uncomfortable especially the sofa bed which you could feel the metal rods digging into your back when sleeping. I think the main issue i had was the fact that we were given a 4 passenger golf cart when we had 6 people in our room. Going down to town was very uncomfortable for all of us. I expected better for the price that was paid

Great Location Old Dirty Furniture

Stayed in Hamilton cove for 5 years now. Had many different villas over the years several times each summer. HOA checkin booth not helpful AT ALL( bad attitude from older lady) Checkin time was great allowed us to drop off our bags early. Kitchen chairs old and partly broken. Golf cart was falling apart and was the oldest in town lol, smelled too much of gas bad for my kids(you need a new one). Ceiling fans only had one setting too fast and noisy at night couldnt sleep well. Beds very uncomfortable and pillows very low quality. Cheap sofas and atleast should be cleaned regularly to smell fresh(steam clean needed) Refrigerator had no ice machine for a hot summer thumbs down. Very old wood table and chairs on patio with bugs on them. Had to throw some hot water to clean off bugs and sit on them to enjoy the view. I would not stay at this villa again unless they upgraded beds, furniture and had better ceiling fans and atleast a functioning ice maker(they took it out). NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The unit had massive amounts of deferred maintenance: the patio was filthy with old food on the ground and none of the furniture had been wiped down, the pans were peeling teflon, the garbage disposal had no rubber covering and when I turned it on the contents were thrown out all over. The bathroom and tub were dirty and worn out. The bed was very difficult to get in and out of being 36" off the ground. When we went to use the golf cart, it was dirty and covered in cobwebs. The exhaust smelled horrible and gave my wife a headache and my pants stank of exhaust. The coffee maker was inoperable. Entering the bedroom from bathroom, the door jamb was broken. Please see attached photos.

Outdated but it’s for sale so I guess expected. Some outlets weren’t working. Hot water didn’t work in all sinks. Sleeps 6 but only had a 4 person golf cart. Jacuzzi was hardly hot. But loved that the property has a pool. We always stay at HC because the condos Vincent the golf cart. We always have fun on Catalina but this condo needs some TLC.

Ants in the terrible bed.

The property was nice and has a fantastic view. There are quite a few stair steps to climb to get to the front door but having use of the golf cart is worth it. The condominium was nice; however, we discovered that there was an ant infestation, the bed downstairs is horrible, and I had to tinker with both TVs to get them to work. We stayed for two nights. The second night we discovered ants in the downstairs bed. Had we stayed longer I would have ended up sleeping on the couch because the downstairs bed needs to be replaced.

This is a 1 bedroom with a bed in the living area. The place was filthy. We messaged the property manager and sent pictures, but never received a response back. Beautiful view and would definitely stay in Avalon Cove again, but not this property.

Luxury condos with to die for view

I wish we would have times our arrival better or packed lighter. We wanted to enjoy avalon in the morning before check in but didnt want to lug our luggage around. There is an option right near the port where you can pay to have them store luggage. It runs about $10 a bag. We went to lunch and then walked back and grabbed a taxi to take about a mile up to hamilton cove. We took a van and was $19 plus $1 per person after that. We needed to take the taxi back to the same spot upon checkout as well. This condo is bigger than the pictures portray it to be. It is two stories. The master bedroom has a shower and big bathtub in it so its great for a romantic dip for two. The view is gorgeous and doesn't compare to the other buildings. I got two condos for this trip and the other just had a partial view of the water. There are beach chairs in the closet, along with some sports equipment to use at the amenities. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer in unit are convenient you just need your own detergent. The golf cart was really fun to use. Gas needs to be filled at other side of the island. Use regular gas not diesal. If you stay at Hamilton cove you definitely need a golf cart. I want to book this exact unit again next year. Thank you catalina vacation rentals for making everything so easy and for allowing us early check in. That was helpful and amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We found it to be very clean and well supplied with dishes and towels.The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the tennis courts and miniature golf.

Great Location & Great View!

Looks as described. View is amazing and the community is nicely kept. While we were extremely happy we had one, the only thing I would recommend is upgrading the golf cart. It worked fine and got us to where we needed to go, but it's a little worse for the wear. That being said, we couldn't have been happier with our stay and plan on visiting the island again.

Great property and great communication!

My family had a great experience! Everything in the unit was clean and working. It is definitely larger than the pics let on. The included covered golf cart holds 6 and was easy to drive and park. We will definitely be coming back!
