Además de ofrecer unas vistas completas al mar, este es uno de los pocos condominios de alquiler que tiene una vista sin obstáculos de la hermosa colina junto a la construcción de uno. La cama de la ventana es un lugar perfecto para leer y ver las vistas del océano y las laderas impresionantes y los cruceros que van y vienen. También puede despertar con una vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal, ya que hay una ventana cerrada que se puede cerrar entre el sal��n y el dormitorio. Esta villa cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas en la sala de estar, así como Wi-Fi gratuita. Solo 31 pasos y 804 pies cuadrados.

The view was fantastic. Watched sea lions and harbor seals each morning and evening from the balcony. Hot tub was good. Having a golf cart for the frequent 8 minute drive to town was a real plus. Hamilton Cove is a great place to stay. Only drawback was that 2 of the 3 closets which could have been used for clothing were locked. The remaining closet was packed full of additional linens. So we ended up living out of the suitcases for our 4 day stay. I opened my suitcase and placed in front of fireplace and my wife place hers on the bench at end of bed. Not the end of the world, but glad it was just 2 of us. It might sleep 4, but you would be falling over suitcases if 2 more people were with us. All that being said, we had a great time, loved the property, scenic views were great, had some great hikes, and loved all restaurants. Will go back!!

The view and location were wonderful. It was nice to have use of a golf cart and secluded beach. Families and kids crowded the pool and hottub laye into the night but overall a great experience. Would stay again.

The location and overall property were amazing. The views are unreal and definitely the highlight of the stay. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and such a beautiful place to spend a few days. Having the golf cart included was also a huge plus and made getting around really easy.The only downside was communication. We didn’t receive check in instructions until about an hour before arrival and had to reach out ourselves, which was a bit stressful since we needed to provide a card and ID while already on the Catalina Express.Same situation with check out. We hadn’t received any instructions, so I reached out about an hour before leaving. That’s when we were told the golf cart needed to be fueled. With such short notice and the distance to the gas station, it wasn’t really feasible to take care of in time.Overall, the stay itself was incredible and the space is absolutely worth it, but clearer and more timely communication would make the experience much smoother.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location, the property and its amenities were fantastic. The views were incredible. Our 7 year old really enjoyed the pool, beach and playground. We really enjoyed having use of the golf cart because it would have been difficult to get to town without it. There were a few small things that we would be happy to share with the home owner, general wear and tear but it wouldn't change our impression of the property and our stay. We would like to stay again if we decided to vacation again in catalina.

Condo was located on the top which provided a wonderful unobstructed view. The condo looked exactly how it did online. An umbrella for the outside porch would've been helpful and some beach chairs since the beach is all rock. Otherwise, the location, the use of the golf cart and the view was wonderful. Just what we needed to recharge.

The location was superb. The check-in process was a pain—if you’re not comfortable texting or emailing your DL and credit card information, it’s a hassle to get checked in once on the island. The toilet was dirty, and it is not easy to flush. No air conditioning and the ceiling fan didn’t work either. I called maintenance and it was fixed but had to spend 2 days without. Oh, bring toilet paper. When we arrived there was none. I’ve always purchased upon arrival, but it would have been nice to have a reasonable amount upon check in. I will revisit the island again but I will rent a place that’s better maintained.

Great place great views new golf carts . Clean. Only issue. Heat does not work. And they left us 4 towels for a 4 night stay. No blankets no heat. Need to maintenance the heat. Especially after scuba diving in the cold..

Beautiful location but too pricey.

The condo was in a great location and the community was very nice. We liked being away from the crowd and happy to have the gold cart to go back and forth. It’s essential to have but the one that they left us worked but often backfired. The rental staff were courteous and easy to communicate with. The condo itself was lovely. Had lots of space for the four of us and stocked with all necessities except beach items (chairs, towels, boards, etc). Also the toilet had a very weak flush and a lot of the lights were out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy we went the condo route but it was very pricey for what you got and the time you are actually in the rental property.

We had some issues with the front door. I almost wasn't able to get in at our arrival. It took me 15 minutes to get the door open. Then I was locked out for an hour that same evening with my daughter. After that we started going through the back so we didn't get locked out. The repair guy said all the doors are old locks and they can't change it. Several times I was not able to open it. This was a bummer since I was staying with just me and my 6-year-old. Otherwise, the unit was fine. A bit older but a gorgeous view.

Magical Views

The villa is decorated very cute and quaint, if you are not into that then this isn't your place. It is equipped with everything and anything you need to make your stay perfect. The views are amazing, it have breathless views of the sunrise. The resort area is very nice and very easy to get to. From the center of avalon to the resort takes about 10 minutes by the golf cart. It came in handy to have the golf cart, seemingly thats the only way to get around the city. The only complaint I would have is, there seems to be an ant problem. The ants are everywhere in the place. It would get into our suitcase and on our clothes.
