This place was perfect for our short couple days stay to visit the Apostle islands. The kitchen was stocked with great dish ware and cook ware if you wanted to make something. The entire place was nice and clean, comfy and would absolutely stay again!

A very nice getaway

Very clean and cozy property, enough space for the two of us to relax. Appreciate the privacy of the property while still having a lot of windows and natural light.

Northwoods Chalet is Awesome!

This property had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this property again when visiting Bayfield, WI and the Apostle Islands!!

Beautiful and comfortable

The property is beautiful and quiet. The house is perfectly appointed with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. House is very clean . Comfortable bed and bedding. I had sone questions about check in the host was responsive and helpful . We hope to stay here again.Thank you for hosting us.

Remote and quiet, but close to town.

Very nice cabin, very clean and has all the household supplies you need. Nice wooded hiking trails around the cabins to the lake. Two mile drive to town. Great place to stay.

Winter wonderland

It was a beautiful place to stay to ring in a new year! The weather cooperated nicely and we were able to see many sights and enjoy the local cuisine! The local was perfectly located between red cliff and Bayfield and was a short drive to whatever we had planned for the day!

Great Place to Relax

My husband and I stayed at the Northwoods Chalet for a long weekend. It was rainy out, so we spent most of the time lounging at the cabin. It was a great place to relax and refresh.

Great Stay!

I would recommend this cute cozy cabin for anyone looking for a nice getaway in the Bayfield area. It is a short 5 minute drive from Bayfield and the location was very easy to get to. The cabin was clean and very neat. Check-in and out was very smooth. I would recommend bringing some bug spray since you are in a wooded area with mosquitos. This cabin is a great choice for a couple.

Clean & cozy!

We were so impressed by the accommodations of the chalet. It was clean, cozy, and nestled in a beautiful wooded neighborhood with paths and walking distance to the lake. It was stocked with everything in the kitchen we needed, including a coffee sample from a local place. We would definitely hope to be back and have shared with many friends!

We'll be Back

Loved the location (close to town) and yet far from lots of people. Even though there is a main road close by, we didn't hear road noises, and we only saw one person drive by the property on their way to their own home. So ... it still felt a bit remote--which we like. Property was extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic decorating, which is similar to our own home, and we'll definitely be back again. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable, Nicely set up cabin. Had everything that we needed to be able to enjoy the Northwoods. Screened in porch was great for meals. Wooded lot was beautiful and provided privacy. Nice to have access to walking paths to get to the lake

Perfect home base for exploring Bayfield

The perfect home base for our visit to Bayfield! Path to the lake was gorgeous. Much nicer than a hotel room and had everything we needed.

Nice escape

We loved everything about the interior of this cabin, the way it was decorated and the comfort of the space and all of the furniture. The robes were a nice romantic touch too! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The screened-in porch was lovely for eating meals and playing games and we also loved having a gas grill. The only negative was the proximity to the highway. We would have preferred a more remote location. We couldn't keep the bedroom window open at night because of the noise.

Quaint, Clean cabin get-a-way

Lucked out we found this beautiful cabin on a busy Bayfield weekend. Played games in the screened in porch. My son, who came in from afar, said he had an awesome weekend! 🥰

Great Getaway near Apostle Islands

Quiet, clean, new cabin with all amenities including high-speed internet. Super close to Bayfield, within walking distance of Lake Superior. Love the screened in porch. Great spot!
