La cabina de Bayer de Hauser admite perros. El primer perro se queda gratis. El segundo perro o persona extra más allá de dos es un extra de 28 por día por perro y por persona. Estancia mínima de 2 noches para las noches de viernes a sábado. La cabina se encuentra en un entorno privado tranquilo. Hemos acogido a más de 80 parejas de luna de miel y aniversario. La cabina duerme dos adultos en una cama de lujo. Si tiene hijos, uno podría dormir en el sofá (no retirarse) y el otro en una tumbona, o podría usar un colchón inflable. 4 adultos serían demasiado para la cabaña. La playa Little Sand Bay está a solo dos millas de distancia. Camine por el sendero de Meyers Beach para tener un mirador a una quebrada y cueva marina y al Lago Superior. Puede ver el lago Superior por las ventanas delanteras de la cabina, excepto desde fines de mayo hasta finales de octubre de cada año. Bayfield está a solo 15 minutos en automóvil y el casino Legendary Waters está a diez minutos.

Uso gratuito de raquetas de nieve Yukon Charlie en el invierno! Pista de motos principal al Lago Superior en toda la calle! Beautiful cozy cabin in a private secluded wooded area. It was perfect for our first time in the area. It was a quick 15 min drive to Bayfield. Check in and out was extremely easy and the home was perfect for our weekend stay. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again!

This was the perfect little cabin for me and my husband plus our dog. It was quiet and cozy with a lot of great upgrades. We loved being surrounded on 3 sides by the woods. It was very clean and comfortable, and there was a ton of info provided in the guidebook Rick provided. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, which I wasn’t expecting in such a remote location! We would highly recommend this cabin!

Great weekend in the woods

The cabin was a perfect home base for our weekend in the north woods. Our dog loved laying on the porch in between hikes and trips to the beach.

Bayfield/National Lakeshore

We had a great time at Rick's cabin. The property is well stocked and maintained. It sits beautifully in the woods and all sorts of activities are only a short drive away. Will definitely book again, if it is available.

Quiet cabin with luxury touches.

My husband and I and our dog stayed for the weekend while in town for the point to Lapointe swim. This place was perfect for relaxation in comfort. Definitely recommend.

Small but cozy

Very nice place to stay and it was central to the events I was attending. I appreciated the fact I could bring my dogs. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and safe there and I would like to bring my husband back the next time. U would definitely visit this place again.

Sheer Beauty

Beautiful cabin! Very cozy and made for the perfect romantic get away! Our Golden retriever enjoyed the trip too, especially snowshoeing, hiking and exploring the ice caves....sheer beauty! Then relaxing by the fire was a perfect way to end the winters day.

Relaxing Retreat

Very quiet and relaxing getaway. Cabin is tastefully decorated and furnishings are top notch and comfortable. Always nice to have a place to bring our four footed friend. We visited the Ice Caves which are nearby. Awsome experience. Very easy to book and very prompt on security deposit.

Wonderful Cabin in the Woods

This cabin is fantastic, the owner Rick had great communication throughout and the cabin is clean and comes with everything you need. The kitchen is very well supplied with all the utensils to cook delicious meals and the serta mattress is a great touch! The evenings were cool and the wood burning stove kept us plenty warm. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Cute little cabin in the woods

This was our first visit to Bayfield; we came to see Lyle Lovett and his Large Band at Big Top Chautauqua. The cabin was just right for my wife and I and our dog. Every convenience was in the cabin and we were very comfortable. Thanks to Rick for allowing us to enjoy it.

First-class digs deep in the north woods

Very clean and beautiful cabin in the north woods, with full and complete kitchen facilities and gorgeous wood deck. Nifty adjustable bed sleeps 2 people. A pleasant, few mile drive to access Lake Superior.

Thanks Rob - sounds like you got to enjoy Little Sand Bay beach. Meyers Beach is also nice (as well as Halvorson Reiten Beach in Bayfield and the beaches on Madeline Island) New Brazilian Cumaru deck! (Second hardest woods besides IPE at number one) Wanted Tigerwood - but vendor was out (3rd hardest but pretty too - have at home) Hopefully will last many years and be durable with the huge winter snow loads. Doubled up the joists so built like a tank. Hope to have you back soon!

It is unfortunate that she gave us one star for us diplomatically pointing that she brought more dogs than she disclosed (She brought 3 dogs and she only declared and paid for one — apparently that makes me “a pain” - I pointed out that other dog friendly lodging has rules about honestly disclosing number of pets as well). There is no 30 page rule book… just a cabin guide operational manual telling people how to operate all the features and giving the recommendations for things to do in the area. In additional - we have never advertised lake access - which is clearly detailed online and in the cabin guide that there is none. We state that Little Sand Bay is a 5-10 minute drive away for a beach. We noticed the day she was checking out (we rarely look at our external Ring & cam) that she had 3 dogs at the cabin (one over the maximum allowed) without telling us. She wrote and said I was “nit picky” for pointing out that she brought two more dogs and not telling me. (or paying for them). I wrote to her: “it says very clearly in the VRBO agreement: Prior notification is required for any pets or any additional person. Not correctly disclosing the number of pets (type and weight and age of pet) or people before your stay will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. Each dog is $28 per day plus tax. Our cleaning person also spent extra time cleaning the cabin (lot of hand pickups off floor from kids) and multiple loads of laundry and more vacuuming

There are many special things to do in the Bayfield area - watching the fall colors, bird watching, hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking, boating, snowmobiling, XC and downhill skiing, tubing, snow shoeing, shopping, fine and casual dining, coffee shops, a large casino, taking a ferry to Madeline Island and it's many beaches, going to Little Sand Bay just a few miles from the cabin, or the beaches in Cornucopia where you can enjoy the flowing artesian water or a whitefish sandwich, or buying some smoked whitefish with brown sugar on top - and much more.

The cabin located on a low traffic street in a private setting and is across the street from Lake Superior. It is very well appointed with everything you need - and the cabin is dog friendly. You can see thousands of stars at night - but still be close enough to Bayfield to enjoy what the town has to offer (just a 15 minute drive) There are so many great things to do in the Bayfield area - from artsy shops, to sailing, to mountain biking and hiking, seeing the sea caves or light houses, touring the Apostle Islands, and more.

Amazing snow displays on the pine trees in the winter (fire up the wood stove for romance!) and the driveway is plowed after each snow stops when greater than 3 inches. Amazing fall colors. If you have two extra people - recommend at least one is a kid - as besides the BR sleeping two - there is a leather non-pull out couch in the LR and 5 foot long chaise lounger to sleep on for the two extra people (we can provide extra sheets, pillows, blankets) or you can use a small blow up mattress for one of them.
