Esta unidad es un diseño de casa adosada, primer y segundo piso, walkup, ubicado en Pinnacle Port Resort. Esta unidad tiene el dormitorio principal, en el primer nivel, con el baño principal. El segundo nivel, es la sala de estar / comedor / cocina, (cocina totalmente equipada), área. ¡También hay un sofá desplegable (tamaño completo)! También en el segundo nivel, un baño completo, la sala de estar con una cama de matrimonio, un sofá en la sala de estar.

Esta unidad viene, totalmente equipada con una cocina totalmente equipada, ropa de cama y toallas, TV por cable y Wifi gratuito.

El Pinnacle Port Resort, cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, con guardias de seguridad las 24 horas en el lugar. Dos piscinas, una interior / exterior (climatizada durante todo el año), una segunda piscina al aire libre, canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, puerto deportivo, sala de juegos, sauna y un gimnasio.

Este complejo es ideal para familias y parejas, es apto para niños con muchas actividades en los alrededores.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This place was a wonderful stay with a clean and spacious living area, a quick walk to the gorgeous and private beach, a clean and large pool area, and less then 50 minutes from pretty much everything in the area. We will be back again!

This property had great views and was a good value for the price. The only real downside was lack of closet space. Most closets were locked up and the one in the bedroom was open but full of stuff and not usable. We had a great time and this was definitely with the money we paid.

Great experience, will look to rent again around New Years. Had small issue to start, but property management and owner were quick to help! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nice Vacation Spot for Couple or Small Family

Clean, well-maintained unit. Has a unique layout with Master BR and Bath are on ground floor with Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Living Room on 2nd Floor. Just be ready to climb stairs, a lot.

We love Pinnacle Port and have stayed in many different units over the past few decades. This condo has a different layout, but it worked exceptionally well for our family. It is small, but it offers 2 separate pull out couch areas and 2 full bathrooms. I didnt realize that we didn't have a gulf-front balcony, but the large picture windows sufficed. For the price, it was an incredible value. We enjoyed our time here!

The unit was nice and was well kept. We had a problem with the microwave but that could have been OE. The vent hood didn't work but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall the unit fit our needs just fine.

Perfect for a small family

The property was perfect for my husband, two daughters, and me. The TV wouldn’t work and it was difficult to get connected to the internet, but we aren’t there for that anyway! I’m sure if I would have contacted the manager, she would have fixed it but I was ok with not having TV. Overall a great place!

Location perfect

The room needs a major cleaning. The floor was so sticky you stuck to it and the whole condo was dirty. Other than that it was great! I would recommend using a different cleaning company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description states it sleeps 6, but that’s a stretch. The layout of the condo is tight for a group of 6. Small rooms, narrow hallway, tiny kitchen. Plus, if you have 6 people and use both sleeper sofas, you have nowhere for a shared “living room” unless you plan to fold the bed up every day. This should really be a room for no more than 4 people. And those sleeper sofa mattresses MUST be replaced! You don’t expect a lot when you know you’re on a pull out couch but these mattresses were terrible AND quite stained....Also, they knew 5 people were staying but they didn’t prepare the room for 5 people. Only one set of sheets for 2 pull outs meant that someone had to sleep on a sheetless couch for a night, which was not comfortable. If we hadn’t brought our own air mattress, this stay would have been even worse. We doubled up the mattresses on one sofa and used the air mattress on the other. The kitchen lacked some things that would be great additions, like salt and pepper, a pizza pan, etcOn the plus side: the air worked well, the walk to the beach was short, the pool and snack bar were good, it felt like a very safe place, the grounds were kept very clean.We would look into staying at the condo again, just maybe not this exact room. I would recommend this room to some people but not everyone and not for a group bigger than 4.

There was a very bad odor inside condo, smelled like it was an elderly home . We had to buy spray to make it better. TV’s were very small to try and watch. Staff were great and loved the location and grounds . Next time will look for a different unit but same rental company. Candy was super to work with .

The first night, we discovered that there were not any sheets for one of the pull out couches. I called the emergency number and was asked if we need the sheets that night. Being the nice personI am, I said that the following day would be fine. The lady at the answering service stated that they would bring them out. However, It wasn't until I called for a second timefollowing day that sheets were actually delivered. Also, we were not given enough bath towels....towels were bought with the sheets, Also, we had 2 TV'sthat were not working. The issue with one TV was fixed on Sunday. However, the 2nd TV was never corrected. A lady from Seagrove came out and tried to fix it and said the problem was, there was no cable remote. I was told a new remote would be brought out the next day. That did not happen, and frankly I didn't feel like dealing with the company anymore. I wanted to enjoy my vacation. While these were minimal complaints, it was my vacation and I wanted the amenities listed. With that said, Pinnacle Port is a WONDERFULresort. My complaint is with the management company, I requested that we be given a partial refund or a possible move to a different unit. My response was not replied to.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property location is perfect and all of my kids had so much fun! The room could have used a little housekeeping (dirty dishes and bathroom) but overall we loved it and would stay again!
