Penthouse 14 es una unidad de piso en el puerto condominios Pinnacle, que se encuentra dentro de Carillon Beach. Esta es una comunidad cerrada con una playa privada. Se trata de una espectacular propiedad rodeada de agua por 3 lados.

Lago Powell es ideal para la navegación, pesca, observación de la naturaleza, y muchos deportes acuáticos. El Golfo de México le da la bienvenida en el otro lado.

La comunidad tiene una gran cubierta exterior del Golfo frente piscina, tenis, baloncesto y tejo. Otras actividades incluyen la familia de voleibol de arena, paseos a la naturaleza adyacente preservar y si las nubes pasan a rodar en la sala de videojuegos! Hay un gimnasio, saunas, una sala inalámbrico y un sinfín de servicios para disfrutar durante las vacaciones.

Usted también está a pocos pasos de la carillón tiendas disfrutan de: pizza, helado, café, comer en familia y la música y caminar de regreso a casa. (Si no desea que incluso no tiene que salir de la comunidad !!)

Este apartamento en la planta ático superior con 2 balcones, ambos con vistas maravillosas del Golfo, ha sido totalmente renovado. Es uno de los más lujoso en todo el complejo. Tres dormitorios: 1 abajo y 2 y 3 baños Ideal para una escapada perfecta de la familia.

A su familia le encanta estar aquí. Hay algo para todo el mundo de todas las edades que hacer aquí en puerto de Pinnacle! La familia va a querer volver año tras año para disfrutar de este paraíso de agua maravillosa.

Great place! So close to the beach!

This is a great property, right on the beach, publix is across the street, and the shopping and dining in Rosemary is only 2 miles away!

Great place to stay

We stayed at this place for a week and it was perfect. Location was ideal as it was right on the beach, and it was within walking distance of a lovely ice-cream shop and other amenities. The owner was prompt any time we had a question, and was very helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax.

Wonderful Penthouse

The penthouse was beautiful with exceptional views. The building has great facilities and easy access to the beach. If I am in Panama City Beach again I would definitely stay here.

Great stay!

We had a great a stay at pinnacle port! We loved the privacy of the building and easy access to beach and pool. Very short drive to dining and shops. The views from the balconies were just amazing! So glad we stayed and will return again! Also had great communication with the owners the entire trip! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Gulf Views

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. The views were great! Nice indoor pool for the cool, rainy days. Grocery stores nearby. The Carrillon Beach restaurants were very good and we could walk to them. Would recommend this property.

We had an awesome time! With 3 BR and 3 BA there was more than enough room. The building elevators all worked and everyone we met there was so nice. The food at the poolside cafe was very good and reasonably priced. I would suggest to anyone parking a car that you stay away from the sprinklers. Not only does the water smell bad, the stains are still on my windshield and hood even after a trip through the carwash . Learned that lesson and Will definitely stay here again!

We’ll be back

This was easily the best rental experience we’ve had in the 30A area. Our whole family was comfortable and happy — and steps from the beach. PH14 is well kept, clean, and comfortable and Gwen was a pleasure to work with. If I need a 3/2 again we will return to PH14 if we can.

Great Condo in a great location.

Great location on the beach surrounded by all the amenities you need. The complex has everything for the whole family. the condo unit is on the top floor with balconies on both sides of the building, so you get a beach view from the master bedroom and a neighborhood/beach view from the living room. The unit is fully furnished with no issues with WiFi or TVs (kids really didn't need either. they were too tired from hours of beach fun). We have stayed at a couple of units in this complex and would highly recommend this one. thanks!

Great time for family reunion.

The property was clean. Clear instructions were given and it was ready as described. It’s a wonderful value for the money. Water pressure was not great in guest bathroom but not a big deal. The fan in upstairs master starts out very loud but does quiet after running awhile. Great views and amenities. I would highly recommend.

Great place for multigenerations to enjoy.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation with a baby. The floor plan was great for a napping baby upstairs away from noisy adults. We opted to give the upstairs master to my daughter, but the balcony and view is a romantic spot for couples. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs master. We had everything we needed as kitchen was fully stocked and linens and towels very plentiful and nice. We enjoyed the many amenities that Pinnacle Port offered in addition to the beautiful beach. Baby loved the indoor pool, and I enjoyed the sauna! The entire family enjoyed walks around Powell lake. Would have enjoyed kayaking if we had more time. Spent one rainy day shopping at the outlet stores a short distance away in San Destin. Worth mentioning is how fast the elevators were. We did not waste time waiting on an elevator, and this surprised me because this seemed to be such a popular vacation spot. My family agreed this was a fantastic vacation for us, and we hope to return again next year. Owners were great with communication and pleasant to work with. Thank you so very much!

Beach vacation 2021

I will definitely rent this Condo again. It was very clean and roomy. The beach access was great with plenty of room for all guest. It was close to stores and still away from all the busy areas.

The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. The location is great for a family. The condo was clean and has everything you need for your vacation. The only negative ill give it is the A/C did not work well. Being on the top floor by about mid day it would get up to 80 degrees and stay that way till 11:00 or 12:00 at night.
