Great location! Perfect for a weekend in New Orleans.

This was a great location for a weekend trip, the ability to use the ferry to get across the river and not have to worry about parking downtown was a huge plus. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Worth the stay..

The property was breath taking, I loved it! This will be my place to stay when I return to New Orleans! Everything was perfect! The condo was worth every penny, it was nicer in person, which was great! We didn’t want to leave, lol. We had no problems, plenty of space for a group of 5! Thank you so much Mr. Smail, We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable home.

Well equipped condo with everything we needed. Large sized rooms with comfort in mind. Clean, organized house, with everything organized well. Quiet neighborhood which was great. Weathered a storm while here and sat on balcony to watch it. Even got a view of an armadillo. We weren’t bothered by the stairwell going up into the condo and the 4 of us I guess can admit are over 60. Thank you for providing a great resting place for our trip to New Orleans!

Perfect!

We stayed the wknd of Wrestlemania in New Orleans. This condo was perfect for us, there were 5 adults and the unit was spacious enough. It’s also very soundproof. When the guys came in late from the wrestling matches, those of us already sleeping never heard them. It was also very convenient to New Orleans, truly is 15 mins away.

Perfect cozy place after a fun day out.

This condo was the perfect size for our Spring Break getaway. There was a total of 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children and we stayed there comfortably for 5 nights. The place was very clean and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Denny was great to deal with as well. We had a little issue with the WiFi connection and it was quickly resolved the very first night we were there. Since the kitchen was fully equip, I was able to cook breakfast and a late dinner every day. There's a Walmart about 2 miles away, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It's about a 20 minute drive to the French Quarters, there's plenty of parking and if you park by the Aquarium before 9:00, there's a $10 flat rate. We also took the Algiers Ferry, a 15 minute drive, for $2 each way and $1 each way for seniors. Make sure to take exact amount since they do not provide change. You can also purchase a day pass for the street car for $3. Overall, this was a lovely, comfortable place and I will definitely recommend it and I hope to go back soon.

Overall it was fine

The Good Seemed clean, was quiet and the ac worked fine. The Bad Found the last working crt tv in America. Wifi wouldn't work. Cloths dryer put holes in two tshirts. The pool was a green mess of a disgrace. If it isn't going to be maintained, it really should be removed from the description.

Cozy, quiet, 10 minutes to the city center

We spent 4 nights here, 2 couples and a kid. The house is well furnished, comfortable and quiet, just a few minutes to the french quarter and 1 mile to Walmart. Great experience, I will surely come back (without kids next time ;-)

Excellent rate, accommodation, and communication

The owner provided a document with the booking that provided details about the area, with directions as well, covering ; the French Quarter, the ferry, local restaurants, and WALMART! Essentials to first timers as our selves. The condo was roomy, nice balcony, and everything we needed. Great rates! He accommodated our group of 4 adults, a chlid, and our little pups at a price that guarantees a return booking from us in the future.

Highly Recommended

We have 6 small children, which always presents a challenge when we travel. Hotels generally have occupancy limits that won't let us all stay in the same room. Beyond costing double, booking two rooms means my wife and I have to separate, and creates several other logistical problems - especially if staying more than one night. This condo was the perfect solution. It was spacious enough for the family and was reasonably priced. It was far quieter than staying in a hotel or in a more centrally located area. The interior of the condo was very clean and comfortable. Every amenity from home was there and ready for use, so we could cook all our meals and wash clothes and dishes. Denny was great to work with, quick to reply to e-mails, and provided excellent suggestions for local travel. If we ever visit New Orleans again, we'll be booking this condo!

Amazing

Thank you thank you thank you. Denny was an awesome host. He saved our trip from the disaster that could have happened due to another person deciding to cancel our reservation 21 days before we were leaving because he decided he wanted more $ a night. (Jerk) Instructions had everything that we needed. Our group went for New years and it was the best time ever. Best thing when staying at the location is to download the app Curb and you can see the cab service am schedule a pock up. We drove to the Ferry for New years and rode over that night. Make sure you have exactly $2 for the ferry...They do not give change. The next 2 nights we still drove to the ferry but it was closed both nights I believe due to weather but it was still safe to leave our cars there. I would definitely NOT drive to the French quarter if you can avoid it...traffic and crowds for special events was INSANE. The place was nice and clean with plenty of room. Since we had a somewhat large group we brought air mattresses. Heck the closests were so big that it made extra space for 2 more rooms pretty much. We had the best time and managed to get around pretty easy. Denny was so patient since we were having issues with the site not allowing him to accept the reservation or change the amount to what we agreed on. Took us about a week or so but in the end we had to use pay pal. Denny is very trust worthy if you have any issues with payment and he asks for it in this payment form. Again...thank you thank thank you Denny for letting us stay. -Dallas group- Rissa
