Impresionantes vistas del río desde ventanales en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. ¡Esta casa de River lo tiene todo! Bellamente mantenido por dentro y por fuera. Dos espacios exteriores cubiertos para disfrutar. El patio trasero cubierto de hierba está completamente cercado y seguro, lo que funciona muy bien para los niños más pequeños. El salón principal tiene una chimenea de leña, una estufa de pellets, además de calefacción central. Bonito comedor, gran isla de cocina y cocina bien equipada. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama King Size y su propia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas.

Hot tub water was clean. Location was convenient. Communication was great before and during stay. Home was equipped and furnished as per the listing. Only thing is WiFi was rather spotty and slow. Overall though, 5/5 and would rent again.

Peaceful setting

Though the property was in town, it felt peaceful and secluded! We especially enjoyed the elk, deer, and variety that we could watch from the back porch.

Great house in a fairly secluded area. We were there during spring break there were a LOT of people in town but the location of this property kept us away from that congestion. The hot tub was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. We saw elk in the yard every day. Everyone at Cozy Cabins was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not clean(MICE!), maintenance issues

The first night we arrived as we were eating dinner on the dining table we found 5 mice droppings across the table. Then when we went to bed that night we found more mice droppings on one of the nightstands. Later on in the stay when we were looking for pots and pans we found ANOTHER mice dropping in a pan in the cabinet. Even if the unit had not been occupied for awhile, there should have been a better cleaning process. The manager did send housekeeping the next day to do another clean, but that didn't stop us from feeling icky while we were there. The shower in the large bedroom had a decent amount of mold as well. Then a couple days into our stay the heater went out and we had to have maintenance, property managers, and an electrician in the space on Christmas Eve. They acted promptly but it was very intrusive to our family holiday time.The kitchen is not very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. We had to buy multiple temporary dishes for baking and had to make do on other things as there was not a full stock of kitchen utensils and appliances.The listing is not fully accurate as the outside now has stucco and does not look like the cabin in the photos. Also, the neighborhood and area around the property is not the nicest. It is right down the street from a mobile home park and overall the area seemed run down and dirty. The main positive is the space layout and the size.

We hated leaving! We really loved Rivers Edge Cabin. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again! The property is huge and gorgeous. The cabin is very spacious and fit my large family comfortably. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. I love that it has central a/c, strong WiFi, and smart TV's. The children loved the huge back yard and easy access to the Rio Ruidoso - they played out there daily. I love that there was a fence surrounding the yard and a gate that stopped access to the river so my very little ones stayed safe. The hot tub was perfect! The dumpster was directly across the street and very easy to access. The driveway was very easy to get into and out of even with our trailer. We had such a wonderful stay at Rivers Edge and we will definitely stay here again! Everyone I encountered was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt everyone truly cared about my family and our vacation. Making the reservation was quick and easy. Anytime I talked with the staff, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Everything was very clean and very beautiful location. Easy access to town. The team was very helpful and polite. They took the time to answer any and all questions.
