House was perfect for our holiday gathering. We had 9 family members and never felt crowded. Kitchen was large enough for thanksgiving and well stocked. Love the small sitting room and coffee station upstairs. Bathrooms were lovely and plenty big enough for all of us.

Don’t plan on using any of the outdoor spaces.Huge spider webs with spiders, wasp nest with angry wasp. The exterior picture clearly was taken years ago. Looks like a dump from the road. Uber drivers question if you really want to be dropped there.Closet and drawers full of stuff so you have no place to unpack. Dust & Cobwebs along toe kicks.

Nice closet but not for you! No dresser or hanging rack for your clothes.

21st Birthday Celebration

The house was great!! Plenty of space for our large group to hang out and the house had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect with a short Uber ride anywhere. Ryan was great in providing all the information we needed. House was a awesome place to stay while we were in town.

The house was amazing!!! No bunk beds, which was so important for us. Enough spaces for everyone to hangout together. The house was clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful House!

This property is beautiful! Ryan was fantastic to work with, he communicated everything awesomely. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely try to stay here again next visit to Nashville.

Incredible Place

Amazing property. Great decor and plenty of room for my bachelor party. Location was perfect. It’s close enough to all the go-to spots, just a short Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Host is a great communicator and very helpful with suggestions for food and entertainment. Will look to visit again when we come back to Nashville.

Excellent property for large group

This property was perfect for our group of 11 women. The pictures actually don't do the house justcie, it was much nicer than we were expecting. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped (admittedly, though, we only cooked breakfast once beacuse we had reservations for other meals during out two-night stay). Bathrooms were spacious and we never ran out of hot water. Living room furniture was great for lounging and there are two bluetooth speakers, which was great. Ryan accomodated an early check-in (no one stayed at the house the night before our arrival, though) which was SO helpful! The location of the house was perfect (this was my 4th time in Nashville but 1st time staying on this side of town). We felt safe walking to/from starbucks in the morning and there's a cute park across the street. Ryan was also very responsive via text and phone calls- nothing major was wrong, but the battery in the alarm system was low so it was beeping intermittenly- he arrived within 2 hours and it was fixed- he even carried some suitcases upstairs for us while he was there. I love Nashville and will be back, this is a great house, highly recommend!

Great experience for a group of guys

We visited Nashville for the MCGP race downtown. The house slept and bathed 8-10 guys without anyone having to wait or cuddle. Clean. well stocked kitchen. convenient location. $8-10 scooter or uber from broadway. The only negative for our group was parking all of our vehicles as you cant park on the street, just in the alley and garage. If we had carpooled more it wouldn't have been a problem so in hindsight I should have asked about parking.

Fantastic place to stay!

The house was great. We ubered a number of times since it was close to downtown Nashville, between $8‐10 a ride. Ryan was great, he was great responding to texts and instructions to the house were nicely done. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

This place was perfect for our group from The Villages who were looking for fun in Nashville! Close to downtown, but so much more. Plenty of space for gathering and more than stocked. We loved every minute of our stay - 🙌!

Perfect home for a large group!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Ryan's house is even nicer than in photos - high ceilings, big rooms - it's perfect for a group. We had 12 women and never felt crowded, and everyone loved the house. Ryan was incredibly helpful, always answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family visiting Nashville in the future. Thanks to Ryan for an awesome stay!!

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay here was perfect! Ryan was an excellent host and was very quick with communication and helping us with our stay’s needs. We stayed here for my wedding weekend and Ryan made sure everything was perfect, we had the absolute best time and would 100% stay here again!

Best Vrbo house in Nashville… Trust me

Ryan was so accommodating and responsive. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It looks exactly like the pictures. There are so many amenities. Everything you would want is there; from make-up remover to a grill, cooler, and even all the games for family fun. My whole family enjoyed ourselves so much. We were in Nashville for our daughter’s graduation and this house was a perfect location to everything downtown. I would say plan accordingly if you have a lot of cars because there is some construction right now and the alley is narrow but other than that the stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Ryan for everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

50th Birthday Fun

We had such an amazing time at this beautifully decorated and spacious house!! It fit all our needs perfectly and our guests couldn’t have been happier. Ryan is a great host and very timely with any information needed. If you’re looking to unwind with your group, and see all that Nashville has to offer, this is the place to rent. You won’t be disappointed. Great new location close to downtown or walking distance to a few local spots as well.

Best choice ever!

Came for my bachelorette. Beds were so comfy, house smelled amazing, plenty of K-Cups upstairs, and Ryan was so attentive and kind. Lyft rides to anywhere we wanted to go were only $12-$25 and 10-15mins. Next time we come to Nash, we're definitely staying here! Thanks Ryan!
