"Good location for the price" is exactly the trade this house was built around: two miles from Broadway, but with a hot tub, a firepit, a putting green, and four king beds instead of a cramped downtown box. Four nights tells us the rhythm of it worked. Travelers who weigh location against value the way you did are exactly who this place is set up for. "Very comfortable" is the word we actually design toward — the hot tub, the king beds, and the balcony coffee spot were all chosen with that one idea in mind, so it's good to hear it land. If there's something that would have moved this from comfortable to excellent, we'd honestly like to know; that gap is where we do our best work. Communication was great, house was really nice and cozy! Arrived a little sooner and would have loved to get in just a few minutes early but that was only an option if we payed extra. Overall was a pleasant experience!
