The Ocean Views. One of a kind. Private dock with screened cabana. Swimming pool, gourmet kitchen, elevator, 3-car garage and walls of windows to capture the entire panoramic views. Kitchen has all new appliances high end appliances, kitchen aid gas stove, ice maker, all new appliances.

This is a large house that sleeps 8. Over 6,000sq feet! 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The views are some of the best on St. Simons! Walk out the back door and catch dinner on the dock. The fishing here at Goulds Inlet is a hot spot for the locals and there are plenty of redfish, trout, flounder, and black drum!

****This is a true Classic East Beach Home - an OLDER & Quirky home. The kitchen/bathrooms are fully functional just older. The house layout is of yesteryear & can be quirky, but the stunning views are why we purchased the home and are some of the best views on St. Simons!***.

St. Simons Golf Trip

Our annual guys golf trip was the best it has been in years primarily because of the house. The house was not only perfect and very accommodating to all of us, but the communication and hospitality from Ryan is what made our stay the best part. I very much hope this property will be available next time we come down because we would love to stay there again. Perfect 10/10 property and host

Stunning house in the perfect location! It is the last house on the point. Excellent dock, with a screened in covered area to relax and look at the ocean. Excellent fishing from the dock. Owner provided fishing poles. Also provided crab pots. My sons caught a -50 pound lemon shark, bonnethead sharks, red fish, sting ray & lots of bait fish (they have their own professional rigs.)The house has stunning views from all rooms. We would sit out on the deck in the evening and enjoy cocktails and dinner. We saw dolphins playing right in front of our house two nights when we were there. The quaint downtown area of Saint Simons is very close. We had some great meals and lovely shopping in the boutiques.Fantastic vacation for all! Ryan, the host was an excellent communicator. He even sent me photos days before we were set to arrive to get us excited about the trip. Also, there was a golf cart that was at our disposal. No extra charge. Can’t say enough good things and we would love to come back!

This property boasts some of the best views on St. Simons, from the patio you can see East Beach, Goulds Inlet, Sea Island, and little St. Simons Island. It is a large house with many amenities, ranging from a private pool and dock, gym, and large patio great for entertaining!

Fisherman's Retreat! Ryan our manager, enjoys fishing at this property and regularly catches redfish, blackdrum, sheepshead, whiting, trout and plenty of blue & stone crabs. Lots of wildlife and views to take in from this gorgeous waterfront property. The views are seriously some of the best you will find on St. Simons Island.
