3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double/Twin bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle( 2 twins). 2 Flat screen TV's, Blu-Ray DVD, wireless internet, easy-start, thermostat controlled gas fireplace, sun deck with privacy shades, ocean view outdoor dining, gas BBQ on the deck off of the dining room, double garage, decks, hot tub. This super comfortable house is well cared for and is just a couple blocks down to the ocean, and even closer to the Fiscalini ranch walking trails. This is a split level home. The upstairs is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bath, kitchen, dining area and living room and a half bathroom. The downstairs consists of the other 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The garage has a level 2 EV charger, and there is a computer and a printer in the living room!
This house is dog friendly, and has a fully fenced in backyard!!

Property was clean and in a great location. The views from the deck were wonderful. We enjoyed all the extra amenities and artwork. The place was thoughtfully laid out and put together. Some opportunities forimprovement: 1) One throw blanket at the foot of the master bedroom was covered in dog hair 2) A little more privacy screening for the hot tub from the East neighbors would be great. We'll be back.

The ocean views exceeded our expectations. We loved all the trees around the house and the peaceful feeling it gave us. The couches are lovely along with the big gas fireplace and the new huge TV. We especially enjoyed the trails being so close to the house. We also have much appreciation for the owner allowing our beloved dog to join us.We have already booked this lovely home for next year. We have been loyal customers with CVR for many years and we absolutely love them. They are so kind and caring and have very high standards for their homes. We highly recommend this home.

Love the location for it is a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch and the tidepools. Always enjoy the wildlife; the deer that are viewed from the deck and window, and those along the ranch from my favorite bench. Have established many traditions shared with family that also stay nearby. The home is very comfortable and serves my needs very well. Have been renting through Cambria Vacation Rentals for many years, and thus have established a wonderful relationship. They are most helpful, and can contact them if the need arises. Looking forward to next year’s stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful two plus weeks at the Orlando home in Cambria. It was so lovely, roomy. and comfortable. Heidi from CVR is so generous with her time, helping us to have everything we needed. We have stayed at several homes in Marine Terrace, all great, but this is our favorite. We grilled on the deck, had relaxing hot tubs, walked the paths, and took in remarkable sunsets. The owner of the property must be a caring person, as everything is organized so your stay is enjoyable. It is definitely a good choice for a family, as the layout gives lots of space to enjoy privacy and room for family gatherings. It is so quiet and we slept so well in the master kingsize bed. We will definitely be back.

This house was another great one in Marine Terrace--my favorite location in Cambria. The home is very clean and organized, with a lot of attention paid to making the guests visit an enjoyable one! The house has a spacious floor plan, a dining deck, sun deck, ocean views and a hot tub. It is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Decks on the back of the house take advantage of shade in the afternoon, and the views are good but not spectacular. The gas BBQ grill is in a bad spot that blocks some of the view. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and the house is nicely outfitted. Hot tub was a plus as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Located in a good neighborhood, we had a lovely view of the ocean and enjoyed the visiting deer in the back yard. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding houses were all decked out for Christmas which was especially nice. The staff at CVR are always friendly and very accommodating of our schedule. We look forward to many more visits.

Pick-up and drop off of keys needs to be easier, climbing the stairs after 8 hours of driving is challenging. There should be more glass microwaveable bowls (2-3 qt.). Several of the dining room chairs are wobbly and could use re-gluing. Ants were on the kitchen counter, more large wine glasses and a few more large coffee mugs.

It's clear that the owners of this home took the time to make sure their guests are completely happy during their stay. The home is spacious, well-cared for (and stocked), with beautiful ocean views. My family has stayed in Cambria several times over the last 20 years. This is by far our favorite rental. It's located on Marine Terrace and a short walk to the beach. The home has wi-fi, a large screen TV in the living room, surround sound, fire pit on the back deck, and a fully-stocked (and clearly labeled) kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: We have been enjoying Cambria getaways for almost 30 years, staying in many rental homes over the decades, and this one is definitely the finest of all! Huge home with all the amenities, gorgeous views from the the decks and inside the home. Great, well stocked kitchen, tons of room to enjoy and kick back, cozy fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bbq and hot tub. The deer can be seen every evening. Walking to the different trails at Fiscalini Ranch or down to Lampert Tide Pools were some of our favorite daily routines. Love, love, love this home. Perfect Cambria location. Already planning our return!

We've stayed in a number of different properties, but once we found 430 Orlando, we don't even think about looking for another property. We like the short walk to the beach and being close to hiking and biking trails. And it's a real treat after a long day of playing hard to return and relax in the beautiful outdoor hot tub. Sublime! The house is always in immaculate condition and feels so comfy and homey. We really appreciate the excellent, service-oriented rental management staff - they have never failed to go above and beyond to make our stay the very best.

Love Marine Terrace

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this rental before. It's a lovely home and we always enjoy our stay. The only item we would like to request, is rather challenging. The couch is not comfortable. The seat cushions and under support sags and we don't enjoy sitting on it for long. It causes back issues. We tried putting the spare throw pillows under the seat cushions which helps a little, but there ya go. They probably won't change that couch any time soon, but it's the same one we have always had there. Otherwise - great house.
