Esta clásica casa de Sea Ranch está ubicada en el sendero del acantilado y disfruta de vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos del océano. Los huéspedes pueden sentarse para sumergirse en la serenidad del mar y la belleza de Black Point Beach. Hay impresionantes vistas al mar desde todas las áreas comunes y una gran terraza frente al mar, orientada al sur.

Excellent stay

The home has a great location and view. Definitely a plus being walking distance to the lodge. Home is comfortable and even nicer than it appears in photos.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! The location right on the water cannot be beat and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck as much as possible watching the whales play. We were two families with two young children each and a dog and the space was more than ample to accommodate our family. The only challenge we had was that the oven didn’t seem to work and wouldn’t get up to heat but we were able to make do with the grill and the toaster oven.

We have contracted with a local appliance repair person who found a part of the oven was faulty and needed to be replaced. That part is on order now with the repair pending. My husband and I and our pup (6 y/o) had a nice relaxing time at Point-of-View. The house was very spacious and clean. Great location with a fantastic view of the ocean, short walk to the beach, and plenty of trails for hiking nearby. The house also has a hot tub and sauna/yoga room, which we didn’t use either during our stay but both looked inviting. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was perfect for our family, amazing views with direct access to walking trail, recreation center and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook fabulous meals. Thank you for sharing your home! We hope to return soon.

Reviewer Comments: Location of the house could not have been more perfect for beach trail access or just sitting on the deck watching the crashing waves and incredible sunsets. Common living spaces were generous and well furnished. Lots of sleeping space but the bathrooms (only two) were hugely disappointing. The shower in the second bathroom was only 27" square - impossible for adult useage. Baths need updated now - this is not inexpensive to stay here.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular! The oversized dining table was great for our needs: one part for meals, one part for games, one part for jigsaw puzzle. Management staff was very helpful when we needed more supplies to last our stay. Also very helpful and professional in making reservations and inquiries. The unit wasn't as clean as we expected. Some pots and pans were dirty, as well as some glassware and a few plates. Table had not be cleaned thoroughly. Debris in the chair that reclines. The bathrooms are very dated and not in good condition. It would be an improvement to have at least one king size bed in the master. Many of the windows appear to have blown seals, hampering the view. The blackout shades were great.

6/30/23 We are so happy you enjoyed Point of View. The white water view is spectacular! The oversized dining table is a great addition. The Beach Rentals cleaning standards were not met. Please call Beach Rentals when you find cleaning problems. Unfortunately the bedrooms at Point of View do not allow for a king size bed. The failed windows are in the process of being repaired, but it just takes time. We hope to have them replaced soon. Beach Rentals Management and Homeowners

Fabulous amenities with this home, and a view that was just out of this world. We enjoyed the back deck/patio immensely, watching the sun, sky, and sea change as each day unfolded. The final day was capped with a pod of whales that visited the Pacific coast just off Black's Point. We will be back!

Loved being so close to the ocean, good set up for larger group, wonderful to have closed in yard for dog and children. It was very warm (for Sea Ranch) during our stay and it made the upstairs loft extremely warm. The one window in the loft was hard to open. Need more portable fans for future possible heat waves.

Our young children loved their bunk roomand the enclosed outdoor garden with shower, play area and hot tub. Our labrador felt safe and perfectly happy too. We have rebooked for next year, as we decided this was the best home for our family needs (grandparents, adult children, grandchildren and pup.)The only item needing attention is the replacement of two large fogged view windows in living room. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a wonderful homeOn the upside: -First row bluff front location and great views over the expansive beach-Awesome large hot tub that has enough horsepower to actually give you a water massage-Nice enclosed area for a pooch, which was overflowing with Cala lilies when we were there. Minuses:-The garage was not available - would have been nice to have kept the car out of the sea spray-The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t particularly comfortable - the metal rod headboard made it impractical to sit up and read.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So relaxing to hear and see the ocean from both inside the house and on the deck. The view from this house is amazing. One window, however, had moisture inside the panes and was difficult to see out of. Because of the wet weather, we were not able to enjoy as much of the trail walks as we have before. We appreciate that this location allows pets. This time we were not left with sheets to cover the furniture or dog specific towels as were provided in the past. Luckily, we brought our own.Master bathroom cabinet had some odor otherwise the rest of the house was well kept and clean.Beach Rental personel all very helpful and assisted us with all of our inquiries.

We've been visiting for 30 years. It was my first birthday without him on Valentines Day so I invited gal friends to join me. The home is perfect in every way. We had a good time. Of course I missed my husband but felt his presence and scattered some of his ashes in the beautiful pacific.Enjoyed dinner at the lodge too

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views from the windows and deck made this a great vacation rental choice. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outside dining area is sheltered by a windbreak that still allows you to check out the iews. The interiror courtyard landscapping is much improved and is quite pretty. It's a dog friendly home, so be prepared for dog hair everywhere, even upon your arrival. And the window screen is torn, so there will be a few flies in the house as well.
