The house was perfect. The kitchen and living room area was open, clean, and so nice. The location was perfect. A quick easy 3 minute walk to the beach which has a bathroom. There is also a nice bike/walking/jogging trail in front of the house. Having the pool and dock to the lagoon was bonus. The house is close to many attractions, bars, shops, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Please be aware this is a multi family unit. Overall was nice, decently maintained and worked well for our group with the nice bunk room. The pool is quite small. Hosts moderately responsive.

Thanks for the review. Enormous waterfront property tons of amenities. Incredibly rare location. Unfortunately this guest got a poor review and is not welcome back. They couldn’t follow simple notes about the house/amenities and called 3x a day …... Asked how to put the kayaks in the water? Yikes. Please see worthwhile reviews with comments on the spaciousness, view, location, full stocked storage room etc!

We had a wonderful 5‑day stay with our grown kids, their spouses, our four grandbabies, and even our teacup chihuahua. The house is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. We loved the pier on the lagoon, spent lots of time fishing, enjoyed the pool (especially at night when it was lit), and the walk to the beach was easy even with little ones. The storage area had plenty of toys, floats, and beach chairs, which was great for the kids.The home itself has a spacious layout, and the master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon was gorgeous. The mattress could use an update, but the room was lovely. The bunk room is very small and has no TV or working fan, and the other bedrooms share hall bathrooms, so just be aware of the layout.The part that surprised us is this property is a duplex. It took several readings of the listing and reviews before we realized it, and had we known from the start, we probably wouldn’t have booked it. Our neighbors were very nice, but they had already been there a week and had taken over most of the shared outdoor items by the time we arrived, so it took a bit to figure out what belonged to the house. Once we sorted it out, everything was fine, but it was definitely unexpected.Even with those surprises, we had a great time. The location is unbeatable, the views are gorgeous, and the amenities are plentiful once you get your bearings. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we’re grateful for the experience!

The weather was a little cool, so the heated pool was an amazing amenity! Fishing off the dock proved to be very fruitful as well. Very comfortable home to enjoy and have a great time with the family!

We rented this house for my wedding party to stay in with us before we got married on New Year’s Eve, we had a GREAT time. The house was gorgeous & they treated us very well. Very accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. I would rent this house again!

Long weekend

We had 9 adults staying at the rental. The kitchen had plenty of equipment only lacking a cheese grater.. spacious and plenty of room to accommodate our group but the bunk bed room is really meant for children- it was tight quarters for the 2 single men in our group. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the short walk to the beach.

The home was perfect for our group of 8. It’s open and allowed for lots of fun and visiting with others. It’s convenient to many shops, restaurants and fun. We loved it! Well equipped with anything you might need.

Amazing retreat

Such a wonderful trip. Lovely home. Lots of space to branch out. So much fun. The pool was fantastic. Managed to teach 3 grandkids how to swim. The Beachhouse restaurant was our favorite haunt. Try the Bushwacker. S&s seafood was great.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful trip. Loved the size of the home. Wish the pool was bigger with a house that size but it was Amazing!!!!! House was nice and cool wonderful having access to an extra refrigerator. Owner very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Family vacay

All in all it is a very nice house to stay in. Beds were very comfortable. We had 14 in our group and there was room for everyone comfortably. Location is excellent. The only thing I would say is a draw for me is it’s a shared property. It worked out with the other party next door on sharing the pool but would be much nicer to have the pool and pier completely to ourselves. Also, the wagons and everything available in storage was very helpful in going to the beach. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk from the house. If needed, I would stay here again.

Thanks for your note. The property boasts the best location, size and amenities for the value/price. Located on a direct Gulf Beach access street (2 min walk) AND also waterfront is extremely rare. The gorgeous lighted pool and pier access is only for 2 homes (vs 30 cottage homes) as described. We go above with so many extras such as awesome hotwater outdoor showers, 2 overflow refrigerators, carts, chairs, toys, boards. An fantastic property that can't be beat with multiple decks and views. So glad you enjoyed staying with your large group!

Location location location

This place had the best of both worlds…pier in the lagoon for fishing and just a few minutes walk to the shore! Kept our family busy for sure! The bunk room was great for the grandkids! They loved having a sleepover together! Living space is fantastic! Multiple places for seating. Deck is massive and was great for entertaining our extended family who was in a different home! Lots of beach chairs and accessories to use.

Wedding Getaway

We really enjoyed the house. The house is exactly as pictured on the website. It was very clean. I was a little hesitant to stay at a pet friendly home because of issues that we have had in the past but the home was definitely super clean. Great job to the cleaning staff. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very accommodating for families. I loved the neighborhood with the walking/bike trail and the beach is only a block over. The scenery was beautiful. The downstairs closet with beach gear was great and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything that would be needed. I would suggest getting some softer bath towels but that is just a personal preference. It was a little tricky bringing luggage into the house from under the carport because the door opens directly at the top step. It would have been nice to have had a little ledge there. We found it easier to bring in the bigger items like suitcases from the back deck. Other than that we had no issues. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
