Grandview Holidays is proud to present Sandpiper Sunset, the perfect spot for your next beach getaway!

Situated in a beautiful, spacious area of Gulf Shores with crystal clear water and white beaches.

Sandpiper Sunset has 2 separate sleeping areas, each containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. This design is perfect for families to enjoy vacation together. The main living space is an open floor plan with comfortable, well designed furniture, plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen. There are also water views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico.

Outside, there are two large decks from which to enjoy the water views, lounge and enjoy a good book or take in a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee.

We are surrounded by non-rental houses so peace and quiet is assured. You will be able to enjoy the relaxing tranquil waters of the bay and sleep peacefully at night.

On the Lagoon side, there is a private beach with dock, deck chairs and pavilion that reaches out over the lagoon. Fish off the dock, enjoy easy access to the lagoon or just lounge during sunset. This is one of our favorite parts of the house.

We also provide kayaks, boogie boards, a paddle boat and paddle boards to enjoy the Lagoon. Bicycles are available to explore the peninsula and there is a bike path on the West Beach. Use all at your own risk.

Overall, we think that you will find Sandpiper Sunset the perfect location for your beach getaway with location, privacy, amenities and beach access!

The views were absolutely stunning!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The views were absolutely stunning, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Waking up to the ocean and enjoying sunsets from the house made the trip extra special. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with our family of five! We had plenty of room inside to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the views of the lagoon and the ocean from the front porch! They provide everything you can imagine to have a great time at the beach in the storage closet! It was so nice to have beach chairs, sand toys, beach wagon, etc available for us to use! The location was perfect! We were still close to restaurants around 6-10 minutes but it was very private and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again next time we come to Gulf Shores!

Our fall break at Sandpiper Sunset was amazing!

Our fall break at Sandpiper Sunset was amazing! We loved fishing off the dock and paddling around the lagoon. With the beach just across the street we had the best of both worlds! We enjoyed dinners as a family on the back porch overlooking the lagoon and sunrises on our morning beach walks. The location of this property is close enough to all of our favorite restaurants and stores in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but far enough away to offer privacy away from the crowds. Our host was very responsive and helpful in providing information even before we booked to help us plan our trip. Our family unanimously agrees we would love to stay here again next year!

This home was amazing!

This home was amazing! It was spotless when we arrived and had a generous amount of start-up supplies. The furnishings and decor reflected an adorable beachy vibe. The outdoor balconies and dock provided some spectacular views. The area was quiet and private yet we were just a short drive from a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Located between the lagoon and the gulf, it accommmodated my husband’s desire to fish from the dock while the rest of us enjoyed the beach just across the street. Jessica was so pleasant to work with. She went out of her way to insure our needs were met and we were satisfied. What a great place to relax, soak up some sun and enjoy all Gulf Shores has to offer! We would certainly come back again.

The house was exactly what we wanted

We loved our stay. The house was exactly what we wanted. We loved having access to the lagoon and the beach. Also they had just about everything you could need for the beach! They had fishing gear, which was great and we were able to catch fish after fish in the lagoon. And a surprise to us, they had a crab pod which we filled with food and caught multiple crabs! So cool. The views of the lagoon were amazing at sunset and just a short walk across the street to the beach, I’m not sure it could get any better. The area was pretty quiet and the beach was almost empty every day we went. Definitely recommend this stay and we would love to bring our whole family back.

Great hosts! The property had everything we needed to keep all ages busy (adults, teens, pre-teens and some younger kids). There were a couple of random issues (nothing big) but the hosts immediately took care of things! Very responsive!!!

Great beach house for our family!

Great beach house for our family. Everything you could need and not have to bring - from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and sand toys! Bedrooms were spacious and there were multiple decks and places to have privacy or gather. We enjoyed bonfires in the backyard and my parents loved sitting on the dock enjoying the peaceful lagoon side while kids loved the beach access.

Beautiful beach house. Big and spacious for a large family of adults and children. Had everything you needed for a beach vacation from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids. There were kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, coolers and a lot more!!

We had a wonderful extended family vacation to celebrate a birthday. The group enjoyed the home amenities and especially fishing off the dock where they caught fish almost with every cast! We fell in love with this house on sight. It is located in a really special part of Gulf Shores, away from the high rises and congestion but close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer (restaurants, festivals, activities). We have found it the perfect place to relax with our family and extended family and hope you do as well.
