Would love to stay again!

We stayed at A Wave From It All and loved it as soon as we arrived. Beautifully decorated. Clea, safe atmosphere. The kitchen gave us everything we needed for healthy meals. Wonderful location-easy walking distance to a great restaurant, The Ugly Grouper, and beautiful Holmes Beach. Love the pool and hot tub area, while the surrounding foliage gave it a secluded atmosphere. Five stars and would love to stay again!

Great location!

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We rent bikes and can easily travel around the island from this location. Pool area is very nice with some sun and shade

Overall Fantastic Time

Rented this house for a week with two friends to celebrate a milestone birthday - the house was clean and comfortable and was supplied with everything - we had a great time - loved the pool and the 5 minute walk to the beach. It was also located near to shops, restaurants and a dog park - overall fantastic time

We had a wonderful week😎Our Sea Breeze Vacation home was great!! Very clean, our own private pool & hot tub. Walking distance to the beach and various restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the dishes & kettles that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect family vacation spot

Island Dream was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The pool area was just great. Everyone enjoyed using it and was very refreshing after a day at the beach !This location was close to walk to places to dine and catch the trolley. A beach walk was a few blocks away ( around 10 min .) The beach area was just beautiful ! Nice flat space to relax and watch the sunsets.

Perfect for Our Florida Trip!

The original property we where supposed to have stayed in a week before we came we got told they had some sewage issues and couldn't stay.They reached out to let us know and gave us couple other options they could move us to.The home we went to was called Island Dream.Was a nice home very clean close to a lot shops and the beach.Was well stocked.Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool.We had a great time and the kids enjoyed their first visit to Florida! Would definitely recommend!Thanks for the stay!

Overall good place to stay, but...

...there were a lot of maintenance issues that needed attention (i.e. screen door was ripped, refridge had broken shelves, etc.).

Needs a little help

The pool and spa were fantastic. Loved the location. Upon arrival, toaster and hair dryer did not work. Landscape around pool needed work. We also found black mold in the bathroom, ice maker chute, pool deck, upper deck and driveway. Furniture in living area dirty, tattered and torn.

Not worth the price

I have to agree with the previous review. We come to AMI multiple times each year and this was the worst rental we have stayed in. Everything in the above review is true but I will add that while we were there there was no trash can in the kitchen which was a hassle also. We took one of the only 2 small trash cans in the bathroom and used it but it was a real irritation. I also agree the pool and spa were very nice but that was it. You can find much better rentals with much better location for much lower prices.

Management Company was a Disappointment

The property was fine, but there were many issues we encountered including a leaking toilet, an overflowing toilet, incorrect TV instructions, small ants in guest bathroom, an errant fan in the owner’s room that kept us awake the first night with incessant noise. Sea Breeze’s responses were either extremely slow or non/existent. For example, it took 48 hours for them to fix the leaking toilet. The other issues we ended up having to fix ourselves or they went unfixed. The unit had other issues that were unacceptable such as 3 slats missing from the middle section of the vertical blinds, a dirty couch cushion, ragged rattan table with dirty stools in the living room area. I have written Sea Breeze as they asked for feedback and have received no response. I rent 5-6 properties a year and have always received a prompt response to issues. I do not believe I have ever rated a property less than a 5. I mention that so that you know I am not a career complainer. But I do expect timely responses to issues. I would never rent from anyone using this management company again.

SeaBreeze Vacation would like to thank you for your feedback. We strive to give our guests a memorable stay. Your stay occurred over Christmas and we wanted our employees to enjoy their holiday with their families. The toilet incident occurred late Christmas Eve and we were limited to responding to emergency “dire” issues only. Because you still had one functioning toilet, SeaBreeze fixed the toilet on December 26. We have already addressed the other issues regarding the furnishings with the homeowner.

Beautiful Home next to a great area!

We loved being able to walk to the beach and area restaurants. Duffys and the Ugly Grouper are great placed to eat and hang out and watch sporting events andtalk to the locals. The lady that works at Vintage Beach Boutique by The Ugly Grouper was wonderful and helped me with some Christmas shopping.

Nice small house for the family

Overall it was very positive, management was very responsive in looking into the couple of small things we needed help with. We found shorter route to the beach, tiny pass from the Gulf road, south from the house. The only minor negative thing was sharp stairs/seats in the pool and one pair of keys (maybe there was another one in the house, but tablet with instructions didnt start)

We love this place!

This is our second time staying in this home. It is perfect for us and Seabreeze came out right away when we needed gas for the grill. We will be staying again next summer!!!!

AMI vacation

Our family really enjoyed our time at Island Dream. Only recommendation better cook wear. Especially needs new nonstick cookware very used and outdated pans. Other than that we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
