Este condominio tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king size y una sala de literas con literas gemelas. La sala de literas también tiene un baño con ducha.

Beach Retreat es una pequeña y pintoresca comunidad de playa cerrada que cuenta con 44 condominios. Tenemos una piscina bellamente ajardinada y playa privada. La vista sin obstáculos desde Beach Retreat 207 presenta el agua verde azul esmeralda del Golfo de México.

La comunidad también cuenta con un gimnasio en el sitio disponible para los visitantes.

Esta unidad tiene todo. Granito, azulejos, mascotas, reproductor de Blu Ray en la sala de estar, Wifi gratuito, DVD y televisores de pantalla plana en otras habitaciones.

Todo fue completamente redecorado en 2011.

En un día lluvioso, disfrute de la transmisión de películas de Netflix desde la sala de estar

We've enjoyed many pet-friendly vacations at Beach Retreat. The 207 unit offered a full-on view of the beach and waves. The decor and furnishings were top-notch.

Beautiful condo in a great location. However, it is in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. Floors were dirty. Cabinet fronts need to be wiped down. Smears off of patio door and mirrors. Clean stove top and oven. Master shower has very low pressure and master toilet very slow to flush. Otherwise good. Bed was clean and very comfy. Lots of space to put everything we took with us. The artwork/paintings were very cute and beachy. Beautiful view of ocean and easy access.

We had an issue with the curtains to the balcony not opening properly when we arrived on Saturday, so we reached out to our property manager and it was opened for us the same day! Being open was the most important thing so we could enjoy the view. Monday morning they had maintenance there to fix them to be fully operable. Very pleased with the timeliness of their response to our issues! Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this property! It is in our favorite part of Destin…close to our favorite restaurants. The beach view from the balcony is beautiful! The property itself was perfect….nicely decorated and clean. Will definitely return.

Overall, it is a great property. Great location. Close, easy access to the beach. Nice pool area. Convenient for pets. Safe, secure property. Comfortable beds. The unit could use a deep cleaning, but we would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation.

This was our first time staying in this complex. We really enjoyed it! Most notably, the condo was clean, well decorated and a little more spacious than we expected. The view was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Beach Front Home!

This condo has great views and close to the beach. We really enjoyed the furniture on the back patio looking over the water and spent a lot of time out there. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Loved the big chandelier and round kitchen table for family meals. We would definitely return!

Exactly what we needed!

We loved the property, specific condo unit and location. Great balcony overlooking the Gulf was amazing. One minute walk to the beach was extremely convenient. One minute walk through parking lot to heated pool was great too. Kitchen and family room very roomy for family of four. Great main suite and bathrooms. The second bedroom bunk beds for our teenage boys were a bit small/tight, but we managed. Love the location and being able to walk or conveniently drive wherever we wanted to go.

Beach stay during COVID

The Property is convenient and the view of the beach is awesome! We enjoyed our visit and our fur baby was happy to be able to join us on vacation. The condo could use a few additional kitchen items to be able to cook. During COVID we social distanced and cooked in. We walked the area easily and our adult kids enjoyed walking to get coffee each day. It was crowded but that we expected with everything closed. The beach was great and the water was beautiful.

Bold and Beautiful

Even though the weather was "bold," the condo was "beautiful"!!! Everything was comfortable and nicely maintained. We loved listening to the waves and watching everyone walk by as we enjoyed the incredible balcony. Its location keeps you sheltered from the wind, so you get a lot of sun...even when it's 40 degrees. During one pretty dramatic nighttime lightning storm, our view was spectacular! We fell in love with a new part of the Emerald Coast and will definitely be back to Miramar Beach.

Beautiful condo

Two bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is a bunk room so remember that when u book it. I messed up and did not read between the lines. We were very crowded. Place was great but just not roomy enough.

The bunkroom has a door for privacy, twin bunks each with a TV and it's own bath so it is like having an ensuite for the kids. Maximum capacity of the condo is 6 people when the sleeper sofa is utilized. It is great for a family with children. If you need a condo with 2 large bedrooms with king beds and either hallway bunks or a bunk room, we have that in Beach Retreat 404, 408, 102, 306.

Perfect views and perfect location...

We stayed the week of 4th of July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful! Very nice and what we are accustomed to. Right on the beach front and you get an umbrella set up for you each day. I would suggest going out a little early to talk to the lifeguard if there is a specific one that you want. You can walk to Pompano Joes or Captain Dave's for dinner both of which have outdoor beachfront dining and great views of the beach and sunset. Overall a wonderful stay and would do so again. The only caveat is that the 2nd bedroom is very small with two bunk beds only. So it would be great with two children but maybe not so much with two other adults.

Thank you so much for your review. You are right, the bunk room is perfect for a family with children or single adults that don't mind the small space. It is very nice that each bunk has it's own TV and a DVD player shared between the bunks. The bunk room also has a pocket door for privacy. However, couples would probably much rather have a king or queen bed and more space.

Beautiful Beach View!

Our stay at the Beach Retreat was nothing short of amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our beach view every morning and evening on the balcony, spotting dolphins in the water every day. The bunk room is small, but it was perfect for our teenage son. Two grown children would have been quite crowded. The size of condo 207 was perfect for the three of us. We had trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, but our host was very responsive and the issue was resolved within minutes, great communication. We spent every morning by the pool doing Pilates. Loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings in the pool area. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were so convenient, it truly felt like heaven lounging on this gorgeous beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bunks are perfect for kids or smaller adults (the bunks are standard 6' long twin beds) and the adjoining bath is a very nice feature to this floor plan. Really nice location!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time renting a unit for a extended period of time. The condo provided all our needs for cooking. The furniture could use a little extra padding, but overall served our purpose. The décor was very beautiful. The bathrooms could use a little deep cleaning. The owners husband was kind enough to bring me a duster to help clean some of the dust from up high the cleaners had missed. Overall we were still happy with the unit. Seems you have put a lot of thought into this unit. Wish your cleaning people would do a deep clean, instead of surface only.

The accommodations were nice except the bunk room was very small, hard for any teenager to sleep in the top bunk. It rained 4 of the 6 days so bad timing on our part, but we made the most of it.

Fantastic Location!

This was our second time to stay at the Beach Retreat, and first time as this unit and everything was great! The complex is very pet friendly, and this condo was perfect - clean, fantastic view, and well stocked. Hope to return again soon!
