Experimente un pedazo de paraíso ... Disfrute de nuestra hermosa casa de playa en la mejor ubicación de Bonita Beach con agua en 3 lados del complejo en una comunidad cerrada. Un condominio de tres habitaciones con capacidad para 6 personas, la habitación principal tiene una cama king size, dos gemelas en la segunda habitación y una cama queen escondida en la tercera habitación. La cocina recientemente remodelada con encimera de granito y la terraza frontal dan a un patio bien cuidado con la piscina climatizada más grande en Bonita Beach, que está a solo unos pasos de la playa. Una de las playas más votadas, llena de montones de conchas marinas para aprender mientras camina por las dos millas y media de playa. El balcón de las habitaciones da a la Reserva Acuática Estero Bay, donde puedes ver a los delfines y pelícanos mientras se alimentan y juegan. Otras comodidades en el terreno son canchas de tenis / pickleball, gimnasio, canchas de tejo, sala de juegos con mesas de billar y mesas de ping pong, Wi-Fi, muelle de pesca, sala de biblioteca, estacionamiento designado más estacionamiento para huéspedes, área de lavado de autos y sala social para eventos de fiesta. We are a family from the Chicago suburbs and the original owners in the Bonita Beach Club community. For more than 43 years, this special place has been part of our family story—shared across four generations of growing up, vacationing, relaxing, and making lifelong memories here.
Over the years, we’ve come to know our neighbors and truly appreciate the sense of community that makes Bonita Beach Club so unique. Mornings often begin quietly—with a peaceful beach walk, a calm mind, and the sound of the waves. At the same time, there’s always the option to join in community life, from book club and water aerobics to Thirsty Thursday cocktail hours. Gathering on the beach for sunset is a cherished daily tradition.
We hope this condo can be a place where you bring your family to connect, or where you come on your own to enjoy rest, solitude, and peace.
We care for the property as a family and are available to support our guests as needed. Many of our renters love it so much they return year after year. What began as a special getaway for us has become a treasured home filled with sunsets, beach walks, family traditions, and quiet moments of reflection. We return often and take great pride in keeping it comfortable, welcoming, and serene.

The front of the property opens to the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, while the back embraces serene backwater ways, culminating in a stunning point of beach perfect for shelling with the changing tides. Our condo is in Bonita Beach Club, a gated, resort-style community nestled on Little Hickory Island with over 7 acres of lush tropical landscaping and private beach access exclusively for residents and guests.
The community offers an amenity-rich environment you won’t find everywhere: a heated freshwater pool (one of the largest on the beach), a well-equipped fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce, and a game room with billiards, ping pong, skee ball, shuffleboard and large TVs for group fun. There’s also a cozy library, social room, lounge areas, picnic and grill spots, and even a sunset viewing area perfect for gathering with friends or family.
