Beautiful View, But Very Disappointing StayThe view from this home is absolutely incredible — easily the best part of the property. Unfortunately, many other aspects of our stay were very disappointing and not at all what we expected.Security & Privacy ConcernsThe indoor alarm went off randomly while our whole group was together. No one touched it, yet the host blamed my son, which felt unfair and uncomfortable. One nearby bedroom also has a glass door, which offered very little privacy.Cleanliness & Maintenance IssuesSeveral bathrooms were not clean. The ceiling above the downstairs shower was damaged and dropped debris. The master toilet handle was broken, and we had to flush it manually inside the tank. One bed had sand in it, and we found spiders throughout the home — more than ten just on the first day.Quality ProblemsThe beds were so uncomfortable that one couple left to stay at a hotel. The ping-pong table was broken and completely unusable. The room it was in was also very dirty. The toiletries were extremely cheap, and the listing photos did not match the current condition of the home.Host ExperienceThe host became unresponsive when we tried to address the issues. On top of that, we were later accused of causing damage that was already present when we arrived, which was frustrating given the condition of several areas of the home.
