¡¡¡NUEVO LISTADO!!! Cottage con Encanto en la playa

Acogedora y encantadora cabaña a solo 1 cuadra (del callejón) y 2 cuadras (desde la puerta de entrada) a poca distancia del malecón. La famosa ruta de los desfiles del Mardi Gras y del 4 de julio también está a tiro de piedra. La casa está bien mantenida con techos altos y está llena de comodidades para su comodidad, incluidos electrodomésticos de cocina de acero inoxidable y lavadora / secadora. Dos baños completos y dos habitaciones de buen tamaño con una amplia sala de estar que puede alojar fácilmente hasta 10 personas con colchones cómodos, algunos con espuma de gel de memoria fría.

Un bonito patio en la terraza para sentarse y disfrutar de la brisa del viento de la playa en un enorme patio trasero con jardines de manicura. Family Vacation

The property was not as listed, no foosball table for the kids, the TVs didn’t have satellite and didn’t work, the owner did try to help me activate Amazon but that was cutting into our family time. The BBQ grill is broken and was in a rusted mess in back yard. The house wasn’t super clean on check in- stains on bedding couch etc. The normal items at a rental were not there, one bathroom no hand soap, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no soap for showers. The location is close to the beach which was great. The property manager did come and help us get new bedding, soap and brought one roll of toilet paper we still had to go get enough for 4 days and 4 people, we wasted time with all the messages and calls. The quick response was the reason for the higher rating, I would not stay here again.

We loved the house close to everything.. It was our ladies trip … My niece turned 21 so we had a blast … And the host was great !!!!!

Board game family time

We had a wonderful time at this perfect house with such cute architectural details like high ceiling, cute molding, and stained glass windows. We enjoyed afternoons playing games. We used the games in the kitchen nook along with some we had brought. The ac worked fabulously. The location was close enough to the beach even in the heat advisory we could walk with the the 5, 8, & 12 year old. Thanks for offering for rent such a fabulous house.

Good location

Overall the home was just right for our stay. The road construction made it difficult to get in and out but other than that Charming Cottage is in a very good location.

Weekend Getaway

The location was great for us. Perfect walking distance to the beach and hot spot local restaurants. We brought the family down for little weekend break and we had a wonderfully time. We're looking forward to doing it again next year.

Spacious cottage close to beach, food, and drinks

The rental process was easy, and Van stayed in communication during the entire stay. We had an issue with the electronic keypad upon arrival. I called Van and the problem was fixed remotely during the phone call. The property itself was very clean and spacious. There were 6 adults on the trip and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. The screened in porch had some stuff for the beach, a charcoal grill, and some seating. The outdoor showers in the back were nice after coming back from the beach. We had a great time, and Van was an excellent host!

Perfect family cottage close to the beach!

My husband and I stayed with our two teen daughters over the 4th of July. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Great location, only 1-2 blocks from the beach/sea wall where we went every day and spent 4th of July watching the parade, fireworks, and drone show. Lots of great food options in walking distance including the taco truck, Queen’s BBQ, and many more. Loved drinking coffee in the back porch, grilling fresh seafood from Katie’s seafood market, and watching movies in the spacious living room. Beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were very clean with great big showers. The host was very easy to reach and immediately responded to any questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful

Within a block of the beach and a short walk to Pleasure Pier. The house was clean, no problems with parking and cute fenced in back yard. The owner was very attentive and it's great to have a full size washer and dryer! All things like towels, sheets and toliet paper were provided too. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

Our stay was amazing. Perfect location with walking distance to the sea wall. This home is very well kept. Great size kitchen and bedrooms. The host was beyond accommodating. Great communication. Thank you for a great experience. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Home away from home

We had a mini getaway right before school started back up and we truly enjoyed this home. Home was very cozy and beach was so close! Owner was great, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this home! Thank you Van!

Wonderful stay

The beach was so close. The house was a great place to stay. We loved it's location to everything. Even when we texted for some additional information. The response was very quick with a phone call. Loved the personal conversation.....

Besides the great location, we have awesome spaces for you and your family to enjoy with all the amenities you need while on vacation. We are super close to wonderful restaurants and shops in Galveston. If you like to cook, our full-loaded kitchen will surely accommodate you. We have a huge 70" TV for your family to enjoy in the living room as you relax with your family. The common space in the living room has 1 memory foam sofa bed and 2 futon sofas. Our mattresses are super comfortable in all the bedrooms for you to rest after a long day at the beach. Other things to note:
- All queen-size Pillow-Top and Cool gel memory goam mattresses
- Spa showers with rainheads
- Curated ambient lighting (inside & out)
- Ceiling fans in living room and every bedroom
- Fully loaded kitchen
- Coffee and creamer and coffee maker

Neighborhood is very quiet and we are very close to the beach and it's a nice walk to seawall. You have access to the beach via 35th or 37th street and 37th street has a 4-light intersection.

The house is in a great location and you can walk or bike to the beach without having to take your car. Wonderful restaurants are just a few steps away! Try these nearby/walking distance restaurants that are just 1 block away from the house:
- Eat at Joe's
- Brick House (ribs)
- Queen's BBA (award-winning)
- Gaido's Seafood (100 years restaurant)
