¡Ven a disfrutar de este adorable bungalow recientemente renovado en el corazón de Anna Maria! Este condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño, con capacidad para 4 personas, está decorado de forma profesional y hermosa en un tema costero para darle realmente esa sensación de paraíso de playa. Es la escapada perfecta a la isla. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales para hacer una comida en casa. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. También hay un sofá cama desplegable con capacidad para 2 si necesita espacio adicional. Hay un patio privado afuera para tomar un sorbo de café o un cóctel.

Este espacio pintoresco se encuentra en el primer piso del edificio Bay Side Bungalows, que alberga 5 unidades privadas, cada una con su propia entrada directa. Los jardines están bellamente diseñados y el edificio comparte una hermosa piscina climatizada estilo centro turístico con muchas sillas, mesas y sillones para disfrutar de un día relajante en la piscina climatizada. ¡Mientras esté allí, mezcle bebidas en la cabaña o cocine a la parrilla pescado recién pescado del muelle Rod & Reel, que está a solo un paseo en bicicleta! Perfect little bungalow

Modern, clean and cozy bungalow right across the street from the shore and great dining. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Perfect location and the ideal romantic getaway.

Great location!

Nice space to hang your hat while in AMI. Nicely decorated spot, perfect for 2! Wonderful heated pool and nice laundry facility. Prompt service when you need anything. It’s located very close to the bay and the pier and just a few blocks from the beautiful gulf shore beach!

Great location, nice warm pool

This little apartment was perfect for two. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed and the text messages from the rental company were very prompt. The pool was really nice and very warm, which is important to me. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the bay, the beach and the neighborhood. We will be back!

Great Property - Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Bay Side Cutie very much. The place was newly decorated and was very clean and comfortable. The perfect location allowed us to walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. I would have given this gem a 5 star rating, but the foot noise from the units above us could be annoying at times. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying on beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Best location in the island

We enjoyed our stay at Bayside Bungalow so much. The location was more than ideal in the best beach on the island, in my opinion. We found so many fun treasures in the water right across the street from our place. My older daughter and I were able to fish off the pier while my husband went back to the pool to swim . We rode bikes, walked to get donuts and ice cream and enjoyed our family time together. The place was tiny, but super clean and quaint. We all feel in love and will be back. Thank you fir a wonderful stay.

Great turnaround

In the beginning due to changes caused by Covid we had some issues with our rental and had to be switched to a new location the day we arrived. The first rental we were moved to did not meet our expectations and we were pretty disappointed, however after speaking with Vanessa and Lindsy thru AMI locals we were upgraded to a beautiful rental close to the beach. I would definitely reserve future trips with them as I know that if something went wrong they would work hard to make it right.

Bayside Cutie

This place is very small. I would not stay here again with more than one other person. Bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. No where to put your wet towels or swimsuits. Pool was almost never at the correct temperature. They came to fix it but I had to tell them every day. Overall a lot of money for not a lot of amenities.

Anna Maria Island March Getaway

The unit is adorable and perfect for a couple. We loved the location and the concierge was so helpful about suggestions for places to eat and rentals of bikes, etc. I do have a few suggestions/comments I would make: 1) Shower could use a light and there is no fan or vent. 2) There is no full length mirror in unit which would be helpful 3) HVAC system or instructions need upgrading. We could never get the thermostat to go below 72 degrees and we’re always hot. We had to open windows to get air circulation. Loved Waterfront Restaurant next door.

AC broke

AC did not work first nite i was there , called property mgmt and text to get it fixed and head to die of 85 degree heat. Almost left to another hotel because it was Africa hot . they fixed in AM but i want some money credited back for the first nite . girl at property mgmt said someone would email , no luck !

What a perfect island and a perfect spot to enjoy it!

The location could not have been better! Steps away from the beach, a great restaurant next door and on a beautiful , beachy, fun town. We loved our stay and the property was well equipped and comfortable. Great shower!

Pros: Loved the location. The Bay, is right by the unit. It is a 10 minute walk to the gulf on same street. Close to great restaurants. Great heated pool, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, nice beach decor. Cons: Mattress needs to be replaced, squeaks at every move. Walls are paper thin, You hear all your neighbors, every step from unit above. The couch needs to be replaced the cushions are shot.

Bayside Cutie is a true cutie!

Beautiful rental in a great location! Loud noises occasionally from upstairs apt. Clothing rod in utility closet would be helpful since there is no other closet. Pool was awesome! Photos on vrbo are exactly as apartment looks 😊 Thanks!

Parking was horrible

The rest of the condos were either owners or rentals that didn’t care about how many people should be parked there blocking you in constantly and would make noise above you ALL night long stomping and pacing overall condo was clean and nice but the neighbors were horrible

Birthday getaway

I’ve been vacationing and celebrating my birthday at Anna Maria for about 12 years now. It was my daughters birthday and we decided to come celebrate hers. We usually rent a house however decided to give this condo a try. It was quaint, clean and close to all the island amenities. Online suggestions are to add a full length mirror since it’s too hard to get 3 girls ready and take insta pics; also the sofa bed mattress needs upgrading, and upstairs neighbors were loud the 2nd night, check in us too early to cook breakfast and enjoy the last morning. Overall great for a couple day getaway!

Pros and Cons for Bayside Cutie

First let me say that the condo itself is really nice. It was very clean, cutely decorated and had everything we needed. It’s right across the street from the bay. There is a really great restaurant right next door. The pool area is nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. It’s also convenient to have a laundry facility on site that has beach chairs and umbrellas for anyone to use. But, when there are people in the unit upstairs, it’s so noisy. You hear everything they do. The first night, there was so much noise until 1:30 AM and it started back at 7 AM. I called the management company that morning and although they were sympathetic, there was nothing they could do since they don’t manage that unit. The next day, they left and I finally had a good nights sleep but the next day a family checked in and again, the noise was terrible. Since there is a restaurant next door, the delivery truck parks right across the street from the bedroom window so you hear the truck running. Unfortunately there was a large family staying there the same week as us who let their dogs run around the pool, left their trash and played loud music. So overall, if you are a light sleeper and are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, I would not recommend to stay here.

Great little great away!

Location was great! Such a cute area to stay in and the Waterfront- restaurant right next door was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable as expected, but the bed was great. Only complaint is that we had noisy upstairs neighbors and you could hear every step they took, which was very annoying in the middle of the night. As well as it would have been nice to have a standing mirror or another mirror other than the bathroom in the apartment. Having all girls in the unit was hard sharing a mirror to get ready!

AMI trip

Cute place! Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue. Could walk to most places or ride a bike. Across the street from the Waterfront Restaurant which is an amazing place to eat! Great food and service!
