Large 3 BR 2 Bath Ranch with water views of Narragansett bay and Jamestown bridge from your large wrap around deck. Short walk to private Kelly Beach and boat launch at Little Beach. Located on the corner of Colonel John Gardner and Burbank Ave. Short drive to Newport, Narragansett Town Beach and many restaurants.
Large airy bedrooms. Central air, Webber grill, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen and linens.

*Guests have access to complete house and wrap around deck with water views
*Access to private Kelly Beach and Little beach. Both in walking distance

Lovely house in beautiful neighborhood

We stayed here for 2 weeks and will definitely come back. It’s a lovely house, well cared for and clean, with a great wrap around porch. It’s about a 15 minute walk through the neighborhood to Kelly Beach.

Quiet Location with Water Views

We had a nice vacation, and the house was perfect for us. We loved the wrap-around deck with water views, where we enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing after the beach. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Great time in Bonnet Shores

We had a great family vacation in Bonnet Shores. The house was clean and comfortable and just the right size for a family of 5. The large deck was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and relax on in the evenings. The outdoor shower was convenient after a day at the beach. Kelly Beach was a short bike ride or walk away and the Bonnet Shores neighborhood is very walkable. Close proximity to Newport and area attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Family visit

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location for my daughter is staying a mile away. We went to Newport exploring and nice dining in Narragansett. Would definitely go back

Wonderful!!

This house was amazing and even better in person than the photos online. The deck was beautiful and such a quiet neighborhood. The entire house was stocked with everything we needed for our weekend away. Mary was easy to communicate from start to finish. I would definately stay here again!

Beautiful Spot!

It was our second time staying at Mary’s home and it truly makes our summer each year. The house has everything you may need, and is a short walk to a beautiful family friendly beach. The home is absolutely spotless and the views on the deck are so peaceful- you don’t even need to leave the property to feel like you are in vacation mode!

Great location and amenities

The property was well kept and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and has great amenities around it. Host was very hospitable. Our family was comfortable and very much enjoyed their stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of Mary’s properties in the future.

Great pet-friendly house with a view

Owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us several suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. Great quiet location and beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening with limited views of the water and Jamestown bridge. Pets enjoyed watching all of the activity and neighbors were all very friendly.

Perfect House and Location

Location was not only beautiful but Kelly Beach was perfect for kids. The house had everything you needed in case you forgot something!! There was plenty of room, breakfast at the table in the morning and dinner on the deck in the evening! Couldn't imagine a better experience, will definitely be returning and have already recommended it to other family!

lovely home in nice, quiet neighborhood

The house is charming. It was clean and the owner provided the basic supplies for us. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that some of the mattresses were not very comfortable. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay again when in the area.

Perfect Getaway for URI parents weekend

First time using VRBO, and was extremely impressed with this pet friendly property! Was looking for a place near University of Rhode Island parents weekend. The home had every amenity you could ever imagine and was less than 6 miles from the university. Home had a beautiful wrap around porch, views of the water and in a great location. We were able to bring our family dog and it made it the perfect weekend! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be renting again from this home!

Awesome family get away!

Had a fabulous time at this property for a summer vacation. The host was available to answer all questions. The home was impeccable and a short walk to the beach. Very much appreciated the beach supplies on site. Lots of great restaurants. Would love to come back again!

Great location and house

Perfect family beach house

Our stay at Mary's beach house was fantastic! It was a pretty 10 min walk to Kelly beach winding through the Bonnet Shores neighborhood. Our teenagers loved taking the bikes provided and we appreciated having beach chairs and towels available. This beach had clean clear water and super soft sand. The wrap around deck with water views was a favorite spot to start with coffee and end the day with cocktails. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
