El condominio tiene vista a Bahía Banderas, la mejor playa y las 2 espectaculares piscinas infinitas, así como a la piscina en la playa. Esta unidad de 2 pisos bien mantenida con un dormitorio principal y un dormitorio tipo loft, puede alojar hasta 6. Todos los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del complejo, así como de muchas otras atracciones locales, como alquiler de sea doo, parasailing, cabalgatas, kayaks y otros deportes acuáticos. John was a terrific host who answered all our questions in a very timely manner. He has a nice home with terrific views of both the pools and ocean. The snack bar offers breakfast lunch and dinner so if you forgot something head on down to the bar. The bar also sells large bottled water for a dispenser which John has. The only negatives were it’s a long walk to get to the pool. Also the primary suite was upstairs which I didn’t realize. But he has a very comfortable bed which makes up for it. My last suggestion would be to purchase a more comfortable couch in which to watch tv. Overall we had a terrific time and yes I would recommend John as a host for future vacationers. Amazing location, beautiful big pool. The condo is cute , the second bed was not in a private room, so really only good for kids or family members not another couple. The kitchen sink tap could be updated it was loose and there was no hot water only luke warm. We never complained as we were only there a week. I am sure it could be fixed. Host was very responsive. I would rent again.

Nice Condo in a Nice Location - Would Recommend for Longer Stays

First of all, communication with John & Andy, his property manager, was EXCELLENT. I never waited more than an hour for a response. We were only at the condo for 6 nights. Good security. The condo was nice & clean. Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved falling asleep & waking up to the sound of the ocean. Condo had everything you would need for preparing meals. We didn't cook and only used the microwave to reheat leftovers. The restaurant/bar on the property made excellent food - I loved their shrimp omelet - I had it twice. The grounds were kept clean, as was the pool. Rules at the pool are STRICTLY enforced. Most of the rules were understandable, but we are responsible adults & would have loved to have been able to enjoy our drinks in the pool. We use BruMates that are leak proof and shatter proof. So that was a bummer. But we survived. We did notice that some rules were allowed to be broken by locals, especially after dark. But security was really good about making people get out of the pool at 11:00 and shutting down the noise levels. You will need to take taxis or use Uber to get to Bucerias and Nuevo, and obviously Puerto Vallarta. No big deal. We did that every day to go out for dinner. This was a relaxing, chill trip for my husband and I without an itinerary of any kind. It was nice to wake up and head straight to the pool, have breakfast, hang out for a while or sometimes all day. Walk from condo to pool was no big deal. Great stay! Would recommend for longer stays.

Wonderful spot on the beach

We had a great time staying at Aria Ocean. The place felt very secure and clean. Access to the beach was very convenient. Aside from some construction noice , it’s a great stay.

Great location, safe

The property is right on the beach, there are 2 huge pools and a smaller one and plenty of showers to wash off the sand and salt water. You can chill by the pool or take the beach chairs and a wave board and chill on the beach. We did both. You can hear the waves from the bedroom, very nice. The only thing was the bedroom ceiling was a bit loud, but it’s white noise so it’s not too bad. Uber is readily available. Good poolside cafe and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The condo has everything you need: laundry machines and detergent and a kitchen with all the cookware. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Had a great time!

We stayed 16 nights in Jack’s condo & had the very best time. Our stay wasn’t without a couple glitches; the water main in the entire complex broke during our stay but was quickly fixed by the property management so the inconvenience lasted a day, & later that same day a pipe under our kitchen sink broke and flooded the kitchen. Andy, Jack’s condo manager was able to get Armando, his maintenance guy in to dix it almost immediately. It turned in to a bigger issue when the fix didn’t hold, but my husband was able to get it on tight which wasn’t a problem for the rest of the trip. Response time to the issues was phenomenal & we don’t consider this hiccup a blight on our over all stay. The condo itself was bright and airy & after becoming acclimated to what was available for cooking, we found everything necessary for making good drinks & good food! Having a TV was great, the Kingsized bed in main bedroom was comfortable and we really enjoyed waking up to view of the beach! We would suggest a very deep and thorough clean of the entire condo but it overall wasn’t an issue for us. Security to the property is 24/7 and strict. I liked that drinks aren’t allowed in the pool - it cuts down on drunken mayhem and the restaurant was a win too - attentive waiters and reasonable prices for really GOOD food! There is a convenience store just outside the complex that was very convenient as well. The property as a whole was amazing and we’d come back again if Jack would have us! Thanks so much!

Spring break vacation

Condo has a beautiful ocean view. Location was a little far to walk to any restaurants. We traveled with a couple that were In their 70’s and it was too far for them to walk into town. We used taxis or Ubers to get around. The restaurant on site had some really good food though and grocery stores were only about a 10 minute Uber ride away. The only complaint we had was coming during spring break at the same time with the locals. It was just to busy and people were coming in car loads for the day and the pool and beach were extremely busy and loud. Several party’s on the beach with loud music until after 1 in the morning. Once Spring break was over though the atmosphere slowed down and it was very pleasant. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Overall basic condo with everything you need, incredible view. The condo pools, snack bar, beach were all excellent. Easy area to get around by Uber or taxi.

November stay

Very happy with the accomodations everything was as advertised. Well equipped unit closet to the beach. Used the barbeque on the deck most nights which was a bonus. Great to be able to walk on the multipurpose trail through Nuevo every day and a close walk to the grocery stores. Only downside was the poolside patio furniture which features fixed position loungers that are uncomfortable however the unit comes equipped with some folding chairs that were more comfortable. Overall a very pleasant trip

Our second stay

This was our second stay in the condo. It was very clean and well appointed. I personally find the bedroom too bright at night due to a lot of lighting outside and from the pool area. I feel it would be fit from black out blinds. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

Last condo next to the beach. No direct beach access, but great view of the ocean and pool. Would book again.

Great vacation

This was the perfect property for a girls trip with our daughters. The condo was great, the pool was amazing, the food at the snackbar was delicious and the ocean was warm and calm. A bonus was being able to hear the crashing waves from the bedroom.

great location

The unit is right next to the pool and the ocean, so amazing views and great deck... sometimes a little loud at night on the weekends. Great water pressure and all the appliances and AC worked perfectly.

Beautiful place right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing, location was beautiful and the owner Jack and property manager Joel were very responsive to answer all questions and take care of our needs and requests. A great beach get away spot. Resort was also well maintained and everybody was friendly and helpful. Would come back again!

We are quite familiar with Nuevo Vallarta, and when this property came available, we bought it. The pools are great, and the beach is fantastic, and the condo is the closest to the beach and has an unobstructed view of the ocean and pools. We like the location, surrounded by condo buildings, and some 5-star resorts. Bucerias and Paradise Village are close by, as is the Mega and La Comer grocery stores, and a Starbucks.
