Great house and location

Location is great, very close to beach entrance. Good size home. I would recommend bringing lots of mosquito repellent as that was an issue in the outdoor areas. But regardless, I would stay again.

Amazing Location

The house is beautiful. The pool is small but really perfect. The location is just steps from the beach. We only called for assistance once and they arrived in half an hour. We would definitely rent Beach Bliss again. Overall..amazing place

Great location!

The location was amazing! There were a few things misleading about the listing… you aren’t able to enjoy the back patio or the table by the pool without the alarm going off. When we called the property to ask why they said that’s how it is. Other than that the house and location were excellent!

Perfect location for a family to enjoy the beach. Very family friendly, no car needed if all you wish to do is hang out on the beach, fish, visit local shops and restaurants. It’s literally 100 steps to the beach. We had a golf cart and bikes, with the free trolley for the longer rides (nothing is far away). Bonus points for all the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, toys, floats, wagon, towels, beach hats, coolers…this place checks every box!! And the house itself is gorgeous, well equipped for cooking and relaxation. The pool was a favorite with our teenagers who enjoyed cooling off after a day in the surf. Stunning sunsets from the top deck, super comfy lounging areas on the porch and lower patio.If you are considering a place on the beach, this is the one. FYI: We also looked at a rental on Bean Point and I’m so glad we chose this one instead. It’s much more kid friendly. You can’t swim as safely at the point. Also worth noting we were there in mid-September and there were no life guards. Not sure if this particular part of the beach has them.

Perfect In Every Way

This property was perfect in every way. Even better than any photos on the listing. The kitchen has every pan, pot, gadget, appliance you could ever need. The ground floor recreation/pool area was phenomenal. The beds are great. The location is 50 feet from the gulf, 10 minute walk to the shops. Free Island Trolley stop at end of street, takes you one end to the other on the island. Sato Realty was great. Easy check In/Out. Josh and the team really wanted you to enjoy everything about your stay. 2 Adults, 2 College Kids 18,23, and 2 Grand Parents. All ages had an awesome time and something for everyone. The house has enough areas for you to spread out and do your own thing. Wish we never had to leave.

Better than the pictures!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family trip with 5 adults and one child. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is a gorgeous house and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. You can see the gulf and sunsets from the 2nd and 3rd floor deck. The pool is small, however it was perfect for adults just wanting to sit around. There’s not much room for the kids to play in it however. The only downside to the property is the layout is disjointed, so you may forget where you left your keys and flip flops more than once during your stay! There is a garage with many beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, rafts, and noodles. It was super clean with beautiful views and lots of outdoor space to listen to the waves and drink your coffee. I would highly recommend this property. I hope to return again!

Anna Maria Perfection

I can't say enough about this amazing property. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is beautiful with natural light in every room, calm and peaceful decor, an amazing indoor/outdoor area open to the pool on the ground floor, and breathtaking views of the Gulf from both front porches. It was very private, perfectly clean and wonderfully airy and had everything we could need. But the real jewel of this property is the location. It was just steps to the most pristine beach on the island. The water was warm and shallow, and the sand was powdery and white. It was never crowded. We would walk over with the provided beach chairs from the garage in the morning and look for shells/listen to the surf/swim in the Gulf, and then just traipse back and forth to the house throughout the day to get a picnic lunch, use the bathroom etc. The outdoor shower at the house was perfect for rinsing off the sand before coming in, and the small but gorgeous pool was perfect when we wanted a break from the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was everything we expected and more. We have been traveling to Anna Maria on this street for five years. Best choice was this house as we love that part of the island.

Fantastic property

We stayed during Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful time. The house, amenities and location are all fantastic. Communication with management team was also great.

Great Property for Island Life!

This is a great property for the Island Life. 1 house away from the beach without crossing roads. Quiet area. Easy bike ride or walk to Pine Ave which has good food, shopping, the pier and all things Anna Maria. Highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

The location of this home is wonderful - just steps from the beach, ocean views, dead end street (no traffic noise other than the people coming down the street to turn around). The home is beautiful -though needs a deep clean. It was surface level clean - but light fixtures, baseboards, fans, etc... need a good deep clean. Mold under the kitchen sink due to a leak. And the bathrooms are in desperate need of update or at the very least new caulk in the showers. Completely moldy. The master bath is in need of a new shower head. These issues did not get in the way of our time and enjoyment of our time though. Just recommended to make your guests feel even more comfortable.

Great visit

Really enjoyed the house and amenities. Was clean and well-equipped including beach chairs and wagon. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds comfy, showers warm. The beach is just a minute walk, with clean, perfect sand. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break

House was beautiful and perfectly located on quiet street with view of ocean. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella. Pool was small but worked well for us. House was laid out well with many extras. We rented bikes and a golf cart to easily move about the island. Plenty of things to do including boat tip and horseback riding. Only constructive feedback was on realty company— house was minimally stocked with toliet paper and stores were out. When we called rental company, we were told to drive around Quentin we found some. We finally found Kleenex online at Staples and ordered it. Overall, great house and experience!

Great location. One house from beach on quiet street

The home was well cared for and had all that we needed during our visit. Large balconies with water views were our favorite place to begin and end each day. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We even had beach chairs, umbrellas and towels ready to go. The property sits on a quiet street one home from perfect white sands beach and is also a short walk to shops and restaurants near pine street. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay on AMI

This house was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. Sato Properties has a gem here! We could see the sunset perfectly over the Gulf every morning. Proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. The pool and landscape was well maintained and we enjoyed all the spaces around the property to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back here again! We highly recommend this property.
