¡Ven a disfrutar del Barefoot by the Bay! Este condominio recientemente renovado de 1 habitación y 2 baños, con capacidad para 6 personas, está magníficamente decorado para sumergirte en tu pequeño refugio en la playa. Es la escapada perfecta a la isla. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para hacer una comida en casa. Hay asientos de comedor para 8 en una mesa de comedor y una gran isla de cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama king y baño completo con ducha. También hay sofás cama extraíbles con capacidad para 2 y un sofá cama con cama doble y cama nido doble. Hay un segundo baño completo fuera de la sala de estar con bañera / ducha.

Este espacio pintoresco se encuentra en el primer piso del edificio Bay Side Bungalows que alberga 5 unidades privadas, cada una con su propia entrada directa. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay when on the Island. Pool was nice and the unit was clean and updated. It can get a little noisy if there's someone staying in the unit above you, especially if there are kids running around. Overall very good experience and would stay again.

Perfect location, more spacious than we anticipated

Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch.

Perfect location

Excellent little place. Only negative was some noise from upstairs and if you want to sleep in they start blowing outside your windows around 8:50am. Great space very comfortable. We loved it!

Laundry was free Owners were very nice Super clean and incredibly close to everything!!! All restaurants close at 9, go at 6 bc wait times are LONG Pool was not busy, ever but very clean Bed could be updated due to creaking as soon as you lay down Bathrooms were clean Very safe Everyone around was nice Beach chairs stored in laundry room was so convenient and thoughtful

AMI winter trip

Location perfect. Peaceful neighbor hood. Place spacious and close to beach. Heated pool is a perk. Upstairs tenants loud with any walking. Would be a problem if u spent all of your time in unit- we did not. Booked again for April.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our visit. Property was close to the beach, spacious and clean. We used the kitchen multiple times for breakfast lunch and dinner. We walk to ice cream every night and the shops on Pine Avenue. Even with the shared pool we pretty much had it to ourselves the entire time. Only drawback to the property would be the sound of people walking upstairs and early morning deliveries across the street for the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again and we’re very happy with AMI locals

The location is fantastic!

Great layout and fantastic location. The parking is also convenient. We had a wonderful stay and the management company was very easy to communicate with. The only issues that may be helpful for future guests were that footsteps and general noise from the guests in the second floor rental can be heard in this unit. We also found the king size bed in this unit quite noisy and not very comfortable. Fortunately, the positives outweigh the two negatives so we would definitely stay here again

Great location…underwhelming property.

Great location right next to the Waterfront restaurant and Anna Maria pier. Property claims to sleep 6, but it’s only one bedroom with two bathrooms. Overall, clean property, but parts are in disrepair (e.g bathroom sink drain, rusted shower curtain rings, taped bathroom window covered by paper. Place also smells “musty”. @$500/night I’d expect better.

Not worth the price

This property is located directly across from a restaurant so it was very noisy. It also is on the bottom floor of a two story building so you hear every step above you. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed to see mold on the vents in the bathroom and rust on the shower curtain hooks. Also very disappointed in the low quality, noisy mattress in the master bedroom. Book elsewhere!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was close to several restaurants and shops. If you want to go to the beach you can walk across the street or you can walk a little farther to the other side of the island. The unit had everything we needed including a great pool.

Great experience

From check in to check out, everything was smooth and clean. The best part about it was the location, I couldn’t t have asked for a better time spent for my sisters birthday. The condo had everything we needed along with a booklet of answers to any questions. It’s such a beautiful place and extremely well kept. If you are sensitive to noise keep in mind it does travel easily from upstairs. We personally don’t care and had a great time anyway. They also have an alarm feature which was great but kind of annoying to have to remember to press it so it wouldn’t sound whenever entering or leaving the apartment, but that was such a minor thing. We will most definitely return (:
