In addition to your own PRIVATE HEATED POOL, this quaint property features 2 KING BEDS, living room with an additional QUEEN BED pull-out.

"St. Barth" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go.

If you are looking to add more family/friends this is a private compound offering 4 total villas, please inquire on the availability of the other 3 units.

This cottage was above expectations. Parking was convenient and it was just a 2 minute walk away from the beach. The cottage was very clean and modern and the host was very friendly and made the check in process easy. The backyard pool area was great for gathering and the heated pool was a plus! Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved having our own private pool. Parking was easy. The villa is on a dead end so it’s nice and quiet and private at night. It worked well for our family of 5 and an easy walk to the beach too.

The location was perfect! We had a private pool, and could easily walk to the beach. The use of a wagon, beach chairs, and a cooler made the trip so easy. The trolley was on its own schedule, but if you download the app you can track the location of each trolley.

We enjoyed this cute property very much! So close to the beach and a lovely private pool with lots of seating options and a high quality table and umbrella for shade. Sitting by the pool with morning coffee was a delight! The beach cart and chairs made things easy. Well stocked kitchen!

We had a great stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they were very responsive whenever we had a question. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the pool was a highlight, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area and beach. Our only minor complaint was the linens, but the host addressed it quickly. Overall, a very nice experience and we’d happily stay again.

We would definetly stay again. The place was clean and the private pool pristine. Stepen was a responsive, kind host. There was a problem with plumbing and he responded immediately, which was 10 pm. It was corrected the next morning. Kitchen is well supplied with necessary cooking/eating supplies. It was a great vrbo. It was a great owner. It was a great stay.

We had a lot of fun at this property. It’s a few steps from the beach and has an amazing pool. The property is new and well maintained and Stephen made sure that we had everything we needed.

Our stay here was great! This unit had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean. We also loved the private pool! Located just a couple blocks from the beach with beach access close also. The owner was very nice and very helpful!
