Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation staying in Sandestin. The location was perfect - close to pools and a quick ride to the beach. Having access to the golf cart was a game changer. Will definitely be back!

Nice Place

We have stayed in Sandestin many times but this is the first time we have stayed that wasn’t an easy walk to the restaurants. We loved having the golf cart and used it every day. Enjoyed the pond and could feed the turtles and fish right from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice condo. Nice view off the balcony and the condo was clean. The golf cart made it a quick trip to the beach.

Perfect Sandestin Location

We chose this condo near the bay, looking for a quiet trip with our 1 year old. It exceeded expectations! The resort had great pools, the golf cart was convenient and fun, and the wharfe & marina offered plenty of entertainment (all accessible by golf cart, including the beach)! The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed! It exceeded my expectations.

Location, Location, Location

We loved being in a quiet area without much traffic so we could enjoy riding bikes and walking. The children were especially entertained by the turtles in the lake. I loved the beautiful view. The golfcart made everything easily accessible. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and well equipped.

July 2022 Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 9:18 Harbor point. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. The view over the lake and golf course was gorgeous. A big plus was the use of a golf cart. Once I parked my car the day we got there I did not get back in it until I left. I will be returning to the same location.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had some inconveniences with the wifi and AC but the agency tried everything to help us with this.

Great Property

This property was clean, and as advertised. Checkin process was easy, and entire property is beautiful. Our only complaint was that the unit had very cheap trash bags lol, funny, but serious. Trash bags broke as we were trying to leave the property which delayed our departure time. Otherwise property was great. We would for sure stay again!

December 2020 Stay

We had a great time at Harbor Point. Very nice, clean townhome. Loved the views. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Really liked not having to get in an elevator with other people especially due to Covid. Appreciated the free activities and will be back when we can take advantage of the summer offerings. Candice was fabulous to work with. Will definitely be back.

The place was very clean and management was quick to help when we were not sure how to get our pass at the security gate when arriving. We would stay again!

Communication was always prompt and polite and you can’t beat the location.

We loved the condo we stayed in. It was a great location and was quiet and a pretty view of a lake. Some things we would suggest is to shampoo the rug it looked dirty. A bigger golf cart like a 6 seater would be ideal as we had 6 people but only a 4 seater cart. Also we had a lot of issues with the internet. It did not work very well. All in all the condo was beautiful and clean and we would recommend it and stay again.

Easy process, code was sent and everything went smoothly. The condo was great, clean, really good views. The best part was the golf cart and access to everything. We did not get in our car after arrival, we could grocery shop, eat out, go to the beach and all via the golf cart. I would recommend any party of 4 to stay.
